To first start out, the online experience was something new to me and it was very convenient to have, when you don't want to physically drive to a dealership. Enterprise might not have a huge inventory of cars, but with a little research and looking around, you might surprisingly find the right car. They do their best to update their inventory as often as possible and when you see a vehicle "in certification," then that means it is being checked out before being available for sale. During the time I was looking online, I was being helped by Ana (Sales Consultant) and Devin (Senior Sales Manager) via email, after submitting an application. They both went through the process of what vehicles I was interested in and when you let them know what you want, they will complete the application process to see what you qualify for. I then received a call from Ana or Devin, with both of them introducing themselves once again and going through what I was qualified for. They throughly made sure everything was correct and if they missed anything to confirm or review. After everything was confirmed, it was time to go in-person to meet them and the vehicle of my choice(s). Upon arriving, I was already familiar with the location since I have rented a vehicle from there before, just now working with a different side of the building. When going into Enterprise, it was very clean and inviting, as there was somebody to greet me. From there, got to meet Ana personally and from there, we went right into business with the vehicle I was interested in. During the process, Devin came in and introduced himself once again to formally welcome me at this location. Ana made sure all information was correct, then brought the vehicle for me to take a look and out of the many decent amount of vehicles they had in their lot, I went with the 2021 Volkswagen Altas and it was amazing to look at, both interior and exterior! After looking at the Volkswagen, I wanted to take a look at other vehicle they had on the lot and Ana was very patient with me, telling me to take me time. After taking a look around, made the definite decision on getting the Atlas. Went through the complete application process, signed all necessary documentation and once everything was good to go, I officially got my car! A couple days after I purchased my vehicle, brought it back in for Devin to take a look at because for some reason the remote start was not working. So Devin told me to bring it on it to see if something could be done with their technician team or it would have to go to the dealership. After waiting a couple hours, it was finally working and it was just due to the coding of the vehicle, which was reset. In the end, I honestly had the best experience with both Devin and Ana, so if you get to have a chance to interact with them, you are in the best hands! They both were understanding, professional, patient and VERY transparent, which you do not get at a lot of dealerships. They made the experience for both online and in-person smooth and stress-free. In my experience with Enterprise, I would highly recommend going to this location to find your vehicle, if you choose to do so or if the options are there for you. read more

Sure, they were helpful and polite with the car buying. But we decided we didn't like the car, a Dodge Charger, a couple of days after taking it home. Since they have a 7 day money back guarantee, we took the car back. Now, they weren't so happy and polite. But, we asked that they go forward with the return process. We didn't finance, we gave them a cashiers check for $24,000, which of course, they said it had been deposited, and that they would have to get it back from corporate, and it would take a few days. Well, it's been well over a week, we have not heard anything, nor do they answer our text messages. We aren't sure what they are trying to pull. But we get a very uneasy feeling from all of this. Wish we had never gone there. Maybe the smart thing to do, would be for them to hold any deposits, or payments on a car for 7 days, THEN make the deposit. read more

We purchased our last two cars from Enterprise. They carry good used cars mostly previous rentals. They offer a 12 month warranty and extended warranty's for purchase. Our guy Graeme was amazingly helpful. You can tell it's about the people not just the sale with this guy. Would very much recommend this dealership. They take the stress out of purchasing a car. My car was stolen and totaled and I was a ball of stress about having to car shop. I purchased my Kia from Enterprise in AZ back in 2017 so I checked the Renton Enterprise Car Sales site and found two options I loved. Mark was a fantastic salesman when I arrived -- he was so low pressure, knowledgeable, and patient. He genuinely just felt like a regular dude who really loved cars, and not a sales dude pressuring me to make commission like I faced at dealerships! He took me on a test drive in an Acura and I had to come back and get it. Through the whole process, I would also like to thank Zoey, Fred and Devin. Zoey was cheerful, knowledgeable and fast and helped me on my signing day + wasn't troubled when I had minor issues getting some paperwork from my loan office. I arrived at 11 I came in she said come see me That truck just sold B.S. she told me don't worry i have more to sell you. TL:DR- Go here if you know what you want and want a good deal. My car had just hit the 200K marker and was at the point where I had to refill the oil before the next scheduled check. This means that the seals are starting to go and either it's time to consider heavy repairs or to get another vehicle. Since I needed a car with different abilities, I chose to replace. Needed an AWD with good gas mileage and found a great deal on a Subaru Impreza on their website. While it was more expensive than the last ones they had on there a few weeks ago, the stock rotates regularly and if you hesitate, the car you want can be bought by someone else. Besides, it was still a great deal. Scheduled my test drive on the website and was contacted the same day by Besser. He was very patient with the questions I had and took as much time as needed to make sure every concern was addressed. Went in on a Friday. Besser was friendly, patient, and a good listener. There was no pressure and he wanted to make sure that if I didn't like the car that I knew I could find another one at another Enterprise Car Sales location and have it brought to them (In state was no charge, but out of state had transportation fees). Luckily, I liked the vehicle right away and signed everything right there. The entire process took about 2 - 3 hours from arrival to driving off the lot with my new (to me) car. They even paid more for my former vehicle than I thought it was worth. Financing was painless and got a good rate. Was surprised that they cut the price even lower due to them just starting their Black Friday deals. They also include a 12 month warranty with any vehicle purchase so there's almost no risk when it comes to the car's reliability in the short term. I highly recommend that if you're serious about buying a car, then check here. Know what you want, do your research, and take a test drive. I know that even if you don't buy from here, they'll at least make a good impression. read more

