Came here for a girls holiday celebration. We made a reservation a couple weeks in advanced and got the table in the back which was nice and intimate-- easy to chat and enjoy our visit. The tea sandwiches were very English, the chocolate chip scones were my favorite and the Holiday tea selection was fun. Stopped in for a solo lunch as I was just visiting the area for the day. It was such a darling tearoom with very kind staff. Had the carved turkey and cranberry baguette sandwich - 10/10! The bread quality was really nice too. I chowed down too quickly to even take a photo of my plate! Also ordered a side of the traditional scones with Brambleberry jam and clotted cream, which were delicious and perfectly tender. I had a pot of a seasonal fall tea, which was just enough for me, but they offered to refill my water if I wanted more. We took our 7 yo granddaughter here one afternoon. This was a lovely teahouse. It was in an odd location. We ordered the Royql afternoon tea and the Children's Tea. They came with LOTS of tea! The tea was amazing! I had the Gyokuru Kokyu, and I have never had a tea I enjoyed so much. My husband had the Darjeeling 1st cut and it was very good too! The finger sandwiches and scones were delicious. There were several jam choices- including a very good orange marmalade. We were not rushed and really had a nice treat. read more

This is a wonderful place to gather for tea. The tea is delicious, with so many varieties and is served along delectable food . I am gluten free and this is my favorite tea spot. They even sell frozen scones to take home and heat up later! What a gift for a gluten free girlie! Further, the chairs are cozy enough to stay for afternoon tea and the owner is so kind and hospitable in every way! We subscribe to Snowflake tea, it's a must! My 16 year old daughter and I visited today, she got an herbal tea pot($6.95) and I got a sampler($9.95). We both got desserts, the chocolate cake and a lemon bar. There's much to love about English Tea Leaves. The shop is charming, with numerous gift items as you walk in, dozens of teas to buy to take home, and the prettiest tea pots for sale anywhere. You order at the counter, and the staff members are very pleasant. For an afternoon pick-me-up, I loved the champagne raspberry tea I had with scones and clotted cream and raspberry jam. Unfortunately, these are the tiniest scones I've ever seen--two (with clotted cream and jam) are $7.75 and each is the size of a dollar coin. Tasty, but much too small. Silly me, I'd hoped the scones might have increased in size since my last visit. I recommend this place for lunch selections. Parking is easy (as the shop is on a corner in a strip mall) and bathroom was very clean. read more

We decided to come here for lunch. It was about noon and pretty busy. We placed our order at 12:15 and it took almost 20 minutes to get our order. The food was great and delicious but if you are in a time crunch you may not want to come during lunch hours. This is a great place to get cute gifts and souvenirs. Although I didn't order tea this time I have had their tea before and also purchase it for gifts. My fav is snowflake which is for the winter time. The waitress checked in at the table next to us maybe 3-4 times asking about how the tea went and checking in on them. We only had our food delivered to our table and then picked up when we were finished. I would say if you are going to check up and ask a table how they are doing maybe you should take the time to ask the table right next to you as well. We felt ignored. 4 stars for food. This cute little tea shop has a full gluten free menu. I thought my days of tea parties were over when I discovered I couldn't ever eat gluten again, but their gluten free scones are so good that my gluten eating friends and family are happy to split an order. We attended the Royal Tea. It was very similar to the afternoon (high) tea experience we had in London. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They are knowledgeable about all of the items on the menu including over 100 different types of tea. The food and tea was delicious. They had lots of gluten free options that taste good. The China was beautiful and the seating was comfortable. A relaxing experience. Exactly what you would expect from an English tea. The price was reasonable. read more

The best way to approach any tea service is to go absolutely starving. Highly recommend the royal afternoon tea. Why? Because when they say unlimited tea they mean business!! I even got offered a cup of tea to go. Very wide selection and best of all they sell tea. So if you fell in love with something you can make it at home, and if you are not completely sure there are little sample bags. The sale bin is fun to dig around in! You get SO much food. Soup or salad, four kinds of tea sandwiches, fruit, and a dessert. Usually at afternoon tea the dessert are different bite some sized things. Not here. Everyone was so friendly. I went alone and I know there are people who are self conscious about that. Don't be! You won't regret it. The tea is brewed nice and strong so you might end up using more milk and sweetener per cup that unusual. But who doesn't like a nice strong cuppa?! read more

