When we came in at the end of our term to extend our reservation and convert the second leg to a one-way rental, the manager on duty (Jace?) went above and beyond to keep us on the road after a competitor we had planned to rent with tried to bait-and-switch our vehicle to a downgraded unit. amazing customer service I was renting a car through my car insurance and the staff was very helpful. Victor gave me a lot of good information as well as as AJ whenever I called for some advice on what to say to the adjusters. I forgot the name of the third gentleman that helped me at first but altogether their team did very well at being professional but with a warm and friendly atmosphere. I needed a ride back to my house after dropping off the car and they were able to arrange that for me which was great. Checking the car when returning only took about five minutes and I had my deposit back soon after that. When I was done with my paperwork, he apologized for the delay and told me not to worry about the gas. I wasn't expecting that. I am glad I only drove the vehicle a few miles. I am sorry if I can't remember his name but thank you for your kindness. When I dropped off the car, it was Luis, I believe, who helped me. Again, a kind and friendly demeanor, very helpful. First of all, I called an agent and couldn't understand her accent. I kept asking her to repeat. Also, website in FAQ's specifically says, 'Yes we will pick you up and bring you to rental location.' I made a reservation then was told, 'No, that location doesn't do that.' So I canceled. Later I called about a different location. The agent said, 'I don't know. You will have to call that location to find out if they do pick-ups.' Horrible way to be treated. They said yes SUVS are NOT in high demand and that they had a few. Drive to Auburn Wa and they had ZERO cars available. Called the location for Kent Wa and was told they had one and explained what had just happened and that I didn't want to drive to Kent for them to say NO we have nothing and was confirmed they had my reservation ready. only reason two starts is because they washed the car before I left. the car was brought in the same day and I wonder if the driver said anything about the car overheating. before driving off the car fine until I picked up my daughter and made it home. I noticed a radiator smell. when getting back in the car and making it to the store, the dash said the car is overheating and that the coolant is low. now I have a car that needs to be serviced that I rented to drive hassle free and ended up with a hassle. I also noticed that the sunglasses holder was not able to close. no one assisted me and I didn't know until I was ready to drive off. I was just thrown anything. I asked for a compact and they tried to give me a van for 100$ more. I said no and they gave me this car that I can't drive that I paid for. this is crazy. this is the third time. the last car had a dog in it. they expressed to me it to have a dog in the car and my allergies were triggered and the car smelled horrible. I received no compensation for nothing and doubt they will Monday. well there goes my SuperBowl weekend. I won't be driving to Tacoma. thanks for giving me another bad car after I told you about my previous last rental and you give me a car that needs to be serviced. I wonder if the person reported it? Lies Lies Lies!!! Charge you to "hold" a rental car, but when your reservation comes up..... no car!!!! Then, finally get one in they give it to us on an empty tank of gas and it broke down 150 miles out of town, plus it had a tire blow out! Enterprise towing is a joke too!!! Sat on the side of the freeway for 5 HOURS!!!! What in the actual hell is going on here????? Then the next office is closed by the time we get there.... so no replacement car until the next Damn Morning!! Tow truck driver dropped us off at a 24hr grocery store!!!!! Enterprise Corporate really needs to look into the business practices of this location! They are Thieves!!! I went in about almost a week ago to make a reservation to rent a car so that it could be ready by the day I needed it because I had some very important plans and wanted to make sure to have it ready. The day comes and I go in and they tell me they couldn't find my reservation mind you I gave them the paper that they gave me and all. After a whole while of waiting they couldn't find it and didn't have a car for me. I received a rental from here during an insurance claim. When I arrived the staff was super great and friendly but the man who signed the car to me informed me I was paying upfront the deposit which I was expecting, I also chose to do damage insurance OOP so I was told I was paying for the full 14 days I was expected to have the rental during my cars repair. He explicitly explained this so I wouldn't have to do anything but drop it off at the end. For no reason I was then charged a second amount of 118 dollars with no prior call for authorization or explanation. I tried calling for three days to get a hold of the office as I am not local to Auburn and when I finally got an answer I was told I was charged for an extension on the rental but my repairs had only been extended two days after the original 14, so no way it would add up to $118 and was told it would be corrected after drop off. I spoke with a nice woman after car turn in when they called to confirm I would be getting my deposit back but ultimately they refused to refund me the double charged dates for the damage insurance. I'm leaving two stars for the nice ladies I spoke with but I absolutely wouldn't get a rental here since they do charge with no permission for made up fees which imo is stealing and bad customer service $ wise :( read more

