Absolutely terrible service while the rep was seemingly nice she has completely ruined our account with AT&T for which I am still trying to straighten out. She has cost me well over $100, by having me purchase 5 Sim cards with new phone #'s under the guise that they were needed for my other family members to transfer over their phone #'s/service from Verizon. I assume her goal was to make a sale/ steal the girls sale/commission who helped set up the account and all our lines 2 days prior. If I could give my experience zero stars, I would. The agent arrived masked and came across respectful. He was dishonest though. He told me I had to enroll in a bunch of Apple trials and then proceeded to do so. He also enrolled me in a paid protection plan that I explicitly said I didn't want. To get the plan removed chatting with Enjoy support wasn't sufficient. I had to then call into At&t to get it removed. I wish I'd have never had the in-home service and I will never get it again. read more

Gorvanie contacted me letting me know that she could come earlier than the time slot I chose which was great because I had other things to get done for the day. She was prompt and knowledgeable about every product and all of AT&T services as well. I was initially only interested in one product but Gorvanie sold me on one additional item and some accessories. What makes it better is that she owns most products or have had a chance to use them and was able to give me her personal experience with each one. I'm glad that this kind of service is out there for the world to use and it's so convenient with them coming to your home rather than you having to go into a store. We purchased a new iPhone 7 for my daughter to use for emergencies and to communicate with her other parent when she was at the opposite parents home during the week. We purchased easily on at&t, order to be dropped of with enjoy in a day during a two-hour window and they called to notify us when they were on the way. They made sure they kept all COVID precautions in place when visiting to drop the phone and they were extremely professional! We will definitely use their service again. Your worst nightmare. I purchased/ordered a sound bar directly from Sonos, who offered to have Enjoy deliver and install it, which I thought was an awesome idea, since it was a surprise for my mother who was turning "90" that day. Knowing my mother would be confused as to why someone would be delivering something she had not remembered ordering, I made it a point to be there when the so-called Expert arrive, to alleviate any confusion. (Btw, my mom lives in an assisted-living facility.) Unfortunately I had given Sonos an incorrect address, which delayed me connecting with the Expect by 15 mins. (Still trying to figure out why I had the wrong address, although the two sites were walking distance apart.) The other reason I wanted to be there when the Expert arrived, was to wrap the gift before we presented it to her, whereupon the expert informed me that she has to be at another site in 15 mins. Thus, I stopped trying to wrap the gift and took the Expert up to my mom's her apt. I introduce the Expert to my mother and informed her that we were giving her a new sound bar and this young lady was going to install and teach her how to use it. Whereupon, the very first words out of the Expert's mouth, was that she needed to see my mom's "valid" ID before proceeding. No congratulations, no happy birthday, nothing.... Just matter-a-fact, I need to see you ID immediately or else. I found it awkward, but could appreciate that "rules were rules" and they must do it for a good reason. So my mom gladly showed her driver's license and the Expert pointed out that it had expired, which makes sense, since she had not driven in about 2 yrs and had not noticed that it had done so, whereupon the Expert informed us that she cannot turn over the product to my mother, under any circumstances. We then tried to show her my mother's Medicare cards, various credit cards, etc. to prove who she was, but the Expert had no interest in seeing other forms of ID nor did she even suggest another firm of ID, such as a passport, etc. I told the Expert I understand she was doing her job but asked that she get her supervisor on the phone to sort this out, which she did and in overhearing her speak to the supervisor, it was evident that the supervisor had no interest in letting her install the product. I then demanded that I speak to the supervisor myself, which she reluctantly did. The supervisor was short and to the point that it is "policy" that she has to provide a "valid" ID. I tried to explained to him I purchased the product myself and it was a gift to my mother. He could give a rat's ass who ordered it, etc. I ask to speak to someone above him and he said it would do no go. I then told them thanks for ruining my mom's birthday and told the expert to leave the apt immediately. I probably scare the young girl, which was not my intent but felt I was dealing with such a bureaucracy, that I would have to deal with someone above their head and extremely bummed that my mom was not getting the present I was so excited to give her on that special day. Lessons learned.... I truly believe the Expert was under significant pressure to make her next appt, so she, nor her supervisor had any interest in getting the problem resolved, since it would affect the next customer as well as how they rate their performance. What is ironic, is that "my" name is on the receipt as the purchaser of the technology and it clearly says "you" must have a valid ID upon delivery. Nowhere, I repeat nowhere, on the electronic receipt does it say the "recipient" has to have a valid ID. Needless to say, this lack of service would "never" be tolerated at an Apple Store, which the Enjoy CEO and Founder, Ron Johnson not only came from but actually created a culture of superior customer service, which is unparalleled in the industry to this day. My gut is that Enjoy's margins are so low, that in order to survive,he is forced to lower the standard he set at Apple, thus there is probably little fund, if any funds available for proper training, and given the low wages they have to pay, they cannot be too select in who they hire. Truth be told, I would actually pay a premium to have someone install a system, especially for some technologically challenged as my mom. I think you get the point by now, as to why I was so frustrated with the whole process, when I heard there was no way, my mom was going to get her present last night. As they say, timing is everything and unfortunately Enjoy ruined the entire night. I guess you can say they took the "joy" out of Enjoy. I was truly looking forward to seeing a big smile on my mom's face when it was finally installed but I guess I will have to rebuy it and install it myself. What a pity that is, when it could have been the exact opposite. I'd rate the service no stars but I guess I have to at least give it one, so I can post this review. read more