I drive a 2019 Subaru Forester and my car is in the shop for some installations and clear protectant coats spray on for a few days so the dealer got me a rental. She puts me in the smallest smallest car that barely runs and felt like a death trap! Then she offers for upgrade for additional charge out of my pocket and I would pay the whole thing instead of the dealership. Also, I have an account with Enterprise and a loyal customer only rent from them. Always had great experiences at my home city in LA and always gives me free upgrades! I fly up here often to visit families and would rent a car and always had good experienced at the Auburn location despite they have small selection of cars but manage to upgrade me for free but at this particular location, she was trying to up sale me. I know it's no charge out of my pocket for this rental but I have 3 little nieces that are 10,8,6 years old and this car doesn't even fit all three of their booster seats! So I had to make multiple trips to transport them all from locations. Secondly, this car smell like food when I got it and to top it off, I had to deodorized the car but the amell of cigarettes and dog's hair (when wet) in the car still lingers. The staffs were not knowledgeable and charged me $150 holding fees which I didn't care as I have a credit card limit of $60k I would not rent from this location ever again! read more

My husband and I recently had the unpleasant experience of NOT buying a car through Enterprise. We were interested in buying through them because they do have good prices and rental car companies do regular maintenance of their vehicles. However... They do not let you browse through their lot. Instead, they hustle you into an office to "tell you about how Enterprise works" and get an idea of what you are looking for. Then, they go out to their lot and find a car they decide would be a good match. We were shown one car this way, but it did not thrill us and we did not want to just jump at the first thing we saw. We were encouraged to come back in the next day or two, as, we were told, a number of new cars were expected in, including a Cobalt, which is a model in which my husband had expressed a particular interest. We came back in two days later. Again, we were immediately hustled into an office. The salesman told us they did get a Cobalt in the day before, but it had been purchased by someone else almost immediately. Again, the salesman went out to find cars he decided would be a good match. We were shown two more cars this way. One reasonably met our criteria, but the other was so far off from what we had said we were looking for, it was a joke. Husband said, you know, we really want a Cobalt, so we'll just wait until you have one in. Salesman said some are expected in the following week and he'd keep us posted. He even asked what colors we would prefer. We got a call a few days later and were told several Cobalts had just been come in from their rental fleet, but needed be serviced before they could be sold. A few days later, we had another call. They had a Cobalt ready for us. However, it was white, which is the one color we had specifically said we did not want. Somewhere along the way, "several" Cobalts became just this one. We said we did not want the white Cobalt. They said, why don't you come in tomorrow, anyhow, and "we'll see what we can do for you." I told my husband I did not want to go back in there just to be held hostage in this man's office again while we were shown a bunch of cars we did not want. We called the next morning and were told there would be a red Cobalt available within a few days. It was not yet on the lot. It was even cheaper than the other one we'd discussed. All seemed good. The salesman wanted us to come in that day to do some preliminary paperwork as a sort of "good faith" gesture that we were interested in that car. We had been planning to look at other car dealerships that day, but decided to go for this one instead. However, when we went in a few hours later, were told this red Cobalt, which was not even on the lot yet, had also been sold. I was absolutely livid. We concluded that these people never had any intention of helping us get a car we actually wanted, but, instead, just wanted to pawn off on us some vehicle that had been sitting around their lot longer than they would like. We felt completely jerked around by these people and will NEVER do business there again. read more

One of the worst places to ever get a car ‍, you have more problems with the car you bought from them then one off of the street. I didn't even have my 2018 nissan for 1 year..and I've had major problems..like a new ABS system, New transmission, New alternator, and a few other things that shouldn't even be happening when I've only had the car for a little bit. If I could give the whole dumb car back I would ! Worst decision ever. Because I'm an back again to the car not working..... read more

I purchased my current car from Enterprise Car Sales and have been completely pleased. The process is easy (no haggle) and the website is easy to maneuver. I'd done my research when I walked in - I knew what I wanted and knew that the price was unreal. My car was listed at $2000 below blue book. The cars are put through a 100 point inspection prior to sale. I appreciate that because its was a rental car I can be sure that the maintenance was logged and up to date. After review of the VIN number I knew that I had a winner! The staff was fantastic - very nice and accommodating. They sold my old car for me at a fair price and took care of the whole process with ease. The car itself comes with a one year limited warranty (engine and transmission) and you can purchase additional warrenty type things if you want to (I didn't). They called me about a week after I finished the transaction and made sure things were going well. They also included a second set of keys - always handy! Overall - the process is painless and easy and I will likely use them again for my next car-buying experience. read more

