I wanted to recognize the outstanding job that Manager Jonathan & his team members, Landon & Samuel, did during my recent visit. Near the end of their shift, a large crowd of customers came in all at once, & they handled the situation with professionalism, efficiency, & a positive attitude. Despite the unexpected rush, Jonathan kept everything running smoothly & ensured that customers were taken care of. What stood out most was his thoughtful gesture of offering bottles of water to everyone waiting, which was greatly appreciated & showed excellent customer service. Landon, Samuel, & a couple of ladies also worked incredibly hard to keep up with the demand while remaining friendly & attentive. The teamwork, communication, & dedication displayed by all the employees turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience for us. Let me tell you the scam that I am dealing with, on march 24 i sent to get me a rental cuz my car was totaled, so when i got to the location they got my info and i was told to wait, so there was a female color lady worker that took me outside to get me the rental, while we were doing the walk around and checking the vehicle for damages SHE pointed out a POPPING sound coming out from the rear door of the mazda cx50. I said make sure you make NOTES of this on her TABLET cuz i dont want to have problems later, SHE said no problem i will make my note. Being in a hurry to go, never thought will bite my butt later trusting this person that i never got her name (no name tag) nor gave me a report paper about the vehicle. When i returned the vehicle 5 days later, they received it and checked it and the let me go saying everything is ok. A MONTH LATER i got a BILL for $1200.00 dollars for the damage popping sound on the door that they are DUMPING on me after the damage was already existing. BIG SCAM PEOPLE AND COOMPANY. I already serch 7 customers that have the same situation like mine in their reviews. Please be aware of this people and the way the SCAM customers. I went back trying to find the FEMALE PERSON to confront her and they said that ,SHE was transferred and promoted to another store GOOD LUCK and directed me to the Damage Recovery Unit. Worst experience at this site. Came in on in insurance claim was talked into upgrading my vehicle and told that insurance would cover the balance. When I asked why my card was hit for over $400.00 I was told that insurance hadn't sent in the upgrade yet. After speaking to my insurance provider turns out the unit they put me in is way bigger then what was covered under the upgrade. Very sneaky way to earn a commission. Took my injured mother to this location after she was informed that her rental car would be ready from State Farm. Never in my life have I encountered such miserable customer service. The little twerp boy that was "working" told my mom that there wasn't any inventory and that she was free to sit in the office and wait. He said that if we didn't want to wait, we could go somewhere else. Basically the same thing that a lot of other reviewers are saying about this place. We have always enjoyed Hertz's customer service throughout the years. After the experience with the little punk working there, we are done with Hertz. I DEFINITELY will be getting ahold of corporate. I was told I would pay $200 out of pocket after what my insurance covered, then they charged me nearly $600 even though I returned the vehicle earlier than expected. Hit and miss. First experience fantastic guy went above and beyond, worked to find a vehicle that would suit my needs and assisted with transferring my gear from my car to the rental. He was fast, professional, courteous and knowledgable. Second experience one person behind the computer the other playing on his phone. When I asked to pay for an upgrade but not the warranty I the on at the computer breathed out heavy. The person playing with the phone was asked to bring up the car, and he said that he needed to borrow the gas card and put some gas in. He came back 10+ minutes later, and as the car was wet he must have washed it as well. Having seen the vehicle at a distance the exterior cleanliness was not an issue. What was an issue is to bring a car after "filling" it, to only 3/8 of a tank. The return process was fine and both the vehicles were in great condition, and handled perfectly. read more

Horrible customer service and experience for a first time renter. I was misinformed when signing the contract that I was to pay the full extra coverage, thinking 80% would be covered by my insurance. The hand off of the car felt very rushed and I felt pressured to hurry because they were closing. My insurance sent me to this location after I got into an accident & I'm glad they did! Dealing with an accident is stressful enough but my experience at this Enterprise was amazing! This is seriously the best customer service I've experienced at any rental car location and we rent cars often when we travel. SCAM ARTISTS! Do not trust these people. I was offered a "free upgrade" recently to a damaged vehicle. The guy who assisted me went over the damage with me and told me he was marking it on the sheet. He didn't. Upon returning the vehicle, they profess to know nothing about the damage and attempt to get my insurance to pay for it. This is fraud. Fortunately, I had a picture of the damage to the vehicle, taken just after it was left in my possession, disproving their lies. Came in for a reservation. Reservation was made by insurance. Was told to pay$50 deposit. Insurance covers everything so we didn't need a deposit. Nancy and Josh were making matters worse and said you can get a rental car somewhere else. Leaving us stranded. I had an Enterprise rental set up on Hwy 26. We have used that location a few times.They had me set up with a small truck, within the price range of the agreement. When I arrived at Service King, they prefered the Arlington location. (The locations are with in 2/10 of a mile difference from Service King)I waited for over