Sorry a little late providing my review :). There was a group of 18 of us at Tealeaves to enjoy their Holiday Tea, once again. This is our 3rd or 4th year celebrating at the Tealeaves, everything was just wonderful. The tables were all decorated, warm tea waiting for us that folks could enjoy waiting for our full group to arrive. Service was outstanding and everyone who works there is just friendly and polite. No one rushes you out the door. Everyone had a great time and the food was wonderful. Thank you for everything and the special touches, they were noticed by everyone! Absolutely love this place. I went in for a Mother's Day gift. My mom likes tea but hasn't really made loose leaf at home. I found 3 perfect trial size bags of tea in unique flavors (raspberry cream, chocolate strawberry, and summer peach) plus a beautiful mug. The staff also helped me find a tea infuser, gave me instructions to brew the perfect cup, and boxed it up beautifully. My mom loved it. I will definitely be back for myself as well as for lunch. Can't believe I've been living in Parker for over half a year and had not realized there's an awesome tea shop so close by! Prices are as expected though I'll say they have a very good selection! Plus they also have trial sizes available for I think almost if not all their teas, which are significantly cheaper and most make about 8 cups or so per their website (probably more actually), definitely not a bad deal. They also have several mugs, teapots, etc for purchase if you need anything. And don't forget to check the sale/clearance section close to the entrance - teas here are usually half price or less! They don't have many and some are there because their bag is damaged but you may find some being sold for cheaper because it's discontinued etc too. My favorites so far are lapsang souchong (smells like a tobacco shop almost!), milky oolong (can brew each pot 3 to 4 times) and Arabian nights. One tip about Arabian nights - it smells really bad in its package. When I opened it I was so sad thinking I'm going to hate it but once you brew it the smell is absolutely fantastic and the taste is somehow even better! It's certainly become my favorite herbal tea from here (though I'll say Maple is a close second right now). So if you're into tea or want to get more into tea and live close by, make this place your go to teashop! Having the trial size option makes it even better since you can purchase so many different variety of teas without spending too much! read more

We really enjoyed the Royal Afternoon tea! We got to try several teas, with recommendations from our server. My favorite was the Enchanted Garden - I purchased the small pouch and have already made yummy iced tea at home. The butternut squash soup and tomato soup were both good. There's a lot of English merchandise, but very disappointing that the scones were NOT English scones. More like drop biscuit dough. The Devonshire cream was NOT. Also, there were 4 in our party: we ordered a pot of tea but it only served 2. There were free refills BUT ONLY WATER was added to the old tea leaves. The tea was brought 30 minutes before the scones so of course we had no tea with our bread. Also the scones were 1/2 the size they should have been. Very disappointing read more

I had my first visit to English Tealeaves, and it won't be my last. I always seek out owners who understand tea fully and are British. I was able to sample 6 of their many teas, and were so pleased with them all. The flavors and blends were all amazing, and not overdone in anyway like some teas can be. I enjoyed a gluten free Royal High Tea and loved the real Devonshire Cream for my scone. I'm looking forward to ordering off their regular menu and try more tea. read more

I really enjoyed this tea house. Michele, was very friendly and helpful in explaining the different tea options. We went with and earl grey with vanilla and an iced strawberry green tea. We picked a seat, sat in comfy chairs with our books and were promptly served our teas. The earl grey was delightful on both the eyes and the nose. The green tea was just what I needed to quench my thirst. I'd definitely recommend this tea house because the service is excellent and their variety of teas is extensive. I will be honest, I have never been to restaurant/cafe devoted to just tea. It was difficult to choose a flavor for my tea as there were so many options. I chose raspberry cream and the tea was perfect. I also tried the carved turkey sandwich, which was awesome. The turkey was warm and the cranberry sauce on the sandwich truly completed the sandwich. The bread was very crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. They also have warm pot pies that require 17 minutes for baking. The options range from shepherd's pie to chicken with vegetables in a white wine sauce, and pork green chili pie. I look forward to returning. read more

With almost an hour to spare before my hair appointment, I thought I would try this place out. All I can say is, adorable! They have a done of tea options (trial sizes for only $5 available) as well as mugs, tea sets, tea pots, and tea infusers (I wanted to buy like 10 styles...NBD)! The tables are set up with tea warmers so you can sit and socialize or enjoy a quiet moment to yourself without the kids. I won't tell if you don't. Anywho... Customers were slowly pouring in, though very quick with service. I stumbled across this place while looking for something different for breakfast and was very pleasantly surprised about what it had to offer. When you walk in it's tea, tea, tea, everywhere - hundreds of types. They serve some pastries and scones, and that's what I had along with a soy chai smoothie. Ok so I guess I've been living in bad-scone-ville all my life. I thought they were all supposed to be dried up, bitter things that were a stone's throw from biscotti. Not here. My two scones were warm, moist, tasty, super fresh, and with the raspberry jam and 55% milkfat cream that came with it - forget it. And the patio seating made for a very pleasant Saturday morning experience. I have a very picky European lady friend who won't eat any American style breakfast, and now I have a place that serves hot, fresh and light food for the morning. read more