I had such a stress free experience with enterprise car sales in Renton. I would recommend all of my friends and family to go here. I came into the Renton car sales as a first time car buyer. I worked with primarily Chris Lee and also with Chris Potter through my whole experience. They showed me a Hyundai Elantra and I loved it! I left, and was considering the Elantra. I received a Hyundai Accent as a rental and realized this was the car for me. I called Chris to see if there was one available, he told me that there wasn't in Renton, but they would find the car I wanted! I couldn't believe the customer service and the strings they pulled to make this possible. Chris was constantly checking in with me while we waited for the car to arrive. They found the car I wanted, with the color, brand new tires, totally clean and detailed inside and even low(er) miles. I was so happy!! It took a few weeks for the car to get there, a few minor repairs and certified. Waiting the few weeks was worth it! When my car finally got there it was exactly what I wanted. They have a 7 day return if I'm not happy with the car and also 1 year roadside assistance. This comes with any car you buy from them! We found out that Hyundai doesn't support USB hookup for iPhones without the cable you have to buy from Hyundai. I told them that the USB hook up was very important to me, so the Chris' bought the cable for me from apple and Hyundai, free of charge, to me! I was also able to work my window tint into my monthly financing. Although there is no haggling and they up charge a bit for profit, but I feel like it was worth it for the customer service. I plan on returning here for my next car purchase in the future. I will also highly refer friends and family to this location for car sales. I had seen a car on the website that was within my price range but it was at the Lakewood, WA salesroom and I would not have been able to get down to that location to take a look at vehicle. I used the online portal and asked if it would be possible to get the vehicle up to the Renton location and they were able to make that move. Mandy Randev got back to me that they would be able to move the car if I were interested and we made an appointment for a couple days out to have time to have the vehicle moved. I caught the bus out to Enterprise Car Sales in Renton. Got off the bus at the wrong stop and had to walk about 2 miles to get to the salesroom. It was cold and I was soaked and the first thing I was asked when I came in was if I wanted a cup of coffee or tea. I know this is standard in most care sales rooms, but it was extra appreciated since I looked like a soaked bird. The salesman that helped me, Mandy, was easy to talk to and kind. They were able to find me a finance option that, although not quite what I had hoped for, allowed me to drive home with the car that evening. Mandy got down to business and I told him exactly what I wanted. Answered all my questions concerning the warranties remaining on the vehicle and treated me with kindness and respect. The process took a couple of hours, which is always common when buying cars. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and the test drive cinched that it was the car I wanted. There was no pressure and they bent over backwards to find a finance option I could afford and would cover the purchase 100%. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and their kindness. I was not really looking for a new car, but found the perfect one in Renton Enterprise. I bought it through Hannah and Walter from Spokane sight unseen. They were so generous helping me figure out logistics of finances, pick up and even delivered it to my sisters house in Renton. I was also picking up my niece and nephew to come home with me while my sister is in New Jersey as a Covid ICU nurse and they were so surprised when the car arrived. We had a great drive home.. great car, great deal, wonderful service. Hannah and Walter took all the stress out of the deal and made extra sure it was easy when they found out my situation. First, I would like to mention, this is my first review on Yelp. My husband and I were so impressed, we could not skip reviewing them. I've never felt less pressure in buying a car and completely satisfied with my purchase. My husband and I are used to being attacked by sharks as we enter the parking lot of a dealership. Not at Enterprise, we came in there with a plan of our own, a pre-approved loan, and our trade-in. Jim & Sean presented us with a better offer that we didn't think was possible. They were able to negotiate a lower interest rate on our car loan with one of the lenders they worked with and gave us a good deal on our trade-in. We had several dealerships that we were interested in visiting, but honestly didn't need to go anywhere else after talking to these guys. I said goodbye to my 2003 Silver Dodge Stratus and said hello to my 2013 White Dodge Grand Caravan which BTW is like spanking new and very well maintained. With 3 kids and a dog, this van is totally awesome. The customer service that we received from Jim & Sean are top of the crop for car sales men. So review update 2months after getting my car from this place I realized wow I got taken for a ride ! They do not have any follow through!! Chris who sold me the car clearly only cares about making a sale ! He promised to send the person who referred me a 100$ gas card , so I told them to expect it and guess what? They have still not received it ! Chris in finance is horrible at dealing with people! This used to be a good place but sadly it's not anymore .I will send everyone I know to car pros in renton ! Just bought my fifth auto from here and really don't think I will ever go anywhere else. I have always been treated fairly and with respect and never lied to. Chris has sold me the last two vehicles and his service is always respectful and he goes the extra mile every time. Why would anyone go to a dealer where you have to be on your guard at all times? They offer great, competitive financing and the whole thing was once again a breeze, until......I turned into a bulk head the very next day. I went to Enterprise car sales to continue my quest for a vehicle. The staff were extremely pleasant to work with, especially De'Shon. He wasn't your usual pushy salesman. He listened to what my needs were and showed me a few cars. I decided on the one I liked and he gave me detailed information about it. I got the car looked at and it checked out. There is a 4 day return policy on the cars, so no pressure. He even put me at ease with my apprehension, as it was my first experience purchasing a new (ish) car with car payments. In August I just bought my second car from Enterprise. Man is this an outstanding company. Our first car was a 2007 Buick Lacross which we purchased with $2k down and about 30,000 