Great personnel, great product, and great installation and communication from the project team. The installation team was very friendly, professional, and considerate of our home. The only issues we had were a screen (already being replaced) and hardware for one of the doors which came in late. The team was all over it and had the hardware in and installed the next day. My only complaint might be that clean up of the yard could have been a little better, but the team was so good about the extras (such as taking away some of the old shutters) that it was a small price to pay for the work they did that was above and beyond. Energy One installed our windows in Fall 2015 and we couldn't be happier with them. We were first approached one evening by a knock on the door, and we met their salesman. He simply gave us the info and said we could call him if we were interested. Well, we had been wanting to get windows, so we called and set up a time for the regional sales manager to come by and educate/sell us on the importance of new windows. Well, our meeting was on a terribly hot August day, so we were certainly primed to hear ways to keep our home more comfortable. He told us which windows he'd suggest and didn't bother upselling us the higher-priced options, because our ranch-style home isn't too big. The sales manager was super-friendly and helped us figure out the right windows for us and a very reasonable price. Then we were given about 5 days to decide if we wanted to move forward or not. We chose we wanted to move forward. So the next step was taking measurements for our custom windows. This guy was very professional. He was on time, exactly when he said he'd be there, and then he was in and out of our house in about 10 minutes. He got every window measured and before you knew it, he was gone. The windows took about 2 months to build, so time passed, weather became a bit more bearable, but we kept looking forward to our windows. When our installation day came, there were some of those famous Texas rain storms going on, so we rescheduled. When the weather-friendly installation day came, my wife worked from home to make sure everything went smoothly. I stopped by at lunch to find they had already removed every window and installed more than half. The installation team was very professional and friendly. They kept the house clean and did a great job cleaning up after themselves when they left. Now we have beautiful new windows that are keeping us warm this winter. And since our Heater and A/C units are a bit older, we are very happy that our windows are helping keep us insulated. I can't recommend Energy One enough. So far, so good. Kaleigh from the office, called to see if I had questions about my contract & sent support paperwork. She set up my initial installation inspection with Nick and followed up to set up the installation date. Nick & Justin showed up on time, both days with a great attitude even in the not-so-good weather. Doug Barnett, the supervisor came around on the last day to do the wrap up. He collected the final payment, checked the installation and made sure I knew how to operate the windows & screens. I give the Energy One office & installation team an A+. They are terrific! From our initial contact with the salesman to the final inspection and my handshake with the installer, our interaction with Energy One has been highly professional and very pleasant! We had been definitely in need of new windows when a friendly salesman approached me in our front yard earlier this fall and, on a whim, I set an appointment for a serious sales proposal. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the materials and workmanship of Energy One windows during that presentation and made our decision to buy the next day. By the way, the salesman's presentation was low-key and pleasant -- no hard selling pressure! We chose triple-paned windows with so many extra features that we didn't even know existed. In a few days, Nick (also our installer) came to our home to measure each window individually, and about 3 weeks later our replacement windows were ready for installation. Nick, who is highly knowledgeable and very friendly, and Justin covered each room floor and nearby furniture with tarps and/or plastic for protection and carefully hauled away all the old windows and trash, so everything in our home and yard was clean. They carefully filled in gaps with foam insulation and caulked very thoroughly both inside and outside for a great seal. These guys worked straight through lunchtime with only a short break! At the end of the second day of installation, Nick showed me the outstanding features of our new windows, like locks and window panes that tilt into the room so that they can be cleaned from inside the house. Our new windows are unconditionally guaranteed, including free glass replacement. We already notice that our home already feels tighter and more secure and our new windows make an excellent investment in our property. We just had our new Windows installed in June. Replacing our original steel frame Windows from 1954 has been a daunting task. The installation process was flawless. PM stayed in contact, visited during the install and followed up afterwards. Nick and his installation partner arrived on time, explained the process, cleaned up after and did their beat to keep the mess to a minimum during. Too soon to determine energy savings, but our home is much more quiet and the ambient temp in each room is fairly equal. We had other quotes, but very happy with EnergyOne.
