I was really disappointed with the entire experience we had this evening. First thing was the lack of attention that was paid to the hostess stand, no staff to be found. You can see the bar area from the front door and the bartender was in and out for a few minutes. We had to ask him if we could grab a table in the bar area. We ordered an Eno specialty beverage just to be told they can't make it, they don't have the ingredients to make that or several others on the board...OK Why are they not marked off? Ordered an Appetizer of artichoke fonduta, the only saving grace of our visit. For our entree we ordered a pizza (meatball and the goat) and an Italian Beef Sandwich, at this time we are informed they are unable to make any of the sandwiches. ?!?!?!?! Why would this not be conveyed BEFORE we start looking at the menu. I think there were five sandwiches on this menu and you can make zero? Ok. By now we have been here 20 minutes so we continue with just the pizza. I was looking forward to a pizza from a pizza place. No. We each had a bite or two and decided we had had enough. read more

Enos is a hit or miss for me. Pizza is ok and has been over cooked a few times and they frequently out of ingredients for the enos Margherita. Which is my favorite here. The service is slow so be patient. read more

I really wanted to like this place, I love everything about this new development, I didn't mind the food except that the pizza was terrible. The appetizers were pretty good, liked the cheesy bread and thought the marinara to dip was delicious. The pizza itself though was bad. The crust is so thin and crunchy it's like a cracker. I even enjoy thin crust pizza, but this one was not for me. I might go back and try a sandwich, but wouldn't get the pizza again. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this place. Cool location and set up though if you're just looking for a beer. read more

As others have vehemently stated, the Bishop Art's location is much better, however I imagine the gap will be bridged at some point. The location is nice of course, though I imagine in the future parking might become tedious. This particular suite is rather poky, a little bit too much so for a pizza parlor. Valley Ranch, North Irving, South Coppell, or whatever you might want to call it has a major shortage of good pizza places. There have been a few contenders, Persona pizza and Spin!, however neither survived. Which I suppose gave way to a new Eno's location. The food here is a step up from your normal Lisanti food service outlet. The salads are dare I say artisanally crafted, though I do somewhat despise that term. The arugula and pear salad in specific would give most steakhouse salads a run for their money. The crust is fairly attenuated, and of course has that distinct semi burnt finish. I for one like this, but I know more than a few people who don't like burnt specs on their pies. This is indeed a cracker crust, and not to be confused with Neapolitan pizza. Some patrons might very well not like this aspect as it's more like a round flatbread than an ordinary pizza. However I think it's a good substitute if you're looking for a pie that's a bit lighter on calories. I'm not sure if they even use yeast in their dough, as it doesn't seem to rise at all in the cooking process. The ingredients were fresh, lively, and tasted as they should. The main issue was with the service. I ordered online, and upon informing the hostess or clerk about it, they immediately became bewildered. They eventually found my order after quite a few minutes of sluggish searching. I also especially like the Texas beef & boar meatballs, as they are a unique topping that provides a very specific taste and mouthfeel. I am looking forwards to trying some of their sandwiches, with the expectation that service would have been sorted by then. read more

Worst service I've had at a restaurant in Texas. Didn't even get a chance to try the food. We came out to the area to go to Flying Fish but there was a live music event going on so we decided on going to Enos so we could sit on their patio, have some pizza, and be closer to the music. We were put on the wait list for a table outside and went in to sit at the bar while we waited. Bar staff was nice, friendly, very prompt with service. When our table was ready we took our paid-for beers and were seated next to the door on the patio and given menus. Cue the next 30 minutes just sitting and waiting with not a single person coming to take our order or even check on us. We watched two other groups get seated in tables right next to us, browse menus, order food, and even get served food. Making eye contact with servers walking by throughout the whole time and not a single one stopped to talk to us. What was even more infuriating is the manager was also walking around and helping people at adjacent tables as well. Our beers had been empty for a while as well. We were seated right next to the back door of the restaurant so staff was continuously walking by us. Finally fed up, we went to tell the manager that we were sitting and waiting without anyone acknowledging us for half an hour since being seated, showing him the text we got and pointing out the amount of time that had passed since then. Not even an apology. He just said he saw our beers empty and assumed we had been helped by someone. Then he just kind of shrugged and put his hands up and said in a disinterested tone "we would like to make it up to you" as he glanced around the restaurant clearly not focused on the discussion at all. We declined and said we were simply going to leave and he just walked off to continue doing whatever he was doing around the restaurant. Such poor management skills and lack of communication among staff. We'd certainly never go back due to the way everything unfolded and the inappropriate way the manager handled our complaint. It's absurd that we didn't even get an apology. I'd avoid this place like the plague. They clearly don't care to earn your business or make sure you're satisfied. Spend your money somewhere else that employs staff with a basic understanding of customer service. read more

