Easy experience working with Enterprise. I had a car repair and they picked me up at the shop. The staff were friendly and easy to work with. The car I got was clean and had packets of Clorox wipes in every drink holder for me to use. What a nice perk for Enterprise associates, they are allowed to wear shorts in the hot summer months. The return to the car shop was smooth as well. They even opened the front door going back inside the car shop. No hidden fees on my bill either, which is always good. read more

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. This is by far the WORST place to rent a car. After my car accident, I rented from them, only for my rental car to get towed from my own house after a week because they gave me a car with an EXPIRED LICENSE TAG. I had to chase them for over 48 hours to even get my belongings back and another rental car and they DID NOTHING. I ended up having to go to the towing company myself and retrieve my stuff. Meanwhile, I had to rely on Uber for TWO DAYS, and they promised to reimburse me for the Ubers AND the rental fees. Guess what? They only paid for the Ubers. Their customer service? A complete joke. They had me on hold forever and clearly avoided answering my calls because they knew I was rightfully furious. I had to trick them by calling from another number, and of course, they picked up immediately. Their lack of accountability and total disregard for my time and money is beyond infuriating. Booked my car 2 months ago for the holiday season - was informed there are no cars because people have yet to return them. I understand this - but no timeline has been given or help/concessions for uber. I've used this location 2 other times with zero issue. But this time has been so bad I had to leave a review. I've tried to follow up and have been left on hold on purpose (I've rented from this location 2x times and suddenly over a 20 min hold time?) before the long hold time I was hung up on I heard them. They suggested I source my own car - which I've attempted to do. Upon doing this I was going to be charged the market rate (3 times more than my booking in November). Also the agent I called said it was the locations responsibility to source me a car. Not sure if the girl I talked to but she said the words "I told you..." to me upon me repeating question to check in. I need to re ask questions because I need to have a transportation plan or be prepared to come pick up the car. Which according to them can change at any time given people return cars are out of their control. I'm still waiting for my car. And I wrote this entire review on hold. I called the location and plainly asked if they have cars. They do. They do not want to honor my reservation because I booked under the weekly rate and cars are going for 90 per day now. Since I booked 2 months in advance my entire reservation was 350 for 7 days. My original rental was for a week and the reason I wasn't able to get it was due them not having cars, so it was not on me for the rental not working out. So they are using a loophole to make me pay more, during the holidays. I have reached out to corporate, legit everyone under the sun and am waiting to hear back. Alec or Alex hung up on me when I asked him to please help me and proceeded to get super aggressive when I explained to him why it is not fair to pay 90 a day because they made a mistake. I also asked what his role is but he would not tell me. Luckily I am able to find out on LinkedIn to report to corporate and I will continue reporting. When it was finally my turn the rep spent an inordinate amount of time trying to upsell me on the damage waiver. This should have been a quick and easy transaction because I booked online through my credit card rewards, waived the damage waiver then because one of the perks of my credit card is car rental insurance and paid in full. The assistant branch rental manager Ashley Pardesi was extremely rude to me. When I told her that she is not a good customer representative and said she was being rude to me she refused to rent me a car. I've been a long-time customer of Enterprise, and while I haven't always had the best experience at other branches, this one is by far the best. Starting with Ryan (Assistant Manager), my experience has been phenomenal. Extremely nice guy who will go out of his way to help you in any way he can. The rest of the staff that I have came in contact with, like Eric, has also been very friendly, cordial and professional to say the least. This was one of the most pleasant car rental experiences I have ever had! I had to do a last minute car rental in Boca and return at the Miami Airport. I made the reservation online and was able to call and schedule a pickup within 2hrs. The person I spoke w/on the phone and who came to pick me up were very professional and courteous and even called me to see if I wanted to be picked up earlier since the window they initially offered was a 30min span, which I really appreciated. Once there, the rental process was quick and painless and I even got to rent the car I was picked up in and didn't have to remove my luggage, which was super convenient to get me on the road faster. From the moment I walked in his atttitude was disgusting I proceeded because I needed to get to work. The staff picked me up at my car dealer and delivered me back a few days later at no extra