I filled out multiple contact forms on the website, and no one ever responded. I finally drove to the place and cancelled in person, and I was assured I would not be charged. I left a message saying that if they didn't call me back, I'd be placing a negative review on Yelp. No call back. I drove up there AGAIN and they wouldn't give me anything to show it was cancelled, but promised me I wouldn't be charged again, which I am definitely not confident in. The owner, who is normally nice, was pretty impatient and dismissive of me. He told me that they don't get messages from the website (which I know isn't true because there is a form there - where they go, I don't know) and said he was too busy with a move to return calls or answer the phone. However, this has been going on a month! In any event, I left after he promised I wouldn't be charged again. Later, after he listened to my message he called me and was nice and offered me a free tan, but that was by far too little, too late. I felt like he was just doing that because he didn't want a negative review. The business practices here are very, very sketchy. I would avoid it.