This is an awesome place with awesome service and very awesome food and drinks! The pizza crust is so light and thin! Even the pepperoni is light and crispy! Salads are great! But the thing to try here is the St. Arnold rootbeer on draft!!! Seriously! It will take you back! They have great lunch specials so try them and enjoy that ST ARNOLD ROOTBEER ON DRAFT! My oh my, its so good! You'll come back over and over, always wondering if you're coming for the awesome food or for that root beer on draft, but either way, BOTH will have you coming back!!! Eno's is some of the best pizza I've ever had! It's thin crust that's a little burnt if that's what you prefer. One night we went and they were so busy they ran out of pizza crust. They substituted the gluten free crust and honestly could not tell the difference. I have been here many times with one person and a large group and every time they were always accommodating and nice. Prepare for a wait though, but plenty to do in The Sound while you wait. read more

Since my first experience at this Eno's location was right after they opened, and I had such great meals at the other locations, I had to give them another shot in hopes they would live up to the expectation this time around. And boy, am I glad I did! This experience was fantastic! Quick and friendly service, cold drinks, and quality food is what we experienced here. Since I have a slight addiction to meat & cheese boards, I had to get that this time as well (despite it not being that great the first time). This board was MUCH better - lots of meats, cheeses and other goodies. It was almost too big for two people - but well worth the value! Then came our pizza. It was hot, tasty, and delicious. I will say - they have made some great improvements here, and I will be back much more since they are much closer to my house than the other location! Also, I have not been to their roof yet, but this is on my list of places to go in the fall for a nice outdoor dinner (I hear they have an enclosure up there during the summer that allows you to eat without dying of heat!). Terrible experience. We were greeted at the door by a visibly upset hostess. Instead of politely explaining to us that they were getting ready to close in 30 minutes (on a Friday night), she instead waited for one of our party to guess based on the look on her face. We never got past the door so I can't honestly judge the food, but if it's anything like the service then you can find somewhere else to eat. read more

We love going to the Eno's in Bishop Arts, and didn't realize there is one in Coppell (we live in Carrollton) we love the thin crust. Unlike some pizzas the crust stays crispy even when you do carry out. We haven't been in the dining room, but appreciate the separate entrance for carry out. You can buy wine and beer at pick up as well. read more

So we're at an Italian restaurant and as accustomed we expected bread and butter to nibble on prior to our our appetizer... come to find out bread was at a cost ($6).. ok.. fine.. however, we also wanted olive oil and vinegar (let I remind you we are at a Italian restaurant).. comes the check each were an additional $0.75 EACH! Yum Yum Yum! Enos was actually really good and the pizza had a lot of flavor. My coworker and I got a half Texas heat pizza, half pesto pizza. We were pleasantly surprised and the pizza was fresh and had a nice flake to it. To be transparent the only thing I didn't like about the pizza is on the bottom it was a little burnt, but that's to be expected with firewood pizza. Nonetheless the pizza was very light and I will be coming back. They have a small outside sitting area that is actually pretty nice. We sat out there and ate our pizza and it's great for a breezy day in Texas. Not to mention it's also surrounded by loads of other places and other options so if you want to eat here in a coworker wants to eat somewhere else no problemo! Super friendly service with fresh food. Order placed and received in a fairly quick fashion. The crust for their pizza is a super thin crispy cracker like but made to order, not a premise frozen pos. It's different but very good. Think two giant flatbreads but crispy and not garbage from 2008. Beer selection looked average focused on state craft. Would of liked to see a quality German and Belgian offered. Not styles nor Stella. Parking was easy. Highly recommend this place. read more

Got the margherita pizza, it smelled delicious and tasted pretty good. Only thing that bothered me was that there was no fresh mozzarella and to add it on was an additional $3. Went into carry out side to get a water and soda and waited 10 min...no one ever came I walk out and they show up, I pop back in and they send me to the other side of the restaurant. We got to the bar side and bartender still takes 10 min to even look up at me. We tell her we want drinks for the patio and she directs us to the hostess...never mind-we left...2 waters and a soda should let be this difficult. I went to the Irving location for the first time since it's conveniently next to my job. I was super excited to try it even though it was just a cheese pizza. Unfortunately my pizza had a long string of hair on it before I could eat it. I'm guessing it belonged to one of their servers who had long orange-blond ish stringy hair. at least the manager was nice enough to offer me another one but my appetite was ruined so I just got my $5 back.... never going back again. read more