miles. We had already perused the used car/new car dealers in Renton and Kent and knew about what we wanted and what we were going to have to spend. Enterprise was a better deal than we heard from all of them. Their price was better, their trade in value was better and their interest rate was better. Some people are not going to understand how valuable this next comment is but for those who know cars.....that car ALWAYS carried more trade in value that the balance we had on the loan. When it accidentally got totaled in June '15 the insurance paid out $1000 MORE than I had calculated we should have. SO....when it came to replacing that car, I again did some looking around but that quiet voice said check out Enterprise. I wasn't sure I wanted to buy a newer car again because we have done so well with older used cars, since my husband is a professional mechanic, but I wandered down their with a 2000 Olds 7 pass van $800 to trade-in I had picked up from a friend who needed to unload the van. I walked away with a 2014 Town and Country Crysler 7-Pass dark maroon, 30,000mi and payments a couple dollars under what we had been paying on the Buick (that was financed in '09). They gave me $2300 trade in to make the deal work and I used $2k cash down. I have a great interest rate ----- I just can't say enough. Wait, there is more. I was a little concerned about poor traction in the rain and came back to talk with Chris about tires. As we investigated what would be best and just how acceptable the set of rear tires were, he had me go to their tire guy and they decided to put me in a new pair to replace the almost marginal rear tires at their cost. I got to research the ratings and customer reviews and found the tire in the right price range. These guys bend over backwards to honor their incredible reputation. I ordered our Barcelona Red Cadillac SRX from Renton Enterprise, was brought over from 2,000 miles away to Renton, was kept informed about the ETA via GPS of the trucking company, which was quite exciting. De'Shon Matthews helped me buy my first car! He was extremely nice, very knowledgeable & very helpful. The fact that he was also a Husky only made my experience better. I love the 7 day return policy- made me feel comfortable about buying! De'Shon drove the car to this location for me and had it ready for me when I came by after work! Is it possible to give a NEGATIVE TEN stars? Went with my father to pick a car in September. Purchased a Hyundai. Car died stranding my father on the first trip in it for 2.5 hours, and discovered the E-brake would not hold the vehicle on flat ground, when it started to roll away- which they somehow completely overlooked despite their much vaunted "109 point inspection." THIS IS A SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE which they also tried to explain away. Brought it back, the manager JIM agreed to take it to Hyundai; they couldn't find the problem; fixed the E-brake; and, stated that the vehicle needed a brake system flush and induction cleaning. Enterprise neglected to mention this, I found it on the invoice, asked about it, was told "It's just them trying to get money out of us"; called the Service Manager, verified that the work was necessary, confronted Enterprise. Was told the work would be done at Hyundai. 2, hours of traffic, 2 hours back to Enterprise: JIM the manager says "I told you they were just trying to get money out of us! Ha!" and presented with an invoice from another shop showing that they said (fee $25. not charged or paid) none of the work needed done. At this point, it is very clear that JIM not only LIED to me, he has the sheer gall to rub my nose in it and laugh. Research, track down someone I can speak to in authority; hours of runaround; given name of Troy Klemo as district management. Call Troy; go into the whole situation in depth and detail, including the fact that I am really incensed over being lied to. Troy says HE will PERSONALLY make sure the work is done at Hyundai, as per the original verbal contract. Another 2 hours EACH WAY through traffic, get there, my Dad gets the car; they have NO INVOICE, but here, take your car. I get back. I call Troy- straight to voice mail; leave message advising him that I want the invoice ASAP to verify that the work WAS done. No response. Six days later, I call again, still doesn't answer, I leave another message. EIGHT days later, I get an invoice: work -if performed - was done at the same shop that was NOT to do the work, and NOT at Hyundai. AGAIN, I was deliberately misled by another Enterprise "Manager" who flat lied to me. These guys are LIARS; are disrespectful; clearly lack morals and ethics, and have no qualms whatsoever about breaking their word. If we did not like the car, I would return it and SUE THEM for deceptive business practices; breach of contract; and, ungodly amounts of wasted time, gas, and money in dealing with this complete debacle. This dealership is awesome. If I can give 10 stars I would. I was referred to the car sales department from rentals due to me not having a car due an accident. I worked with Joe (Joseph)who is amazing, not only was he nice, but genuinely wanted to see me win. Not once did I feel I was being taking advantage of or had second thoughts on my Decision. I purchased a used 2025 F150 lightning, 26k miles. During the buying process the truck was not able to be test driven, "just got off the truck and needed a safety check," so i test drove an equivalent vehicle. Upon picking up the vehicle, they handed me the keys, no orientation to the vehicle, and said we were good to go. The very first time I turned on the truck, there is a notification that the car needed to be serviced and to contact the service team. I notified the dealer, who informed me that this is likely a result of the safety check, that these notifications were simply not cleared and that the truck was "all good", and to just drive home. I cleared the notification, drove home. Notifications continued the following day every time I started the truck and after having the truck less than 2 days I took it to a closer ford service center who informed me of multiple faults detected that needed repair. The truck was being repaired for the next 9 days. Just got the truck back, thankfully everything is under warranty, which would not have been yhe case if the truck had 10k more miles, or was 1 year older. I was told the repairs were very costly. The buying process, including not being able to test drive the truck, no orientation, and brushing off the notifications leads me to believe they knew of the errors and didn't want me to be aware of the issues prior to drivijg off the lot. I would be extremely cautious buying a used car from this dealership.

