This was my 1st root canal!! and I was scared of the unknown and the horror stories people tell you. I called the office and spoke with Lu Lu (Dental Assistant), I explained to her what my dentist told me and the type of root canal I needed. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She explained the procedure in detail and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. I came to the office the next day!!!! I was also grateful for the office's flexibility on the cost, as I don't have denial insurance. Other Endodontist offices wanted twice as much!! I called 7-8 other offices. Dr. Lee is a true professional. He served in the U.S. Army as a dentist for 3 years and has done 1000's of Root Canals as a Endodontist since 2010. You know his expertise by how gentle, caring, and made sure I was comfortable the entire procedure. NO BLOOD!!! NO PAIN! I was amazed at how painless the whole experience was. This place is amazing! I'm very anxious when it comes to dental procedures, so needing a root canal felt like a nightmare. Fortunately all the staff took amazing care of me throughout my entire visit! I spent the most time with Lourdes, and she was great about walking me through all the procedures and making me feel comfortable. Dr. Lee was fantastic about communicating throughout the procedure, and checked in with me periodically to make sure I was doing well. He is also so gentle and steady-handed! Getting a root canal from him was actually more comfortable than most fillings I've ever had. Throughout the procedure there was relaxing music playing loud enough for me to hear over the drill. I had my major root canal done on an extremely painful molar here 2 weeks ago by Dr David H. (owner) and Lourdes the dental assistant. They both did an excellent job!! I tried to avoid dentist for 3 years and that turned out really bad tooth because of the needle and the drill. However, Lourdes was very attentive and friendly to make sure I was hydrated and had the TV on. She kept talking to me to ensure I am relax before and during the treatment. I didn't experience any pain at all throughout the procedure and only very mild tingling within few hours after. Dr David has great dental skills and I think it took me only about an hour and few minutes to get 3 roots cleaned out. Specialist always cost a lot higher than general in medical field. But here they offer a reasonable price since I totally ignore a dental insurance plan offer from work. This is to update my previous review. This office is nothing but CLASS. I came in today for a root canal follow up. Well the doctor had an emergency this morning so long story short the appointments we're going to be backed up. On top of that my appointment was entered as a "quick" follow up and not a procedure. I would've had to sit and wait or come back later today. That couldn't happen since after my dentist appointment I have another appointment. The reason this place is so classy is because instead of leaving me to sit in the waiting room while they caught up on patients Miriam came to me explained the situation and we rescheduled for next week. On top of that they gave me a gas card for the inconvenience. NEVER have I been treated so we'll or considerately about a reschedule or cancellation. Thank you to Miriam and the entire office. WORTH THE DRIVE! At 3pm, I headed to a referred Endodontic appointment in Rancho Cucamonga through HEAVY annoying traffic. I finally made it and was greeted by Terry and Miriam who were awesome and sweet! My son needed a root canal tx and they were able to squeeze him in. The doctor had 2 monitors set up so he could show me and my son the x-ray plus what and why he needed the root canal. Dr. Lee has a slight accent however I understood him perfectly. I like that he broke it down so we both could understand the treatment needed. His fees are reasonable and affordable as my insurance only covered 50%. The facility is clean, air conditioned perfectly, good music, the staff are kind and sensitive and the doctor was professional, informative and nice. Free Wi-Fi and complimentary drinks were another enjoyable surprise since I needed to wait for my son. The only thing I wish is that they had a bigger sign, I had to drive around twice to find them. But, I won't knock down a STAR because I'm bad with navigation anyways! read more
