(Preamble) We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. Article I (Article 1 - Legislative) Section 1 All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives. Section 2 1: The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature. 2: No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen. 3: Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons.2 The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct. The Number of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty Thousand, but each State shall have at Least one Representative; and until such enumeration shall be made, the State of New Hampshire shall be entitled to chuse three, Massachusetts eight, Rhode-Island and Providence Plantations one, Connecticut five, New-York six, New Jersey four, Pennsylvania eight, Delaware one, Maryland six, Virginia ten, North Carolina five, South Carolina five, and Georgia three. 4: When vacancies happen in the Representation from any State, the Executive Authority thereof shall issue Writs of Election to fill such Vacancies. 5: The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment. Needed some fishing pliers engraved for my groomsmen, so I stopped in to get a quote. I told the girl at the counter that I would only be needing two letters for first and last initials. When she quoted me $20 for the first pair and $15 for every pair after, I didn't even know what to say. I almost felt insulted. When stepping out of the store, another woman who I'm assuming was the owner or manager mentions "Most local engravers bring their work to us anyway, so you're not going to find a better price" I made one phone call after looking some more on yelp and found someone who did a great job for $4.50 a plier. I'm being generous with the two stars because the quality of work seemed to be pretty decent. read more

I asked them to engrave carabiners - not the easiest task - and they did a perfect job. Price was only $15 per plus a $3 coupon off the website. Much better than the base fee + engraving fee + out-of-shop product fee + just-because-we-feel-like-charging-you fee you get quoted at Things Remembered! The only thing is, for unusually shaped items, call and make sure the owner is going to be there specifically when you plan to arrive. He/she is apparently the only one able to use the machine that handles the more challenging shapes. Otherwise, you may not get same day service. Came to give my favorite knife to sharp it, they said come back tomorrow to pick it up, since sharper was not there. I picked my knife up next day and figured that they did not do anything with it, since I explained them that what I want. I came back next day after picking up to this store to ask them to get it done what I paid for service, but the lady said since your knife was sharp enough we wouldn't need to do anything. Regarding my conversation with them I figured that they are so unprofessional. All in all they charged for service but they still did not do anything. Do not recommend, otherwise you are going to be upset with their service, and don't mess your knife in the store. read more

Had some lower assemblies that I had built engraved/serialized here. Robert is a pro, knows the legal requirements, and engraves lowers all the time. I kept the engravings simple, so the price was really reasonable. The price I ended up paying was 28% of (less than a third of) the price I was quoted at another well-reviewed engraving shop!
