I only wish they had a better selection of vehicles to choose from. They seem to only have 2-5 available each time we've come here. But whatever car we get is good quality, clean, and runs well. I had my car totaled and was able to rent a car here at the Aloha location via Statefarm. I showed up the morning of and was greeted by Joshua and someone else behind the counter, they were both great. Throughout the rental period, I was updated by texts and even had passed my insurance coverage period and paid out of pocket. Throughout this entire process I'd call the local branch and each time was treated by kindness and understanding. Huge shoutout to Joshua who was my main contact! Made a reservation for a vehicle that would fit 7-8 people about a week in advanced. Got a call the day before that there might be delays when arriving due to it being a weekend which was fine for me. On the day of my reservation I arrived and they didn't have the vehicle on site. So they started calling other enterprise locations to see if they have a vehicles but there were none available. I assumed making a reservation they would have the vehicle on site so they tried to pawn off a 5 seater SUV a few times to me in the meantime. So I asked the girl "So I made a reservation for a vehicle and you don't have it?" to which she replied "We called you and told you there would be a delay". There's a difference between delay and not having something or being prepared at all. Lucky I was able to find another car rental (Hertz) that was able to accomodate me the same day. Never going back to the place. Maybe try another Enterprise location just incase they're independently owned read more

Rented here multiple times, the staff is amazing and I am always in and out very quickly . The cars are never really washed 100% but I don't really care ( the outside ) the interior is usually cleaned quite well . My husband and I wanted to credit Lexi (the branch manager), Nicholas (the man who helped us check our vehicle out) and Josh. We received a free upgrade (GMC Acadia) which worked out perfectly for our long drive to CA. We noticed a few things that managed to slip through the inspection cracks (needed new wiper blades) but upon calling Lexi she immediately made it right and refunded us for wiper blades when we returned the car. The staff were very friendly and courteous which is important to us as renting a car for a long trip you want to make sure you (and your safety) are being taken into consideration. Will definitely be coming to this location for future car rentals as well as recommending this location to our coworkers. read more

Reserved a car online, showed up when I scheduled my time and they had my car ready for me on a weekday. (reserve your car online because you will secure a much better rate than a walk-in) -The staff here is friendly and straight forward, and didn't pressure me when they mentioned the usual insurance coverages and gps rental. -This is a smaller location with about 10 cars, so just be aware on busy weekends before you go in. if you're going long distance, let them know prior to fill up your car. -I usually prefer Enterprise- they have the simplest and most streamlined process for renting cars. -set up your reservation online, it saves you and the enterprise people time! and saves you (and I) money! *will rent again from here, couldn't have asked for a more hassle-free rental. read more

Absolutely terrible location and customer service. They were supposed to pick us up at 5pm, and have car ready at 530, instead we got picked up at 545, and it was 715 by the time we got the car. We also had reserved a full size sedan and they were giving us a subaru impreza! At least we caught that in time and had them give us a mini-suv instead. After all the good experiences with Enterprise in the past this one is definitely going to sour relations. Will think twice before using enterprise again, and definitely not coming back to this location. read more

The guys here are still pretty awesome! They're nice and helpful. On two occasions, I happen to be here when there were donuts and discovered the goodness of jelly-filled donut holes. So good! Pro Tip 1: Reserve ahead of time especially if you need a weekend rental. Seriously, there are times where I show up to pick up my rental and there are NO cars in the lot, except for the one I reserved of course. Do yourself a favor and RSVP. A few rentals ago, I picked up a nice black sportsy kind of car. Decided to grab a late dinner that night and the guy parked next to me crashes into my rental. I was inside the whole time this happened. Fortunately, it was drivable and I was able to get it switched out pretty easily the next day. Pro Tip 2: If you need to switch out a car or want to pick up a rental w/o a reservation, be there at opening. Don't be the douche who shows up a quarter til closing with the expectations that everything that you want is there. Life isn't that manageable sometimes. read more

