Could have had a horrible experience when I got a flat 33 miles outside Van Horn Texas. Pulled at the nearest exit and got someone to come out the doughnut on. Unfortunately I had to stop in Van Horn Texas for them to deliver a new Altima. It was me my wife and newborn, thankfully everyone did great! Grateful for AAA and the towing service. This is why you rent a car. It was a pleasant experience considering how awful it could have been. Customer service was responsive and friendly to my repeated calls asking for an update after hours. Booked a car for our family vacation - we showed up and were told they didn't have the car with no help or assistance for finding another. Update we called a second place and same thing they have no vehicles but allowed booking. This is a waste of time and dishonest practices. read more

Family booked a vehicle and a trip that we really needed and planned. We got a call 4 minutes before the pickup time while we were already in the building.... We were told that they didn't have the vehicle we reserved. There was no help or assistance in filling the request to help us. We were told sorry and good luck...as an enterprise gold member and loyal customer this is unacceptable business to allow bookings without vehicles. Enterprise has usually been a go to place for me. This was the worse place EVER!!! They're rude, even calling they did not go the extra mile. Honestly. They need to update their web site to match their availability. The manager behind the counter was less than helpful. We had a reservation he sent us away saying they have no cars so going back to our ride and calling the enterprise call center they made us a reservation at his location and he refused saying they have no cars. Totally rude and unprofessional. I don't know that I would ever use enterprise again. This experience was horizon.!! read more

at 4:25pm today, I needed a ride somewhere that's 7 miles away but the driver could only go more than 5 miles if approved by the ones running the store inside and they wouldn't approve letting the driver go even 2 extra miles regardless of the circumstances I'm in. RUN DON'T WALK to a different location. I have rented from here 1 time before and the service was nothing to write home about. Day 1: I was told a manger would help review a situation I needed help with, well somewhere wires got crossed. After sitting there for over an hour watching 2 managers walk past me multiple times, I just got up and left. As a manger however how do you walk past someone sitting in your store for an hour and not even acknowledge that a person is still sitting there? Day 2: I made a new reservation and came the next day. When I arrived to pick up for my 12p reservation I was told it would be a 2-3 hr wait for a vehicle because EVERY car they had out came back needing an oil change. I understand you never know what condition a car may come back in, but it's hard to believe that there's NO way of knowing there's a high probability a car will need an oil change, those cars likely were needing oil changes or close to needing oil changes when they went out, why not error on caution and assume they will need them when they come back and pull them rather than continuing to book reservations on them? Unfortunately I didn't have the ability to wait around 3hrs and did not want to keep wasting money on Lyfts going back/forth. Left again without a car. Day 3: I decided to call prior to getting another ride over and sure enough they still could not fulfill the reservation, along with 2 other locations nearby. I called around and found a different location (Peoria) and even with their limited fleet, were able to find solutions rather than excuses, they made some calls and I was in a car and on my way in about 15min. Customer Service was also top tier. This location should take some notes. read more

I had a car reservation with Enterprise, complete with a reservation confirmation. But just one day before day my pick-up, I received a call informing me that my reservation was canceled. It's incredibly frustrating and inconvenient to have a reservation in place, only to have it canceled at the last minute with no viable options. Rented a car on June 2nd and as a Friday it was busy, in addition to being right in between several dealerships, I was in an out within an hour. I was even offered an upgrade in order to be able to get into a car sooner, which I declined as the vehicle did not fit my trip, but I was grateful. Dropped off on June 8th, which was surprisingly quicker than I thought it was going to be. The entire process of dropping off was maybe 10-15 minutes, and I was in a Lyft going back home within 20 minutes of getting there. Brandon Dutkiewicz was the person to assist me in both the pick up and dropping off of the rental, and he was by far one of the politest people I've worked with at Enterprise. He made the process hassle free and was very friendly. Made sure any questions or concerns I had were taken care of and was also very thoughtful. He remembered the trip I was taking when I picked up, and asked me how it went, which shows he has a great memory but also a level of care for the customers he works with. If and when I have a rental need in the future, I wouldn't hesitate about coming back here for help. Also the funny little dad jokes they have are a nice little touch when coming in and making the mundane process of renting a car kind of a fun interaction. read more

I rented a car for two weeks from this location. Yvette assisted me with pickup and returning the car. She was very pleasant and helpful. This location is not the closest to me but I went to this location because the Goodyear location had bad reviews. I was not disappointed! I even had to call a few times to extend the rental and was helped by Colton and he was equally as helpful. I would never come back to this location, they are unprofessional. I called days ahead of time to make sure I had a large vehicle to accommodate my big family. When I arrived I was shocked when I was told that the only SUV available needed an oil change and was asked if I can take it in. I felt like I didn't have a choice, there was no other vehicle for us. It was a HUGE inconvenience to drive 20 miles back down for an oil change that took more then an hour with my 2 young children. read more

Horrible! For starters, I went through Priceline.com and made a reservation for a FULL SIZE SUV (Pathfinder or similar) . After it was done, I thought I would call to check which vehicles they had on their fleet and I was told that they didn't have any full size SUV available and that I could only get a STANDARD SUV (Ford Edge or similar). I then changed the reservation to reflect that, as I didn't want to have to deal with having to fight over the price difference after the fact. I went to pick up the vehicle and I was told that they didn't have one available. Seriously, WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE? It's like that old Seinfeld episode "You know how to make the reservation, you just don't know how to HOLD the reservation". They like to blame this on Priceline as they make reservations without having access to availability (a problem in itself and something that Enterprise should address) which is unbelievable in this day in age with so much automation and with how easy cross reporting is; I mean, airlines do it. Nevertheless, I called and I was told by them that they didn't have FULL SIZE and I could get a STANDARD SUV. Horrible experience. This place should not only be closed but FINED for the way they do business. Did I mention that it was HORRIBLE? OK, carry on. You've been warned. Now I got a reply "let us know if we can do anything to help". Seriously? What are you going to do to help after the fact? I guess it looks nice to post a comment that makes it look like you care. I mean, what can be done after the fact? There's no excuse. Third party or not, with how easy it is to do cross reporting between companies, this should never happen and I can see that it happens all the time based on reviews. We had a family trip and unfortunately another rental place had mixup our reservation for a van and didn't try to do anything about it so we decide to come here. We explain our situation, it was a last minute thing ( Saturday ) they were so helpful and told us they will do did their best to find what we needed. I was in a car accident in January and had to rent a car until the repairs were done. I chose this location simply because it was close to my house, but I was really impressed! It took nearly 8 weeks for my vehicle to be repaired so I had to call Enterprise each week to let them know if I would still need the rental or if I would be returning it. Worst experience I ever had here ! reserved the biggest SUV 6 days before my trip online no issues . Then to get a call one day before picking up the SUV they say nothing is available for 7+ passengers and tried to offer me a 5 passenger pathetic. Don't understand how going from a 7 passenger to a 5 passenger will make the situation any better . Their response was their system doesn't show what's not available.
