    Thank you guys for getting us into a car last minute . You guys rock! Bryna is awesome very nice and patient even when all the phones were ringing and people in and out she handled well under pressure . I sure couldn't do it ! Thanks guys

    Great service! Got a brand new Toyota Corolla with maybe 1 or 2 miles on. Quick check-in at this location compared to the airport. Got a ride back to where I needed to go - very glad I went through Enterprise! I will be back!

Nissan was covering all my charges except for gas, which I chose to fill up to where they gave it to me at. They said they needed my credit card number to hold $50 for the rental, but it would drop off once I returned the vehicle. (Car wreaked of cigarette smoke). Day later, went to pick up my car @ Nissan. Filled gas back to half tank, which was where it was when I got it. Left it @ Nissan for hertz to pick up. I check my credit card transactions next day, to my surprise there was a $116 charge from Hertz. I immediately call Nissan, service guy wasnt sure why hertz would charge me. Said he would give hertz a call. He called me back saying it sounds like its a fuel charge, that I should call them myself. I called Stephanie @ hertz and she said that its a refuel charge, and I replied by saying that it filled it up to where it was when i got it. She said oh we'll have to check it again. That the car was still @ nissan. I said, so you charged me and you haven't even checked the car. How do you know no one has driven it since i dropped it off 2 days prior. She said i have the keys right here. I called Nissan right away, they did say that the car was still there. I asked if he had the keys, he went and checked their box and they also had the keys. Now I was upset, charged and lied to. The manager of services followed up with hertz because they're the ones who called them in the first place. Some lady named Lacey called and left me a voicemail, apologizing that it was someone elses charge. And they would reverse all charges. A week later, still no refund. I called again, they said it will take weeks to process, they need manager approval first. Seconds to take my money and weeks to reverse it, now i will have to pay interest on it too!

They gave us a minivan that had horrible brakes and we ended up having to exchange the vehicle because of safety reasons. The other Hertz agency that we exchanged vehicles at took forever and did not fix the information in the contract correctly. This agency said that if you have a problem, you have to call Fife personally & not just the Hertz number to make them aware of the problem. So if you have an issue with the safety of your car, make sure you call the 800 #, and the fife location, and all other people associated with Hertz or else they'll blame you for not making them aware. It's not enough to tell Hertz itself, but you have to tell the little old receptionist at the Fife location too. She was rude and did not care that she had an unsatisfied customer. What mattered is that they collected the deposit for a puppy's hair that we carefully laid down blankets for and it was not worth being charged a $200 cleaning fee. They just care that they can get all the money from you and don't care if you are unsatisfied because they will just do it to the next renter. Beware! Don't go there. Go to Enterprise! I have never had issues with them! Enterprise is a much better company.

The car itself was really nice! the clerk had to initially had to vacuum it out real quick but I got there early so I wasn't complaining, the car was nice and smelt nice and performed great, though it was a bit pricey granted I'm 22 and had a underage fee that added 150 dollars to the total charge, 586 in total plus paying for gas when using the car it wasn't bad. Overall maybe it had horrible management before but now I'd say this place is a great place to rent from and always seem to have vehicles at the ready.

    You know those companies with insanely long contracts full of fine print, where they rush you to…read moresign so they can take your money--and your soul? Yeah... that's this company. They don't treat you like a human being. You're just a number, a signature, and a transaction. The employees seem like they're only there to clock in and clock out--no passion, no sense of mission, no genuine care. Just fake smiles and scripted kindness. They don't care what you're dealing with or why you're there; they don't even really see you as a person. This is a car rental business, which means most customers are people in need. There should be some level of compassion, patience, and understanding. Unfortunately, that's completely missing here. Here's what happened to me: The night before renting, my wife and I called to confirm exactly what we needed so we could come prepared. We were told clearly what was required. The next morning, we showed up with everything--only to be told they don't accept my card, even though it's a Visa. The night before, they said they accept all Visas. If you don't accept all Visas, then don't tell people that you do. That's misleading, plain and simple. I stayed calm, gathered my things, and left, understanding that mistakes happen. I figured I'd double-check everything and come back fully prepared. Fast forward a week later: I return with everything they told me I needed. And suddenly--there are new problems with my documentation. Now it needs to be "a certain way," something that was never explained beforehand. I have a life. I'm married. I have kids. I don't have time for constant back-and-forth when I'm spending my hard-earned money. Business is a trade--money exchanged for service--and this place does not offer honest, efficient service. Bottom line: Unless you have a lot of time on your hands and want to deal with people doing the bare minimum, I do not recommend this place. My experience could--and should--have been much better.

I've rented here four different times and all four have been from bad to worst experience. My last being the last time I ever rent here. I came in an clearly stated I wanted to pay an additional 5 days of rental and I didn't have all day to be there as every time I come in, I spend no less than close to 2hrs. Not only did she close my existing rental which refunded me the $50 deposit without asking me but when she opened a second reservation for THE same car instead of just charging the extra days, she waited till the end and after she got initials to say the deposit for the new one would be $200 instead. I wasted a whole hour and some of my time explaining to her stupid self that I was NOT paying anything more than the $50 because it was HER mistake for not telling us until the end. Specially when nobody asked her to close anything out and open a new one. Maybe it was most convenient for her but not us. She's the stupidest most incompetent person and should be demoted and retrained. She'll sit there and smile while you're expressing your frustration and even walks away and helps other people, checks in cars while you're standing there and she says nothing. You're just left there thinking she's working on your reservation while she's not. She's just ignoring you. She wouldn't call a manager or check if there was a way to bypass the extra deposit since it wasn't needed from the start. Previously I've called to make sure they've got the car I'm looking for and have been told yes and once I get there, they try and get me into whatever THEY want and I've even had to go run errand while the go pick up cars from other locations.