What a great customer service. I have rented from here for a few times. They offer pick-up and drop off service at no additional cost, which is very helpful for me as I was a visitor from another state. Recently I rented Huyndai Elantra and was unhappy with the gas sensor. It did not respond immediately after I put in gas, so I ended up adding too much gas than the level I was supposed to. I mentioned this to the staff after they asked me how the trip was when I returned the car. They just simply offered me a refund for some money back. I didn't even ask for it. One time I rented with a special promotion in which it limits mileages. I used a little over the limit, and I was supposed to pay extra cost. They just waived it for me. I didn't even ask for it. Was in a car accident recently. The staff here was extremely friendly and they worked to find me another SUV that would be comparable to the one I lost in my crash. When they found another vehicle for me, they drove me to the other location so I could get the car. The lot is a little small and selection is limited. I have been renting cars from these guys since March 2014. To make a long story short: My vehicles tranny went out while out of town and I had no choice at the time but to rent a new one, so I found the closest and least expensive car rental place that I could. I could never have been happier with the service I have received! The location for this place isn't the greatest, being that it is right off the very busy T.V Highway in Aloha. The office is small and getting in and out of the parking lot can be no fun at all. But the customer service makes up for all of that and then some! I have rented anywhere from a weekend to a couple months at a time (yes, I still have not replaced my car), but every time I have been given not only the best rate in the area but the most respect from the people that work there. They always do their best to have a vehicle on hand, and have not only given me free upgrades and ignored the fact that I bring the car back with less gas than I drove off with, but they work with crazy situations, as long as you keep communicating with them on the reg. They will pick you up and drop you back off wherever you need to go and they do it quickly and the driver is always cool. The only problem I tend to observe (although I am pretty sure they do their very best to avoid) is that they run out of cars quick. Because you can reserve a vehicle online in advance, it would appear that they would always have vehicles available. This tends not to be the case because they rent the vehicles out so fast. Heads up on that note: Call ahead and make sure they have something for you! Otherwise, Devon (store manager) is awesome and the cars are always the newest and cleanest you could ask for! The employees working at the Aloha Enterprise Rent-A-Car branch off Tuallitan Valley Highway are extraordinary, particularly Brendan, Corey, and Sean. I have rented twice from that location, and I have found both experiences to be the epitome of customer service. During my first rental experience, a mixup in communication between two branches caused a delay in me being able to pick up my rental car. Without giving me frustrating excuses, and keeping me informed on what was taking place, the guys mentioned above made a potentially exhausting, difficult experience, enjoyable and pleasant. They worked tirelessly to ensure my satisfaction, and they definitely exceeded my expectations. When I picked up a car from them a second time, they again made the experience easy and effortless. The vehicle I picked up was perfect in size, in good working order, and clean, which is all you want from a rental vehicle. Lastly, as I sat in the office awaiting my turn, I watched as they each professionally and courteously addressed questions on the phone and in person, expertly juggling multiple tasks. I then called myself four days later to book a rental, and their system hung up on me as it said they can't help me right now after 5 minutes of holding. I've come here several times and not once have they gotten my car reservation right. If you are there slightly late, or even on time, they give away your car. They overbook the cars they have and do not provide quality customer service. They've even called me to confirm I was coming and still gave away my car. Overall, I've tried to give them my business as I travel weekly but I have not gotten the consistency or treatment that I'm used to from Enterprise at this location. read more