They did a small adjustment and hoped it worked. 7) Few weeks after, still had a noise. Took it back and they asked for $99 diagnostic. Since I had no other choice, had to go for it. They found some corroded wire and offered to clean it for free. 8). Took it home. The noise was still there. I gave up and took my car to Infinity car service in Bellevue and learning that the replaced pads had poor quality. These pads were not OEM parts!!! I wish they would tell me upfront that they didn't use none OEM parts. Maybe, they need to fix their pad supply issues to ensure the pad quality up to the standard.

I was buying a throttle Body cover (thing of plastic) and mirror Controls...it took this lady 10 minutes of clicking before giving me a price on it when it used to just be "yeah I'll take 20 bucks for everything" unfortunately it's one of the last remaining do it yourself car scrap yards so I have to begrudgingly shop their sometimes but I'd rather not give them the business.

I purchased a used 2015 Kia Sedona in the early part of 2016 and have been holding off on this review for a while to see what the after purchase support was like. I can now say that I have been more than impressed with the quick support and professional service I received during this entire process. Let me get this out first. Even though I found the vehicle purchase process at Enterprise Car Sales smooth, it was not entirely painless. I just don't want anyone going in to think that the process will be seamless and quick. Just remember to ask questions, get clarifications and be honest about what you can afford vs. what you want. Now, on to the actual review. I wasn't actually looking to purchase a vehicle but our current one was in the shop and we needed a rental so we went to Enterrpise Rental in Federal Way. Upon returning the vehicle, I noticed a poster advertising Enterprise Car Sales and inquired. I got a little info and thought that was it. The next day, I received a call from Chris at Enterprise Car Sales in Tukwila asking if I had any questions. I did not have any at that time so I got Chris's contact information and proceeded to browse vehicles on the Enterprise Car Sales website. When I decided on a vehicle (which was local but at another location), I called Chris back and he had the vehicle ready for a test drive the very next day. I went in that afternoon, liked the test drive and proceeded to the paperwork. When we got to the finance portion, this is where things got a little more time consuming and where you should be asking a lot of questions. (and stating figures from your independent researching. You DO research, right?). The finance interest rate I was initially quoted was quite a bit higher than what I had found online so I asked if there was a way to get a lower rate as my credit rating is significantly above average. Ultimately, I was able to get an interest rate much lower than the industry standard for a used vehicle (very close to new vehicle purchase rates). Another factor that came up was extended warranty. Normally I decline these services but what Enterprise Car Sales offered ws very competitive to 3rd party after-market vehicle warranties prices. Our van is only used for city driving and gets less than 8k miles per year so we decided to get their 5 year warranty. There are a couple of factors that I liked about the Enterprise warranty. What really sold me was the $0 deductible. The second were the stories (search online) of manufacturer (Kia) warranty claims being denied due to maintenance (scheduled oil changes) not strictly being followed. Enterprise will not deny the claim for that matter alone. I have not had to use the Enterprise warranty and hope that I never have to but knowing that it is there is very comforting. The last point is regarding our trade-in. I was not driving the old vehicle at the time of the test drive so I could only provide a description of the vehicle. I do know that I would get a higher value from a private sale but that was not an option I wanted to pursue. Still, the value I was quoted was quite a bit lower than what KBB stated even for a trade-in and told them what I was hoping to get. After a bit, Enterprise came back with an adjusted figure (somewhere near the medium) that was agreed upon. And they did this still with the vehicle sight unseen. That night I went home, cleaned the old vehicle as good as I could, looked it over and realized that the original quoted trade-in value from Enterprise was probably closer to the real value so I went back in to see if they wanted to adjust the financing to accommodate that difference. Their response *surprised* me. They told me that they would keep their word as the trade-in value (higher) was already signed/agreed upon and they would not change it. Long story short. I had a wonderful time purchasing the vehicle. The monthly cost was a few $ more than what I had originally wanted (due to the warranty) but I feel I still received a great value. I never felt pressured and was assured multiple times during the process that it was OK to stop if I felt this purchase was not in my best interest. The folks at Enterprise Car Sales, Tukwila WA were very professional, very friendly and *VERY* Customer oriented. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quality slightly used vehicle. Update (early) 2017: No mechanical issues with vehicle so far. We did get a notification of a toll fine and it seems like the vehicle registration is still with me. I called Enterprise Car Sales, Tukwila and Chris (Manager) expertly/professionally handled the issue. I don't know what to say. I am impressed and will be purchasing our future vehicle(s) from them as well. read more

Well, I have been car shopping the last few weeks and I must say I have a whole new grasp on what car salesmen are like unfortunately I can't say it's good!! I've been to several dealerships, Sunset Auto in Auburn, Enterprise car sales in Renton, Burien Chevrolet, Toyota of Bellevue, Auburn car sales. I've dealt with West Coast Auto Loans, CarGurus, cars.com and more that I can't even remember right now. I have a whole new outlook on what buying a car is like being a first time buyer myself I had heard the rep of car salesmen for years and most of you already know it's not a good one but I never realized how real and how bad they really could be until I went to these places looking for a car) II feel I should share.....they all started out wonderful to begin with and I'm straight up from the get-go about where my credit is and what my income is and so forth, each and every one assures me that they will be able to get me financed and get me a car...NOT!!!! it was bad enough that they would act like they could help me but I would explain