I bought an iPhone through ATT and had it delivered. Their timing was right on track and updated me when they were almost to my home to make sure I was ready. They were professional and were able to activate my phone in 30 seconds all while holding a hilarious conversation with me. This company is trash. I was supposed to receive my order Friday November 1st between 10-12. My father waited outside for 2 hours for the delivery only to have a man walk into my building and place a "Sorry we missed you" sticker on the door. Allegedly they called a non working number to reach me. How that happened who knows! Then my delivery was scheduled for November 2nd between 4pm-6pm. I don't live in New York so I had to be inconvenienced. So again my elderly father waited outside for 2 hours. And still no delivery. Jeff the delivery guy called and he apologized for the late delivery (he arrived at 7:30pm) and was very kind and pleasant. But this company is shit. The rep came to my home and she was knowledgeable and pleasant. She did help me to save money on my plan. The only thing I noticed is I tried to talk about my phone plan I was on however she just kept talking. I had to tell her I needed to say something. Lol. She want being rude it's just her personality. She answered all of my questions. I liked to have this in home experience. It was very convenient and save me time from going into a store. My new phone as delivered as expected and took minutes to activate it. While talking to my rep, I learned I could order a new phone as it was time to upgrade. What I liked is she had the phone with her. I couldn't believe it. I was able to pay for my phone and set it up all in the comfort of my home. Overall, it was a nice experience. And the guy who brought it was totally inept, bricked both my old phone and my new one, and left before I could know that the process had not worked. I texted him and he just told me to go to the AT&T store the next day for a refund or exchange. I stayed up all night and figured it out myself. So a 1 hour job, with his "help" took about 5 hours. I hope to never be inflicted with you again. I intend to contact AT&T to tell them that I thought seriously switching to Verizon because of this. They brought me the wrong model (said he'd bring the right one the next day, but he didn't). Rep also cut off my calling capability so I was left cold with a new phone I didn't order and an old phone that didn't work anymore. Had to go to ATT anyway to purchase a new SIM card to restore service to my old phone. Go in to the AT&T store if you have a non-standard setup. They do not do well if you use an upgrade available on one line to get a new phone for a different line on your plan. The rep was told he was taking too long probably because his phone support didn't know how to do what was required to complete our setup. It took less than 5 minutes at the store but i shouldn't have had to go to the store! Although the idea of home delivery and setup was appealing, Enjoy was a complete fiasco! read more

Because I was at work and not home when the employee came, I asked him to leave the phones with my mom or put them in the garage on top the deep freezer but he didn't do either. After questioning where my phones were later that evening with Enjoy customer service it took until the next day to find out directly from the man that he put them on top my mom's car. She is short and can't see on top her car. She had no idea and went to do her errands later that day so who knows what happened to them. AVOID- do not work with these guys. Customer service does not have much authority to do anything. I ordered an ATT phone which was dead on arrival. and Enjoy was unable to give me a free exchange. Spent 1 hour on hold and then I hung up as they are obviously short staffed, called back next day and waited 20 minutes and finally connected with a customer service rep, he could not do anything with the DOA phone and asked me to call ATT who had no idea who Enjoy was , so I got the run around. Finally I had to pay $55 for an exchange with ATT for no fault of mine. Finally I reached out to ATT again, who was kind enough to give me a statement credit for the exchange fee. Cost me 5 wasted hours going to store twice and several phone calls to Enjoy and ATT- I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ENJOY TO ANY ONE. read more
