I like my car,but I have two complaints. 1 They do not give you a full tank of gas. At least they gave me a half a tank this time. The gas tank was almost empty with the last car. 2. I only received ONE KEY FOB. This irks me. I NEVER had a car with only 1 key. This will influence if I decide to buy a car from them on the future. I always put the extra keys away. Enterprise said they had problems with multiple car keys when the cars were rented. We'll that isn't MY problem. I probably will have to pay a small fortune to get a second fob. NOT HAPPY read more

The staff was very considerate and patient with me as I am a nervous driver. The prices are set, there is no pushy rep breathing down your neck. We didnt find anything thr first time for test drives, so we had to come back and try other models. No one made us feel difficult or high-maintence. I recommend, they have a lot of cars to pick from and get new ones all the time. read more

Terrible service. I looked at a car online, and got an email telling me to go to the Allentown location. See email clipped below. But when I went there, they told me the car was in Wayne, NJ. The rep Elisa was incompetent, claiming she called me but never did (called ID does not lie). The manager was rude and disrespectful, telling me it was my fault to go to the wrong location. But, he was the one at fault for the location given to me was Allentown. Horrible people, horrible service read more

Can you say that you ever had an outstanding used car buying experience? I can now say that I have at Enterprise Car Sales with the help of bubbly Alyssa Feldman, Sales Consultant, and Dan "some bubbles" Bratton, Assistant Sales Manager. About a three hour event and I now own a newer 2018 former rental at a great, no-haggle price. I came in ticked off because I was forced into this position of having to buy a car since my 14-year-old "perfect" car got totaled in a ice-slick bend in the road. I was not ready for any pleasantries with Alyssa's greeting, but I eventually was able to get calmer as the evening progressed and she won me over. Although I did my homework online and used Consumer Reports, Alyssa was still able to point out various things good and not as good about the car during the test drive. We discussed other car possibilities and the positive and negatives about them. After deciding that I was going purchase the car, which was Alyssa's first and only sale that day but 12th of the month (Yea!), the issues and numbers of financing were easy to get the process completed smoothly with Dan's help. Enterprise was also able to beat the best interest rate from our own insurance company by making a couple of calls. Throughout the down time, Alyssa and my wife and I had pleasant conversation about her job; she wants to rise quickly in the organization, and other stuff that turned out we had in common like college and the arts. Enterprise will be taking care of the fender ding and replacing the battery with a new one. Someone before the test drive killed it and it needed to be jumped. An added bonus was that I will be able to drop off my Enterprise rental at the sales facility and they'll take care of the rest! I did not feel like I was being hassled or forced to make any purchasing decisions, and Alyssa and Dan were able to completely answer all my questions. I felt very comfortable at Enterprise, and would recommend asking for Alyssa and Dan. My wife and I can tell Alyssa knows her stuff and is great at sales. In February, my wife ran afoul of some ice, and our 2011 Kia Sportage died, keeping her from doing the same. Our insurance hooked us up with Enterprise car rental, and the 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan fit the bill perfectly. Roomy enough for groceries and her occasional antique, my formerly broken back LOVES the heated seats. I jokingly mentioned that if Enterprise sold their cars, I'd buy that one. Turns out, they do. So, we got a loaded 2018 Grand Caravan, for about 40% off. Very fast service, very friendly staff, we honestly left there with no questions unanswered. I highly recommend it. Granted, many people do beat the Hell out of rentals, but everything so far seems well cared for. read more

I purchased a car from Enterprise sells about a week ago maybe experience was beautiful. The people were very nice a little too nice so nice that I didn't even get to ask questions about the car before I purchase it, which is not their fault, but I purchased a car at 26,000 only for me to get a letter in the mail that the price changed because of my credit to 47,000 for a 60,000 mile car and don't get me wrong but the price is a bit much and I'm not sure what to do now because of the pricing of the car. I feel like I've been played and I'm considering getting a lawyer I'm really not sure, if any one have answers for me I would really appreciate it . read more