to them I had no money to put down I had an older car I could trade in my credit wasn't that good and I just started my job they knew all this up front and still insisted they be able to help me and then to make it worse the vehicle I have now had no breaks and so if I was to go to one of the dealerships I needed to be able to leave with a new car otherwise I wouldn't be safe driving and I wanted my last trip to be to get a car that is safe they all wanted me to come down with no brakes promising me that they could get me a new car they didn't care how tired I was after work, they didn't care how far I had to drive it didn't matter they would make me think that they would help me and all they would do is get me to fill out their app and then send me away and leaving me in a scarier situation every time and I am feeling that they never had any intentions of trying to help me at all they lied to me they became very vague ad soon as I filled out the application and they would always switch cars on me also in the car I wanted I wouldn't be the one they could get me of course and it was always a completely humiliating situation in the end because I felt stupid for being lied to when I asked them everything up front. I just want to put it out there if anybody was in a situation for buying a car and believe that advertisements that they put out there ...think again! They can't help unless you have a cosigner or half the money of the vehicle up front or are willing to buy a car that you don't want to get or pay something like 22% in interest they have an excuse for everything!!!!! In all fairness Toyota of Bellevue was very nice and very honest from the get-go and they never made promises to me they couldn't sleep so I was walked in with my eyes open and I am just waiting on Burien Chevrolet who had me come out after work no matter how tired I was last night with the pretense that I already been okayed to get a car and then they sent me away but I haven't heard back yet so maybe they'll come through ...what a shock that would be would make him the only car dealership they could keep their word in the neighborhood or maybe they'll just be like everybody else stay tuned!!! I would like to express my gratitude on the fact that when I went to enterprise car sales years ago I was not happy at all with the service when I needed to buy a car. However when I had to get a new car because my current car need repair that was to costly, I was referred to see Deshawn who just sold my daughter a car, to see what he and enterprise could do for me. Well first of all I called him after 6pm and he asked if I could come down right away, I said yes and that I was coming from West Seattle. Well when I arrived there he was very polite and willing to help me at all cost to get me into a car. I advised him that my credit was not top notch, but I have been at my place of employment for over 20 years. First thing he said not to worry and that he knew that there was something that they would be able to do. I'm not one that is to picky on a car I just needed one that was reliable, I have 2 elderly parents that I need to be able to get to in any type of crisis. So he showed me 2 cars but I did like the chevorlet captiva for which was going to be a good fit for me and my needs. Then his manager came and took down the necessary information that was needed to get financing. I did inform him of my situation and he advised me not to worry and went into the fact that now banks are willing to work with customers that do have some financial issues. So during this time I had a lovely conversation with Deshawn about a lot of things that was very interesting to me as well as he was very calm and easy to talk to. he also was interested in what I had to say as well. We did find out through conversation that we had a lot in common as far as goals and interest. He also did say the he learned a lot from our conversation especially from my family back round. Well not looking at the clock it was about 8:30ish and then his manager came in and said that he did find a bank that would finance me and that all I needed to do was give a down payment which I didn't have at the moment but told the both of them that I would have it in a few days. So by Monday I had the down payment and called Deshawn and then told him what time I was going to be there to finalize the car transaction. I also had a trade in for which they gave me extra money towards it. Well when I got there Monday afternoon Deshawn said that he had more good news for me , well I was like ok and then there was another bank that would finance me at a lower rate, which made my payments less. That brought a bigger smile to my face. I just want to express how they made me feel from the first time that I walked in and the time I left they made me feel so welcome. A couple months ago when I was looking to get a car so I could cross the country and commute safely to a new job, I was exploring my options, and Enterprise Car Sales came up. My boyfriend and I recently purchased a new car from Enterprise Car Sales Renton and we are beyond happy with our experience. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I feel so grateful for the quality service that De'Shon provided us. There was no pressure and he genuinely wanted to get us into the right vehicle and to have an enjoyable experience. De'Shon was extremely personable and easy to work with. Even before our appointment, he got in touch with us to get information about which cars we were interested in, and when I arrived at the office, he had the cars parked outside and ready to test-drive. Luck must have been on our side because he had the two cars that we were considering - the Sonata Hybrid and the Elantra - waiting for us. We took a couple of test drives around the neighborhood and I fell in love with the cars. They were in pristine shape and had been thoroughly inspected prior to being placed on the lot. We ended up choosing the red Sonata Hybrid (with heated seats!). Once we decided on the car we wanted, Chris went over price calculations, financing, and warranty details. I've tried for years to get a new car. I never even thought of going to enterprise for a car. But I know they take care of the cars they rent. So my mom suggested them and so I went in on Wednesday and Jim was my finance guy and Renee was my sales woman. And I have to say both of them are amazing people. I already had a vehicle in mind when I went in. I called Tuesday and asked about it. Had an appointment Wednesday to look at it and was worried about financing because my credit wasn't the greatest. Well my credit was better than I thought. Anyway I came in Jim talked with the lenders. Then held the car for me until I got the money