The design of the space is beautiful. It's clean, airy, immaculate, and modern. I felt relaxed immediately. I was greeted with a warm smile and delicious mint tea. Naomi sat down with me and walked me through the appointment. She clearly read the answers I wrote on the questionnaire and she was prepared with follow-up questions. The beds are SO comfortable - truly every detail of the space is considered. Overall, the experience was relaxing and Naomi put me at ease. I was nervous about microcurrent because I don't have the best skin and it was my first time doing it, but I can really say my skin has never looked this good. Naomi walked me through every part of the facial, and told me exactly what was happening to put me at ease. After the facial, Naomi advised what I can do immediately at home to improve my skincare routine. I had an all around amazing experience at Enkaya over the weekend! I was greeted warmly by Naomi and my aesthetician, Maya, before we sat down to discuss my latest skin concerns. Maya was super attentive and knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the range of treatments I would be receiving. She assured me that I would see an immediate difference in my skin, and she definitely delivered. First, the space was so luxurious and cozy, and the actual facial was the best I've ever had! It felt very personal and tailored to me, and I never felt that she was rushing through any part of the process which I love. Extractions usually make me anxious, but Maya did such a great job hydrating and prepping my skin that when it was time, I wasn't worried at all! The end result was glowy, juicy skin, and because of the LED light treatment and micro-current facial, my skin has actually continued to improve as time has passed! 10/10, would recommend. Enkaya, incredible! This place is in a league of its own among facial studios. What I appreciated most is the esthetician took the time to sit down with me at the beginning of the appointment to understand what I wanted, then she put together a protocol based on a set of different treatments to get the outcome we spoke about. I was seriously impressed by her knowledge - it was clear she knew her stuff. While I appreciated her results-oriented attitude upfront, to be honest, I went in with tempered expectations... but she completely delivered! I was blown away by how amazing my skin looked. She did an enzyme peel, micro firming therapy, hydration mask and LED light that left my skin looking and feeling incredible. I went here for a facial the other day and will definitely be going back to Naomi. Her studio is so relaxing and very private. I've had facials before and enkaya is really next level. Other places typically have a revolving door, they rush you in and out to get to the next client and they push products on you. Naomi is nothing like that. She sits down with you and talks to you about what you are currently using, she asks you your concerns, your goals and what you want to focus on. She then analyzes your skin herself and makes her own recommendations and you agree on what will be addressed in the session. She combines different facials together depending on what she thinks will get you your best results. She is totally focused on the client the entire time. This isn't the type of place where they slab on a mask and leave for 20 minutes. She lets you relax and also explains exactly what she's doing as she's going to do it. My facial at Enkaya is what I always expected my past facials to be like, but they never were. She wants to get to know you and partner with you to create a long lasting relationship. She even follows up after the facial to see how you're doing and how your skin reacted to the treatment. I asked about some of the products at the end and bought a few things which are excellent. But she never tried to make a sale because it's not what her business model is about and I got that vibe the second I closed my eyes in her beautiful studio. It was so refreshing. My experience at Enkaya was wonderful. The studio is peaceful and clean, and Naomi (the facialist) is so caring. We spent the first part of my first visit discussing my concerns and different treatment options. It's clear Naomi is very knowledgeable and her facials aren't cookie cutter and are being customized to the client's needs. I had a cleanse and a peel that specifically targeted dark spots and fine lines. This was followed by a high-tech collagen stimulating treatment. Naomi always told me what she was doing and why, making sure I was comfortable and understood the process. I saw a change for the better in the firmness around my jawline and my laugh and lip lines. Definitely plan on being a regular here! I did bring home some products Naomi suggested. The Line Smoothing Serum is definitely having an impact. I went to Enkaya last week after not having a facial in probably 5 years, so I was a little nervous. My first impression of the space was that it's adorable--(millennial?)pink walls, large ceilings and big windows, but still feels cozy and private. The appointment began with Naomi patiently sitting with me to understand my skin woes (of which there are many) and she suggested we try a microcurrent facial to avoid too many new products and extractions (I'd just started a new retinoid treatment with my dermatologist and my skin was a bit sensitive). I'd never had this treatment done before, and Naomi was great about talking me through the process and the benefits of it. She even added on a bit of LED light therapy at the end, too, to help with some of the active acne issues going on. Some of the areas she focused on already feel clearer, and I'm excited to go back to try a more traditional bespoke facial in the future (and maybe dermaplaning!). Thanks, Naomi! read more
