Due to some issues on our end we had to reschedule once but Larry was understanding and rescheduled us with no problem. The main installer (Juan) was very friendly and helpful. He did a good job explaining what was going on, and was very clean (they also put on shoe covers so they wouldn't damage our new carpet. They cleaned up after themselves very well too. Falling behind on this, I was pushing late Nov to get new insulation installed and panicking as temps dropped daily. Robert / Attic Air were booked through the end of the year but they found time to fit me in for 800 sq ft (I think by working an unscheduled vacation Sat morning). They did a great job! They use the Owens Corning fiberglass, non-toxic and clean! Did not try to push or upsell me.
