Tom the owner checked it out and said I needed it to be rebuilt. He said the car was in great condition or he would not recommend that, so I had it done. I am not only extremely happy with the work they did, but I can't say enough about Tom and his crew. Before I brought my car to him, Tom spoke to me and my husband many times, and we were so impressed that we decided to go though with his recommendation. I am so happy I did. The car is running great and it's like new. Tom really cares about his customers and is the most honest person in the business we have ever met. He won't do the job if he thinks it's not worth it. It took us a while to find someone we could trust, and we finally found someone who recommended them. Now that we found this place, we would recommend them to anyone who needs a transmission.

The morning after I picked it up I found fluid in my driveway not a few drops but about a 1/2 a qt. Enough to run a couple of feet down my driveway. Turns out it's fluid from my transfer case. Their first response was, it's probably fluid on the rail. ??? Their next response was, yeah those seals sometimes leak when we change the transmission. they should have offered to change the seals. At that point, I would have paid for it. I also would have paid for the Freon that I had to add so myself. $10 bucks for a can of 134a. At Walmart . It went back to them twice and $5400 later and I still have a leaky transfer case. I drove by today and I realized that I forgot to leave a review.

With Hondaman, every visit has been incredible. If you need something fixed, they'll make it almost new. They're very honest with their work and will confirm with you before doing anything additional, whereas other places I've been to will do what they think is "important", then charged me for it after the fact. Hondaman will advise you of anything that needs to be done after they finish what you went to them for. Plus, their prices are reasonable and affordable.
