Every year we find a new way to challenge Eric with a fresh lineup of what we consider the latest…read morein "stain innovation". Our 4 year old discovered his washable marker set as well as my PERMANENT market set really POP on our white suede couch. my 3 year old also took a stab as using our sofa as his own personal potty a few times while his baby sister somehow AWAYS decided to pee when we were in the midst of changing her on said sofa. We typically wait til after the holidays have passed because some uncle is always hiding the fact that he spilled a beer under a pillow, but this year was something new. Mud ground into our brand new area rug. Do we even doubt Eric's ability? Never. Couches, carpets, I even feel like my kitchen tile somehow got a bit cleaner by his mere presence in our house. I can say enough good things about his work ethic and his work, certainly something to be proud of!

I was recommended to use Eric with Midwest Carpet Care to clean my recently passed mother's condo…read more We had everything moved out, getting ready to sell. It was a three bedroom with living and dinning area about 1000 square feet. He quoted $450 +/- over the phone when he got on site he said he would do it for $438 and said it would take about 2 1/2 hours to complete, the work included cleaning/shampooing all the carpet and cleaning all stains (which were verv small in size). My mother kept a very clean home and the carpet wasn't in bad shape to begin with. Eric said he was finished 1 1/2 hours into the job so I went to look at the work and right away looking to see if the spots/small stains had been removed where we discussed prior to starting and they were still there and not cleaned completely. He did remove rust spots from under the dresser legs in my mother's bedroom that we discussed, but after shampooing rust spots appeared under the coffee table legs in the living room. In my opinion there is nothing wrong with finishing a job earlie if the work is complete and done well, but in this case the worker (Eric) did finnish earlie and the work was definitely not complete. After he left l looked closer to areas of the carpet that didn't look shampooed and they were dry to the touch, they weren't even shampooed. This is why the carpeting didn't have that uniform patterned look to it because it was not completely shampooed. At a cost of $438 dollars divided 1.75 hours (he did come back for 15 minuts to clean some of the spots he missed) that comes to $250.28 per hour! That sounds to me like a great rate, if you can get it do a good job and keep your customers happy. For one more hour of his time he could have done a quality job still put very good money in his pocket and had a happy non complaining customer. 4/30/26

Stellar services which I have been utilizing for some years now. I first came across their work van…read moreparked in a lot. An acquaintance was telling me how intensive their cleaning jobs looked and was interested in hiring. Since I too was in need, I decided to hire them to perform a deep clean for a tenant move-out. That job set a precedent for the following. Over the years, the jobs continue to shine. Cost-wise they are on par with similar service groups. Their expertise in the craft is due to the owner having had training in janitorial services. Apolinar the owner had studied a janitorial discipline and can discuss at length his cleaning services and why he chooses certain cleaning products because of their specific strengths. I have come to appreciate that and the many details. There is a personal touch to their services and that could resonate from the fact that this is a family run business. Every cleaning job can be different and that is why good communication between the client and the cleaning service is important so that you are on the same page. AMJ doesn't just do janitorial or maid services. They also offer carpet and grout cleanings. And recently added on some drywall and painting. For more details call and inquire. Since their carpet services have worked out so well, I continue to hire them for yearly carpet cleanings after the winter thaw. (When dealing with carpet cleaning companies they range from the standard to a little better than the standard. Companies that excel in rejuvenating soiled carpets/ bright cleanings are hard to find. Because they can get the carpet to "glow," I have utilized their services frequently.

I would call AMJ again, and recommend to anyone. Of the three places I called for estimates,…read moreApolinar had the cheapest. It was so cheap, I was a bit skeptical, but decided to trust the two Yelp reviews, and I'm sure glad I did. Thank you AMJ!!
