This is by far the worst location Enterprise can have. Their staff is them most incompetent I've…read moreever dealt with. Specially their assistant manager Juanita or whatever her name is. I've rented here four different times and all four have been from bad to worst experience. My last being the last time I ever rent here. I came in an clearly stated I wanted to pay an additional 5 days of rental and I didn't have all day to be there as every time I come in, I spend no less than close to 2hrs. Not only did she close my existing rental which refunded me the $50 deposit without asking me but when she opened a second reservation for THE same car instead of just charging the extra days, she waited till the end and after she got initials to say the deposit for the new one would be $200 instead. I wasted a whole hour and some of my time explaining to her stupid self that I was NOT paying anything more than the $50 because it was HER mistake for not telling us until the end. Specially when nobody asked her to close anything out and open a new one. Maybe it was most convenient for her but not us. She's the stupidest most incompetent person and should be demoted and retrained. She'll sit there and smile while you're expressing your frustration and even walks away and helps other people, checks in cars while you're standing there and she says nothing. You're just left there thinking she's working on your reservation while she's not. She's just ignoring you. She wouldn't call a manager or check if there was a way to bypass the extra deposit since it wasn't needed from the start. Previously I've called to make sure they've got the car I'm looking for and have been told yes and once I get there, they try and get me into whatever THEY want and I've even had to go run errand while the go pick up cars from other locations. All they do is lie, be rude, careless, and not listen to a thing you say. Maybe shutting up and listening to the customer's request would help you do your job right. Kept talking over me and cutting me off the whole time. We're not in your ghettos and you're at work. So much for assistant manager and can't figure out a thing on her own. Smh.

When we came in at the end of our term to extend our reservation and convert the second leg to a one-way rental, the manager on duty (Jace?) went above and beyond to keep us on the road after a competitor we had planned to rent with tried to bait-and-switch our vehicle to a downgraded unit. Jace kept us in our current vehicle AND price matched the competitor's confirmed cost - saved our day/week! Will definitely keep the Enterprise Auburn location saved for future rentals!

Ended up taking an uber to this location in Puyallup . When I got there I was informed that there would be a long wait to pick up the car. Lots of people came in right after me. The place was closing in 20 minutes. And they were severely understaffed. (this seems the case all too often, in the quest to use AI to depersonalize large businesses & optimize profit) The Staff on hand that day were truly amazing. Doing their best in a difficult work environment. Especially Rachel who was in car detail dept but took charge that afternoon.. She informed everyone of the long wait. Ran around like an athlete, checking out the vehicles. And yet dealing gracefully with disgruntled customers. This review has is 4 star vs the 5 due to the understaff issue. Enterprise has always been my go to for car rentals..I certainly hope they will figure out their staffing situation. It really puts undue stress on their employees.

I rented a car from Hertz recently for a trip to Portland…read more Booking the reservation through Expedia was easy, as was calling Hertz and correcting the dates I had the car reserved because I was a day off... I get there and get ready to get the car, but pretty much every computer was frozen so that was cool. Luckily the guy helping me was nice. I then was told we'd have to do a credit check for the car because I was using a debit card... What? If I'm going to pay for this reservation right now, what's the purpose of that? I've booked through other rental services before and haven't been hit with that, so that caught me off guard. I was told that the final price would be around $87 for the total rental... I was charged $208. And that's AFTER the $200 hold was lifted that they applied to the card upon renting. Won't use Hertz again. Nice employees, but the way the business is ran itself is ridiculous as they are just looking to charge you for things you shouldn't be charged for.

The second was at the Sumner location and has been the worst... We will be taking future purchases to other vendors. Please do your research. These vehicles aren't something that anyone buys because they want to... it's absolutely a need. For my family, it's because of my son who is in a power wheelchair. This happens to be the only vehicle that all of my children are in at the same time. Safety is a massive priority for us but particularly for this vehicle. We bought a Toyota Sienna and by the time the first oil change was due... within 4 months and around 4000 miles, the brakes were metal on metal... the heat from this actually started to discolor and warp the rotors... For safety reasons, I had to replace both. I contacted United Access in hopes that they would acknowledge that this should not have happened and possibly make it right... they did not, I was met with invoices showing their third party had deemed everything "green". Maybe I don't know enough about brakes but it seems like a reach that the brakes and rotors went from "green" to needing both brakes and rotors replaced, pretty quickly... This was an expensive repair after just buying an expensive vehicle. It doesn't stop there though... I also made a service appointment because there was a crunching/grinding noise as the conversion ramp deployed and retracted... and the majority of the time, it wouldn't fully retract at all. Nothing like trying to either yank that in floor ramp out or push it back in while it's freezing or raining outside. I was concerned that something was stuck in the tracks and noted that to the service department. At the appointment, they started with their typical troubleshooting at the battery... fine, apparently that was from 2017. They were surprised to find the battery was so old... yet we had just bought this vehicle from them... I guess it was far enough in the "green" when they sold it to us that they also didn't think it warranted a replacement. I paid the $500 to replace that as well and was sent on my way. I had a feeling that wouldn't resolve the issue of the grinding/crunching. I was advised to come back if I continued to have the ramp issues... surprise surprise the ramp still had issues. I called to discuss again and was advised that there would potentially be a discount since it was a return visit for the same issue I had brought it in for the week before... We decided to take the floor off the van to find the noise ourselves... just to potentially save time for a tech troubleshooting... sure enough, the majority of the links that secure the cable for the ramp was crushed and the cable was beginning to be severed. I felt relieved to have found the sound. I took photos and sent them to the service department and put the floor back on. We did not repair it ourselves at the time because we were hopeful that the company would take care of us. Again, I was met with an explanation that they did in fact "fix" the issue and then sent me an invoice with an estimate for $1000ish... zero discount... zero accountability for not looking further into the issue while I was there the first time. Mind you, the first appointment was entire day off of work for me, an hour plus drive each way and the cost of gas. I know that used car dealerships have a bad rap and I should have expected this... but it feels so disheartening to be dealing with, especially when this particular dealership deals in vehicles that are meant for our elderly and/or disabled... they are our most vulnerable and it's clear that this company only cares about the dollar signs. Although they seem to be the biggest/most widely known in our area... there are other dealerships that deal in conversion vans... I would recommend going anywhere else... I know we will in the future.
