Just turned my car in after over 30. I had the same person that was supposed to rewrite the contract for me when I was here Friday the end of month; all he did was take the milage off the car. Not a new contract. This young man has a Assistant manager position. Name Dylan Ahern. Today when I returned the car, again he offered an email receipt ( I never got the last one) because he didn't rewrite the contract like he was asked . I said no please print, then when I had questions he was rude; told me " I was right now GET OUT!" Umm should this really be a Ass Manager? No in my place of business. read more

Kayla is extremely unprofessional and rude. My family was in a terrible wreck in a vehicle that was rented from her office which was in poor repair to begin with (rusted rotors and bad alignment may have contributed to the accident). She called to get our insurance information and was straight up nasty and unprofessional. Wouldn't let me speak then yelled at me when I insisted she stop cutting me off and let me speak. Overall very poor experience. We returned our car in the am but it didn't need to be back until 4:30-5:00. They didn't offer any discount or anything so basically they were going to rent the car to someone else even though I already paid for the day. All this bad news was done with a condescending smile. They also don't take cash so we have to go back home to get our credit card to pay. Nowhere does it say no cash. read more

DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN THE RENTAL CAR. I left a very expensive pair of Oakley sunglasses, with the case, in the car when I dropped it off after midnight - I know, I'm an idiot but it was late at night after a 15 hour straight drive. I called the next morning IMMEDIATELY and described the glasses to the location's manager, Adam. He said that he would check the car, check lost and found, ask the guy who cleaned out the car. This is the next morning, right after open. He never called me back. So, I called him back that day, and the next day, and the sunglasses are not to be found. The manager tells me that the guy who cleaned out the car is "an older guy who wouldnt be interested in expensive sunglasses". I then reached out to their District Manager, who told me that in his 4 years of running the area, there has never been one employee ever who stole anything. I asked him if they even track who cleans out the cars so they would know who to suspect if something is reported missing. He said they do - and that THE BRANCH MANAGER "ADAM" WAS THE ONE WHO CLEANED OUT MY CAR. This guy lied to me several times, saying he didnt know who cleaned it out, couldnt look up who cleaned it out, then it was some old guy who wouldnt care, then it turned out it was HIM. I tell you what - if someone needs a pair of used sunglasses so badly that he would just outright steal them and the lie about it, you can have them. Liars, thieves, the manager "Adam" can keep my $200 glasses, you're a trash human being. The best part was talking on the phone with the District Manager. You can tell his job is just covering up for the terrible human beings that he is in charge of ... I'd rather walk than ever use this company again, and will make sure everyone I know in this town knows to avoid this garbage company too. read more

This place was a nice clean and friendly place to rent a car. The car was clean and in amazing condition and had a snow brush already in it. The guy that checked me out was great. Even though the place was closing he was still friendly and smiling. All in all it was a good experience renting from here. Side note is remember the price is the price so know all the rules when you rent. They will answer all your questions so ask if your not sure. read more

Fantastic customer service! I rent vehicles for business travel regularly. I use Enterprise because of the pickup service. I had a time crunch to get car and pick up my son from school. They were very busy today and explained options for my pickup. None worked to get both my rental and my son. The management was creative and found a way to solve both. My driver Daniel was kind, understanding my urgency and efficient. What a great company that employs staff that think beyond the current limits and solves customers needs. Nice and refreshing!! I am a repeat customer of Enterprise and cant speak highly enough of thr staff at this location. They have had a difficult time with construction for the new branch but have been as courteous and as professional as any branch I have been too. Worthless. I've been renting at this Auburn spot for years but no more. I booked a car online with a double upgrade coupon a month in advance, I was supposed to get a full size but pay for the compact. When I got there the salesman told me they had no cars except a compact available and I could use my coupon next time. Next time? I told him I reserved a month in advance and where were four adults and their luggage going to fit? He was very snotty until another gentleman came out and suddenly an intermediate car was there to take. Still not the full size and still took my coupon from me. I had heard from someone else they go to the Geneva Enterprise because of Auburns poor customer service but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Never again. read more

Recently my husband, daughter in law and two small grandchildren, and I took a trip to South Carolina. We do not own a vehicle large enough to hold all of us and all that needed to go on this trip. Renting a vehicle for our trip was the way to go! All of the transaction was done online and was easily completed. On the day we picked up the van, we were met with courteous employees that were very helpful. They offered an upgrade at a low cost that made sense for our travel convenience!
