Not only did they do the oil change but found that an electrical device that controls my air pressure monitor and remote start was faulty, the part was not in stock. They asked me if I wanted to keep the truck or leave it, I opted to leave and they got me into a rental. The car was finished on Tuesday eve. The cargo area came out much better than i thought, even down to the little metal strips that he polished. Never experienced that. Greater attention to detail than expected. Prices are reasonable and his space is clean and neat. It's a quick 3min walk from the avenue street he's on, to the main street in Oceanside where there are many places to eat and shop if waiting for your car. It is June 12 and it still has not been released and KARP could care less. They sold me the car and now they seem done. I called and left messages and no one returned any calls for 2 weeks. It wasn't until I got nasty did anyone pay attention, but I was still hung up on by the manager twice. After having to physically walk into the dealership to demand some answers I, yes me the customer, had to call my bank and figure out where the money went and how to get it back. I proceeded to give them the very instructions I was given by my bank to ensure I would get my money. A letter was to be written and faxed, what a problem that was bc they don't have a fax machine, but anyway it got sent. The bank said in 24 hours the funds would be released. It is now day 3 Fromm that day and still no answers or solutions have been offered, I was told again today by KARP that I should do still more work and go into the bank to find the money. What is YOUR responsibility KARP? HOW IS THIS MY PROBLEM? did I drag my behind when you needed to be paid or did I pay you?
