We found a car online at another Enterprise dealer. It was the right car at the right price so we bought it from this Enterprise dealer. We paid the transfer fee and had the car brought in. We put down a down payment and had the care for an extended test period. It wasn't shifting right. Even though it was an automatic, it would "catch" between third and fourth gear. No problem, the point of the test drive was to make sure everything worked well. So we had Enterprise take the care back and fix it. They said it needed a new transmission and that they would keep it for a few weeks and replace it. After a few weeks, they gave us the car back and we again had a few days for a test drive. If anything, it drove worse. And it had a 10,000 more miles on the odometer than when they took it. We asked for our money back but were out about $1,000. Absolutely horrible experience. A compete ripoff. Don't buy a car from these guys. read more

I was impressed with this company until I received documents showing they had 1. Attempted to open car loans in my name, 2. SUCCEEDED in opening a car loan in my name, 3. LIED about the extended warranty saying it covers engines and transmissions for 2 years (ENTERPRISE covers engines and transmissions for 2 years she just wanted the sale!). When I went in to discuss the loan with the office manager he turned his computer, showed me the loan application. I told him SHE did not tell me she was doing that, I turned his computer to face him and said 'this is how her computer was the entire time I was in there, and did NOT turn the computer to face me until it was time to initial everything!! I told him she REALLY needs to be clearer about what she's doing and what's going on, he pouted and refused to respond. Childish. I was very impressed with them until I discovered these two things, and witnessed his childish response. I recommend enterprise - but not this one. read more

DON'T BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! My granddaughter bought a 2021 Chevy Spark TWO months ago and it stopped because of an electrical problem that will cost $1248.00 to fix. The warranty will not cover it because she didn't buy all the optional warranties that cost. There's an electrical warranty, a tire warranty etc. One would think a car bought from a reputable dealership would last longer then two months. Wow Wow Wow! That's all I can say about Enterprise Car Sales on Dunn road. We got referred to Enterprise because we were turned down for a loan at a local credit union. We were contacted by a senior sales consultant named Stanico Church. He asked us if we were interested in buying a car and if so he would be more than happy to help us find what we were looking for. I was very leary because of all I had read and heard regarding car salesmen and their ruthless tactics when it comes to trying to "get the sale", but we were so surprised upon actually meeting him how different he and Enterprise car sales actually were. What's great about Enterprise car sales is their cars are priced fairly and under fair market value by a decent amount. They also offer no haggle pricing meaning there is no need to go in and negotiate the price; it's fair, and you have full access to the Carfax report to see if maintenance has been recorded. Nico brought out a couple of cars and it wasn't hard to find exactly what we wanted, a 2018 Kia Sportage. It didn't take long at all to get financed, and at an APR that we were happy with. Next, we went to sign the paperwork with Jeremy Hearn, the finance manager. Jeremy was also great. He was extremely funny and made us feel at ease to the end part of the process. There were two other sales consultants we had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with briefly by the names of Terrance Cosby and James Sachar; they were also very kind, cordial and easy to talk to. Overall we had an A+ experience at Enterprise Car Sales at 623 Dunn Road. i called and talked to TONY the manager at enterprise and he told me to come and see him because the problem that i have his family member has the same problem from enterprise, but when i arrived TONY sent his minion out of TONYS office to talk to me. i purchased a vehicle 1/2021 and gave them a trade in. on 9/29/2022 i received a certified letter from the department of motor vehicle telling me that the vehicle that i traded in was towed off the road and the driver was arrested. this vehicle was still in my name after 15 months after i traded it in to enterprise. the minion told me to send a copy of the letter i received from DOT with the purchase paper from them. why do i have to do anything i sold the vehicle to enterprise? why can't they take this on? what is going to happen if i get pulled over and the police sees that i have this in their system? i will be going to jail NOT TONY. read more

I took my car in to the dealership for routine service on a Friday. It was a pretty lengthy list and I didn't want to spend the entire day waiting around so I rented a car from Enterprise. They picked me up at the dealership and everything was speedy and service was fine. I had the car from 8am to about 4pm. The clerk asked me how the service was and if everything went smoothly and I don't normally complain but at that moment I just felt compelled to be honest. I said everything was totally fine but the car had a horrible smell, and it really did. I don't know what it was. A combination of body odor and some kind of scented perfumed products maybe? It was so strong and it was a 50 something degree day but I drove around with the windows open because if I didn't I started getting a headache. When I got home around 5 from returning the car and picking up mine I took a shower and changed clothes because I felt like the scent was all over me. The clerk was super nice and gave me a free upgrade and 10% off my next rental. It's nice but I hope there isn't a next time. read more

I used this Enterprise location when my car was in the shop for a month. The shop was EXTREMELY crowded when I picked up the car and dropped it off. I really liked how they had one of their agents drive to my house in one of the cars to pick me up from my house. That level of service was greatly appreciated, as I didn't have to worry about getting a friend or family member to pick me up and drop me off at the building. The car I had worked well however be sure to check for damage before you leave. I found numerous marks and a cigarette burn on the seat that the agent did not catch. I also wish they had a 24 hour drop off at this location however they don't... If you have USAA insurance all the billing is done for you, which I found to be extremely convenient I would use this location again if I need to rent a car in the Saint Louis area just because they treated me right. If they have a 24 hour drop off next time I come here you will see my 4 stars go up to 5. read more

I recently wrecked my 2005 mustang convertible due to winter weather (rear wheel drive does not agree with the Midwest winters) and needed to find a new car that can handle inclement weather conditions. Went to Enterprise with my Fiancé, and bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Tom. He made the process so relaxing and easy. He didn't pressure us and also gave me an amazing trade in value for my wrecked car (they took it as is!). We could not be happier with the service we received. The service has been horrible. I purchased my car in Early January. I traded in a car and Enterprise has yet to pay off my existing car loan. The finance manager, Brian told me that it wasn't his fault that Bank of America gave them the wrong address the 1st time they tried to correct it. And the 2nd time they tried to correct, it set on someone's desk and they "forgot to sign the check".
