Enjoy cleaning was able to come last minute on a Sat. over a holiday weekend! Not many cleaners are available on a Sat. I just couldn't find the time to get the cleaning done. I have not hired a cleaning service in over 5 years. I wanted to treat myself. Lily & team did a great job! Around 2 hours, good price. There was a slight mishap during the cleaning process that necessitated buying a replacement fridge part, but Enjoy Cleaning went above and beyond in replacing the needed part, going to Home Depot, and making sure everything went smoothly. I used their service in a last minute deep cleaning. I was able to book before thanksgiving to receive some friends in my home. I contact Enjoy Cleaning I believe I talked with Lilly and she was able to schedule me after someone canceled. Everything went smoothly and Karina and her helper came to my home to clean. They used green products as I asked and my house didn't smell strong as I wanted. I had to pay extra for them to clean my oven, it was $25 dollars but ok. I used this service twice. The staff was very nice, however the second time I used them my place had recently been cleaned and just needed a touch up in certain areas. The touch up was a rushed job with items items left a bit less than clean. Counter top/coffee grinder/coffee maker/fridge handles etc. The manager/owner Lilly still charged me the full price for a 2 hour job which equated to about $80/hr for one unit. I felt this was essentially taking credit for another housekeepers work and then not even having her staff pay enough attention to detail and ended up doing a rush job. Their business model incentivizes someone to leave a place very dirty and not utilize them for an easy turnover of a unit. Lilly was more concerned about getting her money than ensuring a customer was satisfied with the work her team completed. I would advise to only use this service for a backup or last minute need. read more

Amazing Service! We hired the Enjoy Cleaning team for a serious move out/clean up job for our home. We let some family members stay with us during the pandemic, and they basically just trashed the house while we were working out of town for 5 months. We were trying to tackle the job by ourselves, but they just came straight in and got it all knocked out for us. Love that they wore masks. Throughly cleaned my parents home! They cleaned the walls, baseboards, trimming on walls , removed books from bookshelves, wiped down books and then put books back. They dusted everywhere. Took cushions off of sofas and vacuumed. Moved furniture and mopped /vacuumed entire floor of each room. Cleaned the kitchen and bathroom.
