I wish I could leave 0 stars on this review - I made a reservation for a car rental and called ahead to let them know I would be arriving a little late due to a flight cancellation. The guy working at the time (Andre) confirmed he would make a note, and I was good to go. I arrived at this location right before closing, and told there were no cars left and nothing they could do. I asked when they ran out of cars, and Andre communicated it happened at 1pm (before my modified arrival time). Out of consideration for Enterprise, I called AHEAD to confirm I was still coming, and they still failed to be prepared for my reservation. I was then told that making a reservation online is a "request" for a reservation, not an actual reservation - which makes no sense. I was left stranded in Atlanta with no options, no vehicle, and all of my luggage. I unfortunately was never able to get a car. I will NEVER give Enterprise my business again, the quality of this company has continued to decline and customer service is non-existent. If you need a rental car, go ANYWHERE ELSE! read more

I use this location for work travel often. That really good and it really flexible. They work with me whenever I am traveling and I always pretty friendly. And if I need to bring something back later than originally intended, they're really open and try to give me the benefit of the doubt and don't charge me an astronomical fee or anything like that. Really good customer service there. It's not too far for me so it's good to have a good spot to go to that's really convenient. Calling can be an issue though, trying to call them isn't always possible because maybe they're busy but they don't always answer the phone but going up there always available. read more

The worst. You make a reservation, it means nothing. They don't have cars ready even though they make you call to confirm the reservation and you can check in online ahead of time. So they make you wait over 45 minutes to get the car they should already have had on hand for you. And I was early for my reservation time too. They're always short staffed and want your insurance information, who carries that around with them all the time? There's nothing on the website or on any paperwork that says they need your insurance information. It's just so stressful coming here when what you need is a car and to get going. I rent cars every week, my status is not recognized and they act like I'm here to steal a car not rent one. Location is great but the point of a rental location is to get your car and be on your way. I'm going to be late for my work because these clowns can't have a car ready on time for you. read more

After weeks of procrastinating, I finally took my car to Curry Honda to get it fixed for free, thanks to the other driver's insurance. After I dropped my car off at Honda Body Shop, they called for someone at Enterprise to come pick me up for my rental reservation. They came in a huge rush after the guy at Honda made a big deal and asked to speak to an Enterprise manager, which I was so embarrassed about, since I didn't ask for the rush. Anyway, the worker who picked me up in a Jeep Compass was apologetic but friendly and took me back to the Enterprise shop on Peachtree in Brookhaven. After completing some paperwork, she asked if I would be ok with driving the Jeep that she'd picked me up in. I tried to ask for something smaller, as my compact Civic sedan is much smaller than the small SUV. Even so, she claimed this was the best match. I didn't want to make a big deal, and I had things to do... and I had never gotten my own rental before, so I just went with it. I also wasn't sure how many requests or how picky I could be since it was a free rental (well, covered by the other party's insurance). They tried to push their daily rental insurance plan on me and made me feel a little uncomfortable saying no. However, I didn't want to pay any more for this rental and situation as I was already paying with my time and stress, so I declined the sales pitch. I was uncomfortable at first, but ultimately happy I did, in hindsight, as I only drove the vehicle several days. I was not happy with the smell that I later realized came with the car. It smelled like feet once I turned on the A/C, which I hadn't noticed when she'd driven me to the store. I went out and bought my own air freshener because I was starting to get nauseous. I was also not used to how much of a gas guzzler this car was compared to my Honda. Thank god for gas efficient Japanese cars. While I was finally starting to get used to driving this higher up, larger vehicle with no back camera... I finally returned the car after about 5 days. I was definitely happy to get my Civic back without a second thought. I just wish there were a larger variety of vehicles to choose from. read more