together for them. Dropped off the money Thursday morning. Jim re talked with the lenders. Got a better payment and deal for me. It didn't come with an automatic start and I asked Jim if we could work that into the payment and he said he will look and he made it happen! I left to my appointment Thursday. Come back Thursday afternoon sign the papers and out the door I go with my new car. Now Thursday when I get to work I see oil on the ground and I'm thinking that's not from me. Well come to find out yes it's mine. I call Friday morning to Renee and let her know whys going on and she tells me to have Dwayne check it out since he was also replacing the wipers front and back. Because the back on was broken. So anyway I call her and she says they will take care of it. There was no oil leak just some excess oil that wasn't cleaned when an oil change was done. This by far has been the best experience of buying a car. If I ever buy a car in the future I will definitely come back to enterprise. They made my experience better than I ever thought! After a horrible, awful experience at another local well known dealership in Kirkland it was suggested by my credit union to visit Enterprise Car Sales in Renton. They were very quick to call me and get information regarding my wants in a car and needs for a trade. I met with Mandy and explained the details of my experience the day prior. He was kind and listened without rushing me - he was very patient. He and I looked at the inventory went for a test drive - I gave my honest opinion and he suggested another car that would fit my needs. Drove it, loved it and they gave me a fair trade for my current vehicle. I can't give more stars than 5 but would like to give 10+. I left with my almost new and totally new to me Sante Fe Sport. The following day I returned with some things for the car I traded in and saw the same Santa Fe in my favorite color and Mandy said, "You want to trade it?" Nervously, I said, "Yes" (I don't like to be a problem). Mandy sensed my nervousness immediately and asked me why I was nervous - I explained and he calmed my nerves and explained how easy it would be to switch. I had a great time getting my car from these guys. They were very helpful, attentive and took good care of me. However, after I bought my car, my sales representative refused to answer any calls, did not follow tho on the promises made about products she was to get me etc. I guess the worst part was the fact was how she ignored my calls and had her collision cover foyer when I knew she was on property. UPDATE. UPDATE. UPDATE Oh my God!! Today I got a knock on my door and the delivery guy had a package for me. It was from the folks at Enterprise. I checked the date on the order form to make sure it had nothing to do with my recent review on YELP. What I found by calling the manufacturer, is there was a back order on the materials (floor mats) that THEY purchased for me, which is what caused the delay and made me think they had forgotten what they promised. However, that's not the main point. The main point is the amazing materials they had delivered. These mats were absolutely top-notch and I could not have asked for anything better or of a more higher quality. This was a very fitting way to complete a sale by the "Rock Star", Ana and all of the superior management of Enterprise. All I can say is these guys really know how to take care of their customers (now the manufacturer, that's a horse of a different color) As far as I'm concerned, Enterprise is not only a five star operation, They are a perfect 10 in Customer Service. To anyone out there, I would recommend them as a first stop for anyone looking for a used car because they go "above and beyond" what is asked for and boy do they ever deliver. I have been to Enterprise Car Sales on Grady in Renton, WA to be part of four purchases in the last six months. I originally went into the place with my wife, my son and his fiance to replace a vehicle that had recently been totalled in a horrific accident. First of all they were very sympathetic about the situation and immediately began to get to know us personally. Rezwan Malek was the salesman who helped us. He was very professional yet personal with all of us. As we began the process we were offered water or coffee. He then began to ask us questions about what we wanted about the car and informed us that he would do the best to meet the needs, wants, and financial situation of my sons family. During the experience they also provided snack, sodas, and pizza for us because the process was taking a while due to lack of credit of my son. My wife and I purchased a vehicle the same day because we were so impressed with the service of Rezwan and Jim Yang, the finance representative. About 2 months later, another of my sons needed a vehicle, so we went to the same place and purchased another vehicle. About a month after that, our second car blew a transmission and we bought another car. On 3 out of the four occasions we were able to get top dollar on our trade-ins, although they were all in poor shape. The fourth time we didn't have a trade. We have also been given a $100 shell gift card for referrals on each of the subsequent purchases. My cousin and I went to Enterprise to find a car for my daughter. I purchased my car from this dealership about 6 years ago and although the car was great I wasn't that comfortable with the salesman that helped me. Needless to say I was guarded and since I didn't have very much trust in car dealerships anyway, I was somewhat withdrawn. I was pleasantly surprised and completely satisfied with the way DeShon Matthews helped me find a car within the range I was looking for. He was friendly, honest (which means a lot to me) and very respectful of my needs. He was easy to talk to and and not pushy at all; his customer service was stellar! Throughout the time we spent there he made it clear that he wanted me to be comfortable with whatever I purchased, even if it had to be brought in from one of their other dealerships. He readily answered all my questions and when I asked something he wasn't sure of, he stated that he wasn't sure but he would definitely find out for me right away. He remained patient and considerate throughout the process. This customer service excellence extended to Jim Yang, as well, when he went over the contract details with us. He didn't make me feel like he was in a hurry to get it done and go on to something or someone else. He made me feel that my satisfaction was his priority. