Talk about disrespectful! I have a rental from Enterprise due to a recent fender bender. So people from this location call me from car sales and when I kindly thank them for their offered services but I already have a dealership and lender, the man on the phone starts harrassing me with "oh, so what, you've already put a deposit on a car or?" and when I say yes to quickly end the conversation, he says "OK boss whatever you want". Talk about representing sterotypical car sales people to the letter. I've never been talked to like that.. On a 9 AM work-day phone call! I will never dream of using these people services and will advise others to avoid their disrespectful way of running a business. She was awesome , very friendly , easy to talk to , treated us with respect , great customer service and not pushy, like your regular car sales person. She took her time, answered all of our questions & was very patient. When we decided on the car we liked, Nancy ran the numbers for us and gave us a full breakdown of prices & options to choose from . She never made us feel pressured into buying a car, but simply supplied us with the info. Enterprise took care of everything. Comfortable environment & good coffee too! My parent's car conked out earlier in the day, they are in their 80's. I went with them to help out because they were so nervous about having to buy another car. Our car sales associate was Nancy, a real sweetheart. She treated my parents with dignity & was very easy to talk with. She took her time, answered all their questions & was very patient. I didn't know that Enterprise actually sold cars that weren't former rentals, but they've got everything from pre-owned (off-lease) economy to luxury models. Josh, Max, and Rob were extremely helpful and made sure I found the car I was looking for in their large inventory. The "no-haggle" pricing is both reasonable and takes that pressure of the dreaded car salesman out of the equation. I drove my certified pre-owned car off the lot after 90 minutes. I had a horrible experience with enterprise on Bridgeport Ave in Milford I called ahead as instructed per Enterprise 15 prior to being picked up and they arrived at my location 45 minutes. I was late to work then they drove me back to this location and then had me walk the lot for a car they needed to prep the car and then I was finally able to leave for work. I could not believe that there was a closer location and they moved me to this one further away. Since I randomly chose any car I did not like it I called to return it the next day they said they were to busy and to come the following day they marked it down in my file I was coming. I showed up and they said they did not have another car for me all they had was a pickup truck. Really I went down there for nothing I asked to be called when another car became available and of course no call was made to me. Someone hit me and that is why I was renting a car my car went beyond the week and I gave enterprise my claim number set everything up with enterprise and they billed me directly over $400.00 from my account what up with that. I called the insurance company that was suppose to set t his up for me 1 week prior to me renting this car and I get billed directly I can't believe this. I still have t his car that I don't like never heard from enterprise they billed me over $400.00 but they don't call me to return this call but they take my money. The auto body shop where they picked me up from on Monday told me they forgot to pick up one of there other customers and they were kind enough to drive her to airport on the 7th of July. The price is the price and your trade in is worth what's it's worth. The sales team isn't on commission, rather they are measured but unit. So, if you go in with a $10,000 budget, they will not try and sell you a $14,000 car. All cars come with a 12 month warranty.