Today I experienced the worst customer service and overall curtsey for a fellow human being ever in life. First and foremost it was freezing cold outside and I was dropped off by an Uber Driver to pick up my rental. The rental agent asked for several forms of documentation. Every single documentation that he asked for, I provided. Yet in between each request he went back into the store took various phone calls, leaving me out in the cold awaiting his return. I stood out in the cold for over an hour trying to rent a car. This did not happened. I ended up calling an Uber to come and pick me back up. Granted, I had on a mask. However, not once did he asked me to come in out of the cold while I retrieve the requested documentation Long Story Short, the agent had absolutely no desire to rent me a car. 1) Kayak/Priceline allowed me to set a pickup time after the location closed for the day (12:30 pm pickup when the location closed at 12:00 pm/noon). 2) When searching and booking, I thought I booked the airport location but learned from the Enterprise counter at the airport that my reservation was for a location 30 minutes away. 3) The airport Enterprise told me that they could not switch my pickup location because they did not have the inventory and assured me that the Enterprise location 30 minutes away was expecting me. 4) Arrived at the Enterprise location 30 minutes away to find the office "closed" yet all the lights were on, the door was wide open, and keys were laying everywhere. 5) After calling the 1-800 Enterprise number and talking to the "escalation" team, the agent assured me that the location manager would text/call me directly because, in addition to alerting the manager of the issue with our car, the agent also indicated there was a security breach at the location since it was left wide-open with no employees on site. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL OR TEXT. 6) Luckily we were able to book a car with another rental company. 7) After spending $100+ dollars on taxis to the Enterprise location 30 minutes away and then back to the airport and wasting 2+ hours at the beginning of our family vacation, I WILL NEVER USE ENTERPRISE OR PRICELINE/KAYAK AGAIN!!!!! read more

I'm only giving this 2 stars because I've had good service here before. This morning I had a reservation. Upon inspecting the car I questioned the tread remaining on the front tires. The agent used his tire gauge on the outter tread showing me the green indicator, assuring me the tires were fine. I asked him to apply the gauge to the center tread - they tested red indicating unsafe. I then asked for a second card. This card had a chunk of tread missing from the right front tire. I feel twice they tried to put me in an unsafe car. I canceled my reservation and made other arrangements. read more

My wife received a 24-hour complimentary Enterprise car courtesy of Curry Honda (who was fixing a recall issue on our car). I'd advised my wife our credit card takes care of Auto Rental CDW. When handing over the car, the Enterprise agent asked her to pick an insurance policy. However, when my wife asked if it was possible to decline insurance, the agent steered her to pick one anyway. I have received exemplary customer care at other Enterprise outlets for the same "short-term complimentary replacement car" service - but at this branch, be on alert for such disappointing tactics. read more

We rent a vehicle on Friday, and based on our contract, we should return the car on Sunday, and we should be charged $32.99/day, for two days we should be charged $76.96 include everything. BUT THEY CHARGED US $250.44!!! We did not notice it until we checked our credit card transaction history! We return the car around 7pm on Sunday, since they do not work on Sunday, we dropped the key in the key box. But the receipt shows the return time is 7am on Monday!!! I had a fairly decent experience with this place. The only issue I had was with one employee, I won't call out his name, but he was rough to deal with. Right from the beginning, I tried to enter the door, and he stormed up to me like I killed his first born child. Sorry man, it's my first time dealing with a pandemic, every place is different. He made up for it by giving me small talk and dealing with my issue of not having a chip on my card. (Btw make sure your card has a chip.) anyways, I had to keep the car for an extra day, called up a number since the office was closed, the employee on the phone explained she would leave a message for the manager and it was a non issue. I call up the actual location the following day, and guess who answers my call, dude who's first born child I killed. He explained to me that nobody can leave them a message and talked down to me. He also told me that I owed money, even tried to charge my card right then and there. I knew something was up, and told him I would call back. Two hours later I call back and talked to a very nice gentleman who explained that they actually owed me money due to my deposit. Besides my unpleasant interaction with one employee, it was a painless experience, I would recommend this location as long as you don't deal with said employee. read more

Stay far, far away. This location is a nightmare. Okay, it's a bit trashy and in poor repair, and the staff is rude. But I booked through hotline.com, and I'm used to that happening sometimes. The car was in awful shape, with dents and scratches all over, but I am not concerned with cosmetics. The real problems started after I returned the car. Several weeks after the car was returned, I got a latter saying that they were holding me responsible for over a thousand dollars of damage to the car! Lo and behold, it's for exactly the damage that the vehicle ALREADY HAD when I rented it. Finally, after obtaining another copy of the contract (where the original damage was listed), I escalated up to the corporate office, where they agreed and dropped the claim. I asked how this could have happened, and the corporate office told me that everything that happened so far had been this specific location, ignoring their own records and insisting I was responsible. Don't want this kind of experience? Don't rent a car here. Other Enterprise locations are fine, but just stay far, far away from this one. It's that simple. If you absolutely must rent here, my advice is to make sure you inspect your vehicle closely, and make sure they write down every single smudge. They absolutely WILL try to exploit you for every penny they can steal. read more

