I had to take two days off work and go to the DMV twice just to avoid driving illegally before visiting family for Christmas. Since the DMV had no record of my paperwork, I was forced to pay another $410 for a 90-day permit and registration--money I don't have as I'm getting married next year. While I was at the DMV, Justin Skoll (Walker's Renton Sales Manager) told me over the phone to pay the fee again and send him the receipt, and he committed to reimbursing me. After I sent the receipt, he reversed his position and said he now has to wait for confirmation from the DMV before reimbursing anything--even though they admitted they put a stop on the check they originally sent. By Oregon and Washington law, it is the dealer's responsibility to ensure a vehicle can be registered when they collect registration fees. Instead, the dealership failed to process my paperwork, kept the $687 I paid them, and left me to pay the DMV again. Leading up to Christmas and my wedding, I am now out $1,097 and only have a temporary 90-day permit. As someone who has worked in dealerships and OEM's, I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this dealership.

Upon returning the courtesy loaner vehicle, the store clerk at the intake desk explicitly inspected the vehicle and told me the surface tree sap on the loaner was "no big deal at all." He even recommended a simple, cheap clear-coat cleaner I could buy for my personal car since I get tree sap on it where I live. Despite this, the service advisor, Brandon, later sent an email attempting to force an unauthorized $399 detailing charge onto my file strictly for that temporary tree sap alone. On top of that, he pointed out a minor clear-coat surface scuff and claimed it absolutely could not be buffed out, stating that their body shop would be coming the next day to provide a separate estimate for the repairs. When I offered to come down and wipe the organic sap off myself to resolve it, Brandon flatly refused to let me touch the car, stating, "given the condition the loaner was returned to us in, we would not be able to permit any outside or additional work to be performed on the vehicle." However, Brandon made a critical error and admitted in writing that the dealership detailed and altered the car's exterior before any official inspection took place-completely compromising the chain of custody. I hit "Reply All" to loop in the Service Director (Michael) and the Loaner Coordinator (Heather), demanding their day-one baseline pre-inspection photos and refusing to authorize these unapproved fees for standard Pacific Northwest environmental exposure. The moment they realized my credit cards were frozen and their bluff had failed, their entire narrative collapsed. Within 20 minutes of me physically leaving the lobby after picking up my personal belongings, the Service Director sent a frantic face-saving email completely waiving every single penny. Suddenly, the scratches they insisted needed a full body shop paint job "magically" buffed out to a perfect level in minutes for free. They attempted to use corporate intimidation to shake down a warranty customer for their own pre-sale vehicle reconditioning costs. See the attached photos-these are the exact images they sent me to claim the car had "damage." Avoid this service department unless you are prepared to lock down your wallet and force them to follow proper legal protocols. Ps. Apologies for the photos being out of order. Yelp mixed them up no matter what I did. Order is all the loaner car photos, Brandon's 1st email, Brandon's 2nd email, my email pt. 1 and 2, and then Mike's email pt. 1 and 2

They had the exact vehicle we wanted and did not try to sell us something in a different color or a completely different vehicle, unlike one other dealership. Mike was upfront about what they were willing to offer on the vehicle and was not overly pushy with the sales process. Anna was very friendly and communicative and helped us by showing us the SUV and generally being awesome. Special shoutout to Joe. There was miscommunication during the paperwork, and something was added that we did not want. He did not try to force us to keep it and instead made the corrections, and everything worked out as initially agreed. Hopefully, when it comes time to service the vehicle, the service department is as good as the sales department.

I purchased a used 2025 F150 lightning, 26k miles. During the buying process the truck was not able to be test driven, "just got off the truck and needed a safety check," so i test drove an equivalent vehicle. Upon picking up the vehicle, they handed me the keys, no orientation to the vehicle, and said we were good to go. The very first time I turned on the truck, there is a notification that the car needed to be serviced and to contact the service team. I notified the dealer, who informed me that this is likely a result of the safety check, that these notifications were simply not cleared and that the truck was "all good", and to just drive home. I cleared the notification, drove home. Notifications continued the following day every time I started the truck and after having the truck less than 2 days I took it to a closer ford service center who informed me of multiple faults detected that needed repair. The truck was being repaired for the next 9 days. Just got the truck back, thankfully everything is under warranty, which would not have been yhe case if the truck had 10k more miles, or was 1 year older. I was told the repairs were very costly. The buying process, including not being able to test drive the truck, no orientation, and brushing off the notifications leads me to believe they knew of the errors and didn't want me to be aware of the issues prior to drivijg off the lot. I would be extremely cautious buying a used car from this dealership.

PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE! Dishonest, TERRIBLE customer service + standards!…read more First off, Both of my parents bought 2 cars at $50,000 within 48 hours. My dad has mentioned the smell of oil the last two times he's gotten an oil change- both times the maintenance team said it's probably just a spill from getting it changed and nothing to be worried about. (Keep in mind this is when he was in the warranty) his first oil change out of his warranty he brings up the conversation he previously had and now they say that he has a oil leak that has obviously been there for a long time. Then one of the maintenance managers say that majority of their maintenance team was doing dishonest things which lead them to get fired. She write some of our information and says she's gonna get it to her manager, which did not reach out to us like he was supposed to. After calling two separate times I finally got in touch with him and he said he cannot do anything to help because the old maintenance team didn't write anything down about the interaction. Keep in mind all of this was after admitting that his whole team was dishonest and frequently did not pay attention to anything a customer would bring up. This shows terrible management, customer service, and employees! As of now, I will continue to escalate the situation and make sure everybody sees how TERRIBLE they treat customers. Please do not come here, they will continue to screw you over with no remorse

All of them wanted to put me in a vehicle with over 100k miles etc and with 10k down, now they are lost of words when I had told all four of the dealerships that Mazda of Renton had Financed me with a fraction of the 10k requested down.