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know that's looking to buy or rent a car. I just want to share my experience with Renton Enterprise car sales. Everyone was just so nice, friendly and very welcoming. I was introduced to Ana Valdez and was told she will be the one taking care of and answering any questions I may have on my purchasing of a vehicle. She showed me and test drove a couple vehicles I was interested in but didn't work out as i planned. However, she never gave up on me. we communicated back and forth until, I think the 3rd time I went back, I finally got a vehicle I wanted. Given the fact that she was new on the block of sales, She was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. IF she didn't know the answer? her reply was " ill go find out" . now, that's just awesome not leaving me hanging. What I loved about this new sales person Ana, is her understanding, caring and engaging with customers to help them get what vehicle they really want with no rush to just get you to buy and get out. I recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 from Enterprise Car Sales in Renton, WA. Buying cars can be a stressful process, buying a truck can be even more stressful. Biggest reason for it being that you just don't know how a truck has been used. Has it towed a huge fifth wheel trailer for an extended period of time? Has it been overloaded with a tow-behind trailer and towed up the mountains all of it's life? Because that's what I was finding out there in the dealerships. What I love most about my truck, being that it came from Enterprise Car Sales is that it was never ALLOWED to tow. So, I know I'm getting a low mileage truck that hasn't been beat up or abused. I worked with CHRIS, the area car sales manager who took his time and helped me land on a truck that we transferred in from Utah. Most dealerships try to sell you what's on their lot but after CHRIS talked to me about what I wanted, he helped me locate one and even had it shipped in. JIM in the finance department was wonderful as well. Helped me get the best financing terms and didn't pressure me into other things I didn't need. I purchased the additional warranty just to be covered, he explained all of the options to me and helped me arrive at the right one. I absolutely LOVE my truck and HIGHLY recommend that if you are in the market for a used vehicle, you have to go see these guys here. As a first time buyer, I went into this experience not knowing what to expect. My parents and pretty much my whole extended family has done business with Enterprise. The specific car I was looking for was actually in Lakewood, WA. They drove it over, no hassle. At first there were some complications with my work schedule and the scheduled appointment but they were so understanding and we got it all set. I was more than satisfied with the amount of time and effort and help that was put into a final decision. Chris Lee helped assure me that I wasn't going to be pressured into anything and that if I have any questions to give him a call. Everyone that helped me through the process was very patient and I knew they wanted to get me the best and most affordable deal possible. I ended up staying late one night to try and figure out the best deals, and they were concerned about mine and my father's time versus getting home themselves. If I can give them an award for the best quality customer service I would. Today I went in with an issue created by a car dealership service center and although enterprise could have easily brushed it off and not shown any interest in my problem Chris, the manager, did the complete opposite. He made sure that I was entirely taken care off. He offered everything from covering dealership charges related to in undocumented, unauthorized service charge on their behalf including car rental fees. And even though the car service center at the dealership (not related to enterprise) was inadequately servicing me Chris has taken it upon himself to assist me in resolving my car problem in addition he went with me to pick up my car and for that I can not be greatful enough. My car is currently in the care of Chris, meanwhile he has provided me with a rental free of charge. To all the staff at this location, thank you for making your customers your priority! I have no doubt that my business will remain at this location and I will spread the word. Just bought our 2nd car here and I'm in love!! Our first car we went in wanting something cost efficient, low payments and great end price. We got all 3 plus more. Also we were in the middle of a high interest in house loan on a Impala that gave us nothing but trouble from day 1. They were able to trade our car in to pay off our remaining loan and We walked out with a Saturn Aura Hybrid!! We've had very little issues and the few we've had they've took care of us. We are so thankful for enterprise turning our car issues around for the good. :) As I said, we recently went in looking for our 2nd car. I had always rented a car from Enterprise rental car. Actually as far back is 10 years or longer but hadn't thought about buying one, until a friend of mine had purchased a Nissan and she raved about how easy and the amazing service that she received. That no hassle feel if you will. I went in to the Renton location to speak with Chris Lee and had no interest in purchasing a car that day, but I did. I had a bad experience prior to this and found him to be professional, patient and really understood what my needs were as a customer. My guard was up, which I easily dropped due to his experience and expertise. The other person who was very helpful was Chris Potter due to getting the appropriate price for my budget I was able to get my dream car. Not only did they make sure that my rental car was returned with a full tank of gas, they also washed my new car. I couldn't be happier with this car shopping purchase. Would I buy from them again? This was my first time buying a car from Enterprise. When ever I have needed a rental car I use them, the service I have received from Enterprise car rental has always been excellent. So, when my fifteen year old car breathed it's last Enterprise Car Sales was the first place I looked. I bought a 2010 Dodge Avenger with less then 29,000 miles on it. The price was fantastic, add in the 12 month 12 thousand mile power train warranty and one year of AAA roadside service and the deal couldn't be beat by the other dealers I researched. The customer service was excellent. My salesman, DeShon, was very pleasant to work with and made the experience a joy, nothing like any other car buying experience I have had. I highly recommend DeShon to anyone looking to buy a car, plus if you are a Husky football fan he is your man, he used to play for them and has the beat up helmet in his office to prove it. Enterprise Car Sales in Renton is top notch. I suggest that anyone looking to buy a car includes them in the process. read more