The lady that helped was ok but the bathroom stank of pee and was dirty. Out in the parking lot there was trash that has been there for weeks according to the employee. The car is filthy. I went to Enterprise to rent a van for my cross country 2 week vacation. I booked online at a different location that closed at the time I was supposed to pick up. I ended up going to the N Auburn location. Nothing was going my way. Lizette helped us out and made everything better. She is very knowledgeable and you just know that she cares about her job and likes giving the best service she can. I really thought my vacation was tarnished until she came through for us. Totally wish I didn't have to give any stars to this Enterprise. Hella mad at Volkswagen again too! For having that garbage dude who gave me a garbage dirty, jacked up camry that was completely scratched up. I dropped a pen between the seats and reached down to grab it and came up with aa handful of old chips, peanuts, and crackers. VW put a clutch in my brand new car at 7 months and a mere 8 months later they're telling me the clutch is bad... well get you a rental but we're out . I needed a rental car due to an auto accident. I picked up the car on June the 3rd, which was a Monday. During the pick up process I learned that 2 or 3 employees had called in sick that day. I must tell you--I was so impressed with the staff that was there. They were quick, efficient, kind and you could tell unflappable. I worked with Anthony that day..but there other two staffers: Shaelie and Carrie were just as awesome! Different location in auburn the one in A st. We rented a car on Thursday night right before closing at 530ish. Returned the car on Monday right at 830am and I was still charged the four days. I have rented from Enterprise on several occasions just to mostly run errands and sometimes for special events . I went for the lowest cost vehicle this time for various reasons. Before I could get out of the parking lot the brakes were making noise a grinding noise. I pulled back in right away. I was informed that according to the history of this vehicle it was fine per their records, but it wasn't . I was also made aware if I choose a cheaper vehicle I get what I get and the more costly vehicles probably wouldn't sound or run like the one I was renting. The least they could've done was put me in another vehicle . He told me they accused him of small damage to the car that most wouldn't even notice and tried to bill him for it. He said thankfully they took pictures of the car themselves before they ever left the lot just in case! They were very lucky! So here's my story. A few days before We left for a 6 month overseas deployment I was rear ended. The other people's insurance company set me up with an enterprise rental car in Auburn. The lady brought the car to the body shop and was extremely nice. I took back the car a day or two later and we flew out. Shortly afterI received a call from a lady at enterprise letting me know that my diamond tennis bracelet was found in the consul. I had no idea even left it there. I was shocked at her honesty because most people would've stolen the $3000 bracelet and acted like it was never there. Pretty amazing right! So I explain to her that I'm gone for the next six months and ask if she can send it overseas she said what they could do was leave it in the safe and when I get back I can come pick it up. So we get back stateside and I head on down to enterprise to pick up my bracelet. Guess what? No really take a guess do you think it was there or not? No the two manager males are claiming that it was donated to the Goodwill. That their policy is after 90 days they donate everything! Does anyone believe one of the two managers took the $3000 diamond tennis bracelet out of the safe and just gave it to the Goodwill? Really please reply if you believe they just gave away $3000 to the goodwill!!!! So I told them I believe they were lying and ask them for the name of the Goodwill. Rasheem helped my husband and I with our rental car. I was hesitant to rent from enterprise again, due to my prior experience with the one in kent (where they did absolutely NOTHING to help me). But, I figured I should try the one in auburn. We arrived right before they were closing and they were several people in front of us. The employees there were having computer issues, but were working fast to find cars for everyone. Even if they were out of cars, they were finding ways to get cars from other locations, when I know for a fact, that other locations would turn customers away and shrug their shoulders. Despite the computer issues that they were experiencing, Rasheem helped us and found us a car right away. He even went in the back to help with washing and getting the car ready for us. We give Rasheem 5 stars because he is a hard worker and very respectful of our time and managed to get us out fast! Thank you Rasheem! We will definitely return to this location. P.s. I usually use another rental car company, but due to pricing, decided to use Enterprise. Not sure it was worth it, though. First of all, I had to be picked up between 7:30 and 8:00 AM for my rental car. At 8:10 AM, no one had showed up to pick me up. So, I called Enterprise and was told they were too busy and if I could get a cab, they would take it off my bill. WHAT?!?! When were they going to call me and tell me they couldn't pick me up? So, I'm already running at least 10 minutes late and now they tell me I have to make arrangements to get there to pick up the car and I have no arrangements. So, I call a taxi company and they say it will take 45 minutes. A half hour or so later (now 40 minutes late), I am able to find a ride to Enterprise (THANKS, Enterprise). When I get there, I am told that the car they have for me isn't clean. WHAT? Apparently, they didn't have time to clean the car. So, whatever. I get a car that isn't too dirty. It runs fine. Everything's fine. But, seriously, they could have been a lot more professional in this situation. I may give them another chance, but when I say I need to be picked up at a certain time, they really need to honor that or let me know they can't honor that. They made me very late for a meeting in another city with some other coworkers. Not good. read more

We dropped off the suv and they inspected it and said everything was fun. About 3 weeks later they try and charge me over $470! We have all of our paper work and are taking them to claims court and my lawyer said he can't see me not getting my money back but having to go through this process shouldn't be necessary. read more

Despite friendly staff, the location (office and lot) are poorly managed. The office is a chaotic mess, with waiting customers and returning customers mixed up together. Wait times are terrible. Forget getting picked up and dropped off (I just use Uber). Even with five customers in the waiting area, there is a staffer just answering phones, not clearing anything. Vehicle inventory is poor. Good luck getting the car you want. While I will use Enterprise again at an airport location, I most likely will not use the Auburn office again. I had to rent a vehicle because my car was in the shop next door after someone hit me. I had to pay for this out-of-pocket while my car was being repaired over 25 days. I decline all extra coverage because I'm fully insured. But, I go to get reimbursed from the other guy's insurance, and they tell me that they won't reimburse the additional coverage I was billed for damage waiver ("DW" @ $19.99/day), personal accident insurance ("PAI" @ $3.00/day), and roadside assistance protection ("RAP" @ $4.99/day). I call Enterprise back to dispute the charges ($699.50), and I'm basically told there's nothing they can do. I tell them that I declined everything. Enterprise says, well, we use tablets and have you initial things. Why would you have me initial something that I've already told you I don't want and decline? Some shady stuff going on. read more
