I haven't purchased a new car since 2005. I have purchased used cars since then and now I was ready to purchase a used car with a note. I didn't go all over Atlanta to so many different dealerships. I had in mind what I wanted and I wanted to trade in my old SUV. I received an email about Enterprises Labor Day Trade-In event, so I jumped at the opportunity right away. I searched Enterprises's inventory first for a Mitsubishi Endeavor because that was the baby I was driving but then I remembered my experience with driving the Chevy Equinox (a rental). BOOM!!! There it was a 2015 Chevy Equinox (Silver) in Duluth with less then 17,000 miles. I couldn't let this vehicle get away from me. I submitted an inquiry online but I was impatient so I called the 800 number and reached Ms. Sabine Myrtil. We spoke briefly and then I was on my way to her in 30 minutes. All I can say is AWESOME SERVICE!!!!!!! PROFESSIONALISM!!!!! COURTEOUS!!!! This team gave a new meaning to their slogan: HAGGLE FREE BUYING!!!! and WORRY FREE OWNERSHIP!!!!! I was greeted pleasantly by Ms. Q while waiting for Ms. Sabine. I told Ms. Sabine what I wanted and I went home in my new/used 2015 Equinox. Ms. Sabine is an outstanding salesperson. "No pressure" was exerted on me by Ms. Sabine and I really really appreciated that about her approach. Ms. Letitia, the manager, was outstanding and very professional. My experience here was absolutely AMAZING!! I was sent to Mr. Jeffrey Morgan as a first time buyer from a credit union. I was apprehensive and nervous. Having gone to a "Regular" Car dealership before and walking away because of pressure, I was very anxious. Jeff relieved that stress the minute I sat down with him. He listened to me and chose cars based on what my needs and wants were. He made me feel part of the family! I test drove 2 cars to narrow it down to the one I liked the best. Seeking a vehicle for the first time in years. We checked a few dealerships for 1-3 year old vehicles and got what we expected...the run back and forth from the cubicle to the podium and then God said: $xxxxx.xx. I got frustrated quickly.We didn't enjoy that process at all. Well I want to start by saying this the people at the store have great customer service skills. That is something that will turn a person away, so with that being said me and my family we're sold. They made sure they did just what they could for us, asked many questions so they met as much of our needs as possible. They best thing about the situation we had was the fact we wanted to stay in a certain price range and they kept us in that range. Buying a car can be a long process but for us it was quick no waiting for hours and just sitting we were told straight up hey the banks are closed no need for your family to sit here and we try to chat with the back and forth with them cause it's one person and she is busy, so go home and be back here at 10 and pick your vehicle up!!!! This was the most easiest, stress free, best car buying experience I have EVER had!! Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating. My salesman James Prince called me the next day after I sent in an email about a car I was interested in. He was very nice and didn't keep me on the phone forever. He asked me what I was looking for, what I could afford and then went to work. He stayed in contact with me that day and set up a time with me to come in the next day! I had to work the next day and was on a time limit, James came in an hour early before they opened to get the ball rolling.....once I made the choice I was taking it....it was smooth sailing. James and the finance department did everything for me. Answered all my questions, got me the price I wanted and a new car in under 3 hours.
