Our attic space is very low and our set up needed quite a bit of work with changing some duct work and adding things that were missing. They finish in one day and it looks great. We also had them take a quick look at our other unit which we had replaced 5 years ago and he discovered they didn't properly install the exhaust so co² was leaking into our attic and previous installers left a portion without insulation around the ducts. They were great with providing images of the problem areas and then the images once the work was done. They also personally showed me a couple of things about the units.
