The guy working at the time (Andre) confirmed he would make a note, and I was good to go. I arrived at this location right before closing, and told there were no cars left and nothing they could do. I asked when they ran out of cars, and Andre communicated it happened at 1pm (before my modified arrival time). Out of consideration for Enterprise, I called AHEAD to confirm I was still coming, and they still failed to be prepared for my reservation. I was then told that making a reservation online is a "request" for a reservation, not an actual reservation - which makes no sense. I was left stranded in Atlanta with no options, no vehicle, and all of my luggage. I unfortunately was never able to get a car. I will NEVER give Enterprise my business again, the quality of this company has continued to decline and customer service is non-existent. If you need a rental car, go ANYWHERE ELSE!

When I arrived, I was assisted by a manager in training whose badge did not show a name, only "manager in training." From the beginning, the interaction felt unprofessional and overly focused on upselling services I did not request. When I declined the upgrades, I was then told I needed a debit card along with additional documents such as utility bills matching my ID and address. I recently moved a few months ago and have not yet updated all of my documents, so I was unable to meet those requirements. While waiting for my Uber to return home to retrieve my debit card, I ultimately decided to cancel the reservation instead. During my time inside, I also observed the same employee using very aggressive and forceful sales tactics with another customer who was foreign. The man repeatedly stated he only wanted what he reserved and told him he didn't like this sales approach he was coming with, yet the employee continued pushing upgrades in a way that felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. He assumed because he was from another country he would say yes to his sales tactic. He came across as rude and dismissive when the customer refused. After leaving, I was able to go to Enterprise Car Rental instead, and they were able to get me into a car quickly at a great price with a much smoother and more professional experience. They were able to verify the utility bills and sent me on my way without a hassle. Overall, the experience at SIXT felt disorganized, overly aggressive with sales tactics, and not customer-focused. Because of this, I will not be renting from SIXT again.

Come to find out after my phone call inquiry the charge was for "returning my car 2 hrs early during business hours" and I would not be charged for the seatbelt not working properly, LOL, I didn't break the seatbelt and I got no compensation for this issue and I will supposedly be refunded the overcharge for returning early. I'm a Presidential Circle member, so I try to use Hertz as much as possible. The airport location frankly has waaaay more options when it comes to vehicles, but it's inconvenient for me to go and the fees are usually higher. Buckhead's fleet has always been consistently pretty good. I've never rented a dirty or old vehicle. They also try their best to give me the best car in the respected class. For now, this is the location I will continue renting from.