We just moved to the area this year from Georgia and picked the Aloha location to do business with. This is the 2nd time we have used this location for a rental in the last few weeks due to a computer chip issue with our car. We travel to the Tri-Cities WA. area every other weekend, so we had to rent a car. I have to say I am SUPER pleased with Matthew's customer service, both vehicles we rented were top notch, and the driver that does the pick-ups and drop-offs is a very polite and pleasant young man. The 1st time we rented a car, I RSVP'd for a compact economy. When we arrived at the Aloha location we were greeted with smiling faces and a Kia! ;) Great car and the gas mileage was amazing!!! When we decided to rent another car, like the 1st timed I called and RSVP'd for a compact economy. When we arrived this time to pick up a car, the guys remembered us and were super polite and helpful! They already had us on file so we didn't even have to go through all the paper work again. Which was great!!! When we went outside to pick out our compact car, and they had several cars to choose from which isn't always the case, that's why it's ALWAYS best to RSVP. But anyway, we decided to rent a Dodge Ram instead! They gave us the GREATEST deal on it! We're more truck style people anyway. ;) So that worked out way better for us!! Again, this is a great location to rent from, the vehicles are top notch from what I have seen and experienced, and my favorite part of it all was their impeccable customer service! My fiancé and I rented a Chrysler 200 from this branch from 2/25-3/2. I work for Allstate Insurance and rent weekly from Enterprise back home in Southern California. Enterprise has a corporate agreement with Allstate that agents/adjusters/workers of Allstate are entitled to the insurance rates minus a 25% discount on top of that. I'm a former enterprise assistant manager of 4 years as well. I KNOW the rental process inside and out. From the moment we walked in the door, the branch manager at this location gave us nothing but attitude. He refused to honor the corporate agreement between Allstate and Enterprise. When I tried explaining the agreement, and offered to show him prior receipts with the discount being honored...he scoffed...and shook his head. He proceeded to belittle me by saying, "Well, whatever it is that you think you know is wrong..and the branches you rent from in CA are doing the wrong thing. They have no clue what they're talking about. I will not honor any sort of discount. You're wrong." My fiancé and I tried on 3-4 instances to get him to look further into the matter. The robotic, and lacking of any personality branch manager refused any request, and dismissed me. We were presented 2 Chrysler 200s and a Chevy Impala that all reeked of cigarette butts and ash. I asked if anything else was available, and he said no. He offered to spray febreeze to help with the smell. I advised him that I'm allergic to cigarette smoke. He snapped back with, "All of our cars are smoked out. You can either take it or leave it." My fiancé and I rented one of the Chrysler 200s anyway as we were not going to let his terrible attitude, and disinterest ruin our engagement trip. The windows stayed down our entire trip. It was a lousy experience. The windshield wiper on the driver side was also broken, and left streaky smears all over the windshield. My fiancé brought this to their attention upon return, and the branch manager had the nerve to ask..."Besides the bad windshield wiper, cigarette smelling car, and not getting your discount...are you completely satisfied with your experience?" Wow. Just wow. Some nerve. Are you really that incompetent and stupid? Somebody give this branch manager a few lessons in charm school please. read more

Comical service. The attendant needed to drive us both to Hillsboro, since they had no vehicles in their lot. No vehicles. I requested a small car for two days to get my partner back and forth from the hospital. I wound up stuck with a family van that is built to hold a school soccer team. This too was the only vehicle they had at the Hillsboro office to rent out. I was stuck with going through this malarkey due to scheduled radiation, and it was absolutely necessary to get to treatment until our car was repaired. I was sitting on my ass for more than 2 hours as they came around, asked if everything was ok and disappeared again. I was dealing with young employees with cognitive impairments. I also dealt with shelling out $180 for a f--king two day rental. My review? I hope they are forced to close shop and quit making problems for people. read more

Enterprise is trying to steal my money! I know other friends who have had issues with them before about the same thing. I will never use Enterprise again! I returned a rental car to them and they checked out the car I returned and said it was in good condition. Then a couple months later they charge me $490 because they said there were damages on the rental I returned! Are you kidding me???? I returned a perfectly great condition car and then they send me a bill saying it was damaged! I refuse to pay this fee because I know I returned a perfect car back to them. Even gave the vehicle a car wash! I will never rent with Enterprise again! If anybody is reading this, just know that when you return your car and they say its in good condition, you never know its actually true because you might get a big bill a couple months later! read more