an hour to be picked up, when arriving at the rental location, no truck was available, then offered a Lincoln for 50 a day vs 30, they told me they were low on cars, I ended up with a Jetta. for 33 a day. They take a 50 gas deposit. I was given the car with a 1/4 tank. Not professional or convenient. I took my truck in for repair at 9am. left the rental office at 11am. Very unorganized location. I just received a copy of the agreement it shows I drove the vehicle 2868 miles rather than the 109 actual miles. I do not reccomend this location. The times that I have used Enterprise, on Division, have been wonderful! Everyone is awesome, and they provide great customer service! I register online, and go right in to pick up my rental. Sometimes there is a wait, but it is very minimal. Sometimes the car I select online is not available, but they never leave me disappointed! There are rules the employees have to follow, in order to rent you a car, and if you don't have what they need don't be mad because they turn you away! I'm not sure if it will let me give zero stars but I'm going to try. I was recently in a car accident and the company I used to repair my car suggested enterprise. It took them about an hour to pick me up. It's OK I figured they were busy it was a weekend. When they got there the car smelled like someone had just finished smoking a cigar in it. A few days later my daughter found empty beer cans under the seat. I basically just figured I would deal with it since I didn't Want to wait for another car. Besides, I wasn't paying anything for this, so I thought. The company told me that they would return my deposit upon return of the car. My deposit was never returned and when I called to ask about it the "manager" was quite rude. She told me that there was a differential in the size between my car and the car they gave me. That my choice in car was more expensive. The funny thing is I wasn't given a choice the car was brought to me and no one told me there was going to be a differential. She was extremely rude and gave me the number to corporate which actually has no human being to speak with. I will never rent from enterprise again. I've never had a good experience with them. They will constantly go in your account and take your money without your permission and they also will try to impose that you have damaged their vehicle to make your insurance pay for it. With my job I currently travel needing a car weekly. Out of all Enterprises I have been to in the area, this location is the best one I have been to so far. The staff is great, the head manager makes sure his team is providing exceptional customer service each and everyday. He is also willing to help his team when it gets super busy in the office. Showing true leadership! The team always asks how was my experience no matter how many times I've rented cars, they always want to make sure they are doing a great job. I will NEVER RENT FROM ENTERPRISE AGAIN! We used Enterprise because our car was in an accident, and USAA set up our rental car for us. USAA has been negligent (that is another yelp review) and not communicated with Enterprise despite our attempts at intervening; however, WE have been VERY communicative and have complied with everything Enterprise asked us to do. Enterprise has made harassing phone calls threatening to "send us to collections" and to "escalate the matter to corporate" because USAA was not doing the necessary communication on how long we needed our rental car for. We have had it 20 days (due to USAA's inadequacy and the car has not even been looked at yet!). Enterprise charged our card for the bill instead of settling it with USAA as they should have. It is my son's car who is a college student and on a very tight budget. He had to use his debit card to rent the car. Now he cannot pay rent! This is all because of USAA and Enterprise's incompetence! Enterprise, you have lost my business! read more

Very easy experience. My reservation was made online to pick up at a different location. I asked for pick up service and the guy recommended this location being that it was closer to me. I didn't find they had an available small pickup I needed, hence the reason for the reservation at the other location. They assured me they would have a vehicle available. So the reservation was transferred and I was picked up on schedule and the vehicle I needed was available. Whole experience was very smooth. The first time I went, Amber and Nancy helped me. Every single aspect of the experience was top-notch, from the first phone call with questions about payment forms, to the rental experience itself. I had to rent again yesterday because of a car accident and this time Brandis was very helpful and sweet! I was having trouble booking online and was having to pay my own rental and she was so understanding and kind. I was emotional and in pain and she made an experience that could have very being stressful, very easy. And of course, they picked me up lol. The cars have been well maintained and return took less than 10 minutes. I dont know the names of the two guys in there (they look maybe like managers?) but they are really nice too. My experience with the rental side was fine. They got to me fast and everyone was friendly! After I returned the vehicle I got a call from Ryan, who works in their sales. Offering me to go to their lot to see options. He was very nice at first. I did let him know I work almost everyday, I have my own business, so I never had time to go in person. I asked him if he had a website so I could look at cars on my own time and at my convenience but he said there wasn't. Ryan has been in contact with me following up, but this last time he called I let him know that I had seen a car a website, went to see it and got it. He didn't seem too happy about that. He said "you had time for those guy but didn't have time to check them out". I tried to explain to him my situation even though I shouldn't have to, he just said "okay bye" and hung up on me.