I would avoid this location! I normally don't write reviews, I prefer to speak to a manager and get things done. In this case, I spoke to the manager and experienced a lack of customer service and therefore like to share my dissatisfaction. When I was about to return the car, certain damages magically appeared and I was informed to either pay for it or go to the location I originally rented the car. It was extremely inconvenient for me to go all the way to Downtown Atl but made my way there. The staff I dealt at the Downtown location was extremely nice and took care of the situation. read more

I booked through Hotwire and this location came up as the cheapest Now I see why The amount of info they require here is ridiculous 2 utility bills and 3 emergency contact numbers! They also tried overcharging me! I reserved thru Hotwire at 18.99 per day. They attempted to charge 2200 per day!!! They also don't have the car at the location. Courtland location I am in and out in 15 minutes. I am still sitting here after 35 minutes and the car isn't even on the lot!!!! read more

The gentlemen who work here are very rude when you speak with them post-rental with any questions about the charges. They are unable to actually treat you like a person, instead quoting the 'rules', even if one of their colleagues at another location was empowered to look after me, the customer, because she knows what customer service is. Upon discussing the situation with Kyle at this location, and then requesting his manager, i was utterly disgusted that my parent company has a corporate account with Enterprise. They were so rude and bad at customer service, i would walk before i would rent a car from this location. I am happy to continue business with the alternative location in another state where the service was superb and will be using them weekly on my business trips - entirely, at this stage, because of the service agent whom looked after me last week....as for my neighborhood location in Brookhaven, you couldn't pay me to visit there again. read more

I reserved a car for 10:30 am today and check in was fine. However the car that was given to me d unacceptable. The car was not properly cleaned. I guess since I'm not driving a Toyota Corolla, I don't deserve a clean and sanitized car. The most disgusting white substance was all on the inside of the door. There was a powdery substance all along the inside of the door handle. Being that I have my 5 year old with me, I put on some gloves and cleaned the mess myself. All the other vehicles were coming out still wet from being washed. The guy who checked me in said the car just arrived and they didn't even bother to wash it. All customers are paying however all customers are not treated the same. I hate enterprise locations and will continue to only rent from the airport. read more

Like other reviews for this store, I had an appointment and had to wait 30min before my car was ready. On top of that I got "upgraded " from an economical sedan to a white Toyota 4Runner. What if I picked a sedan because I wasn't comfortable driving large cars? Not to mention the gas mileage is significantly different btwn the Chevy Malibu-like car I was expecting and the 4Runner I received. I was driving out of state too, but I would have had to wait a lot longer if I wanted a sedan and didn't have time. Additionally dog fur was in the backseat of the car even tho the salesman told me animals aren't allowed in the car. One of the fog lights was out too. So like other reviews for this store I'm going to agree that their ability to clean and prepare the rental is not good. Last week I rented a car from the Enterprise on Roswell and had none of these issues, they were waiting key in hand, car I asked for ready to go and clean. The owner of this Enterprise should really get their poop in a group cuz I'm going back to Roswell next time. When I pointed out all of the bad reviews this store has to my sales person they said the store was more focused on selling cars than renting them out and that's why there was such a shortage. read more

Would not recommend this location to anyone. The service was terrible and they cited a scratch as a claim. I would handle any issues like this gladly however, I was not responsible for this scratch in any way shape or form. A proper walk around prior to the rental was not performed. When returning the car them seemed to know exactly where to go on this particular vehicle??? Next thing I know I am paying to repair the entire car. Pictures actually indicate they made it worse when handing to the body shop. I do not think enterprise is a company with good values. These jokers keep signing up rentals on my profile. When I've called multiple times about the issues, they say there's nothing they can do and it's just a clerical error. Also, they're unable to delete my profile or otherwise prevent this from happening. Now I'm receiving toll violations in the mail for rentals that I did not place.