I'm going to try to give a fair review of Enterprise. I experienced some positives as well as some negatives over the course of 3 1/2 weeks and four rental cars. Positives: Very friendly staff- This goes a long way with me. They always greeted me with a smile. When I needed picked up or dropped off at the shop where my car was being fixed, someone was readily available to do this. The staff they would send for this were always extremely polite and considerate. Negatives: Initially, I was told by Jeremy that a car that was in my price range was on the lot, but when I got there, I needed to be transported to Beaverton to get the vehicle. I got a small SUV and then they discovered that my insurance wouldn't cover the full cost, so asked that I come back and change it out for a small car several days later. I wasn't provided with the various options to pay for gas and was told by Jeremy that I should just bring it back empty and pay the $2.09 per gallon to fill the SUV. That seemed reasonable until I was asked at the end to pay to fill the SUV they asked me to return (which had plenty of gas in it) instead of the tiny car I had at the end, which also was returned with well over a 1/4 tank. I was quoted two different prices for the cost to fill up the SUV. They did finally go down to their original quote, but it was still more than I should have been paying since I was actually driving a car with a very small tank. Not being told up front about all costs and being provided with different quotes depending on who I talk to is not a good way to earn my trust. One of the vehicles I received smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and was difficult to tolerate. I wish they would have asked if this is something I was okay with. Unfortunately, to be fair, I do believe many of these negatives are not unique to Enterprise or this specific location and are common across all rental agencies. read more

Top rate service!!! My car was stolen and I called around all day looking for a car to rent to get to and from work and these guys went above and beyond for me!!!! Being new to the area I don't know a lot of people, but these guys treated me like I was from the city. Good and genuine customer service these days is so hard to find, but this location has completely redeemed my attitude towards that idea! I travel for work constantly and rent cars frequently. I have rented twice from here and both times I have ended up delayed. I scheduled both rentals online for pick-up at specific times. The first time I was asked to wait because the car they were renting to me was not back from the previous renter yet. That took about 30 minutes. Then I had to wait while they cleaned and inspected it. There were a number of other cars on the lot that were ready, but for whatever reason, none of them could be rented to me. Ok.. No big deal. I tried them again a second time... Reserved car to pick-up at 4pm for a business trip. Again ended up waiting for an available car and waiting again for it to be cleaned. I wouldn't mind so much but I'm on a very busy schedule and a 45 minute delay can throw the entire day of meetings down the toilet - which it did. The service was okay, the staff were friendly enough but it's just not practical or convenient. I have had a wonderful experience with other car rental agencies but I am going to give the Enterprise on Murray Blvd a shot this weekend. Here's hoping. read more

The company contacted me about my rental that had been assigned to me by an insurance company Jeremy proceeded to tell me my rental agreement and choices of cars (none which were same category as my wrecked one in the shop) so after I selected one I informed him I was coming from 45MIN away he said he would have my selected car there ready for me, ok great I said. After my 45MIN drive in traffic with two children and wife I arrived at the aloha, OR location. After Jeremy does my paper work on the way out to the car he tells me he rented the car I had reserved (over 45MIN ago now) and thought I would like another model because it was newer (but in a lower category). It was even smaller than what I had originally reserved No thank u I said. After that he seemed stuck and had no resolution for the predicament he had got himself into. Seeing it was close to closing time he tried another location about 15min away and said I have 10 to get there, and if I wanted to try that. I laugh out of frustration. Then told him NO THANK YOU. Then proceeded to tell me I'll have to try tomorrow (As if I have all the time in the world to go back and forth from enterprise until they get my reservation right.) NO THANK YOU. Terrible customer service, sad selection and faulty promises. What's really sad is I'm a prefers customer (which is a bunch of boloney) so no I shall not go back to that location ever, and put a bad vibe with me about Enterprise Rentals. read more
