The staff did not seem concerned about the risk to my child. They also did not seem educated in preventing allergic reactions for future patients. The clinic was clean and the staff were polite albeit uneducated in food allergies. Those with a tree nut allergy be warned.

She's had multiple root canals and crowns. We went to our normal dentist who said she needs a new crown because a cavity is forming. But we weren't sure. We heard about Kaio Dental from another dentist friend and drove the hour drive from OC to see him. Let's just say we found our new dentist and are willing to drive that hour every 6 months. Dr. Tram is amazing. He taught at Western so he's knowledgeable and skilled. He understands its a changing field and one way is not the correct way. He also knows that explanation to the patient is key. He actually explained to use and showed us with a CT scan why she should hold off on the crown. There was a possible infection in the root so he recommended the imaging being read by an endodontist because if he replaced the crown and introduced bacteria into the area, it may cause even more pain. Something we had no idea on. He has amazing ethics. Isn't in it for the money. Just wants to be a good dentist. He doesn't do same day crowns anymore as he said it's too rushed and he wants focus on the quality since he does it himself. Great team, great office, clean, good parking.

They placed a temporary crown that fell out after only two weeks. I have had temporary crowns before and have never experienced anything like this. When I called for an emergency appointment to have it fixed, they told me they had no availability and suggested I go to CVS to buy temporary tooth repair putty and fix it myself until their next available appointment. That is not the level of care I expect from a dental office. The billing issues have been even worse. After spending over a month going back and forth between the office and my insurance company, I discovered they had charged me more than $1,000 out of pocket for work my insurance had already paid for. On top of that, they billed me for two premium crowns that I never approved or received. I actually received standard porcelain crowns. Their explanation was that these were all "coding mistakes." To make matters worse, they acknowledged that they owe me a refund of over $800, but I was told I have to wait seven days because the person who processes refunds, Kristie, is on vacation. Between the poor dental work, lack of emergency care, repeated billing errors, and the inconvenience of waiting for money that should never have been charged in the first place, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want quality dental care and accurate billing.

This is my first time at this dentistry, I have been going to another place and I was fed up and confused with them. Here I met Dr. Asma, she was completely honest, helpful, and answered all my questions. We have been to her twice already for our whole family. Kids loved her, she made sure they didnt see any needles and talked to them while they were getting work done to make them feel at ease. Out of all the cavities we were TOLD we have by our previous dentist, Dr. Asma showed us we only half of what we were being told and our bill turned out HALF of what our previous dentist was charging us. Everything is clean, organized and up to date fancy equiptment. We will be back in September for a follow up and I know I can trust her to give me the correct information. read more

I came in for my daily check up, which is once a year. I came in on the 14 of January which was a Tuesday. The Dental assistant there was really nice and sweet to me. She asked about how my day was. The care quality of my experience there was fantastic because everyone there was really nice to me. The dental assistant that was really nice to me was named jackie. This is a new office.I had a wisdom tooth that broke in half,Dr Makbul Patel was able ,to take the tooth out with no problems, there was no bruising, the injection didn't hurt. Dr Patel was really nice ,and gentle making ,sure i was comfortable.The asst Anna is really nice,and Veronica who works in the front ,is nice and explains everything.I highly recommend this office. When you have a whole office of racist foreigners clinging to the thought that you as a patient, somehow are wrong for expressing your concerns on treatment when you're literally allowing them to charge your insurance is blasphemy! This is exactly why Donald Trump getting rid of non American people because they come here start businesses and then talk crap to the people who patronize there but don't worry they won't get my business or any of my family's business going forward. I will be filing a complaint with Dental Board of California .

I was looking for a second opinion for my minor daughter's work .