charge. Enterprise gave me the use of a 2019 Red Convertible Camaro even though my insurance only paid for $30.00 a day for a loaner car. They didn't have any smaller cars available, so I got the Camaro. The staff was kind, efficient, and quick. I really appreciate the great service I received. My agent showed me the functions of the Camaro and how to operate it. They got to me, inspected the car, went over my charges, asked if I needed a ride and was on my way. My car broke down last night - yes late on a Friday evening. I had it towed to the mechanic and made an online reservation for a rental. I went there today and was greeted by a line of people (at least 5 other groups) that also had reservations and there were no cars to be had. The attitude in which this news was delivered was terrible - the staff that is so highly rated below didn't handle this situation with any compassion. They practically sounded sarcastic like we were all idiots to think renting a car online would mean we would actually get one. I know they can't fix the Enterprise system but right now during this time we all depend on online systems to function or tell us that there is a possibility that we won't have a car. I have rented with Enterprise before. and for long periods of times, they are not perfect, but it's the most perfect service I've got from any rental company and it is more important in my book than the car itself. this experience with this specific agency was BETTER than any others and they were all good, so that's just to point out excellency. The lady that was handling my reservation on site was Heather, she was so patient even tough she had 3 other clients there, and the phone was ringing off the hook, I've never seen someone so young under so much pressure and acting in complete calm and control. it was beautiful and inspiring to watch. The young man helping me with a ride back to the hotel was very polite and handled everything very well too. The car was not a hit and the window was making some noise but it was all meaningless when you meet these great attitude at the business. price was fair and I got a small discount for the noisy window. If I could give this a zero star review I would. My boyfriends mom rented a car this past weekend and as we were driving the back bumper detached from the car. We got off at a rest stop to use the restroom and saw it and immediately called and they told us to take it to another enterprise and they'll switch the car out no problem. We got there and they were no help and handed us zip ties to zip tie the bumper on ourselves! We then called this enterprise again and Brandon said he was going to take care of it no problem. We never heard from him. We drove back and she returned the car and they said we did that to the car. HOW WHEN THERE IS NO SCRATCHES OR ANYTHING and then accused us of having a dog in the car and we did no such thing. For a young man he was very professional and very informative and was able to help me with all the questions I had, His assistant manager Juan was just as helpful and they both were able to accommodate all my needs and answer any question that occurred. This is the place to be , I only say that because of the wonderful customer service. The doors were closed but they had a well set up tent, and we were greeted within a minute of Arriving. I have been renting vehicles here for over a decade. Josh branch manager has always given 1000% customer service. Figures the one time I rent a car from here and Josh isn't working customer service drops below sub par. Attained rental with debit card final payment to be made on Discover. Rep Christina takes cc info and says I'll be given a receipt when car returned. Another Josh who has no clue what's going on tells me this can't be done when I return car. I then speak to assistant manager Josh, just as useless states the same thing. As I have done this before, it seems these two are not trained properly to be holding the positions they are holding. May I suggest detailing the vehicles until properly trained to work front desk! So I'm told by the rep Josh a manager will call me on Monday. No such call was ever made. I called and spoke with Paola another assistant manager, explained my situation where my debit card was charged four times without my authorization. She said she would pass message to Josh branch manager. I haven't heard from anyone in two weeks. Even after leaving messages at corporate headquarters in Deerfield Beach. So I'm just going to copy and paste what I wrote about the pompano enterprise cuz they sent us here to deal with even bigger jerks. This place was awful. Maybe it's the heat but my father owns a well known body shop in Chicago and uses enterprise for his customers and were not so sure we are going to anymore. Why you might ask? Let's start here : -receiving the car took about 45 minutes when we had already made reservations prior to our trip out here. - 3 minutes after driving it we realized the maintenance required light came on. We just wanted to go to our place so we disregarded it and planned on returning it a little later - oil change was due. Over by 300 miles - seats were disgusting it actually looked like someone either was killed in the back seat and a pool of blood sunk into the fabric or some lady delivered a baby in the back seat. - clearly the orginial smell of the car was being covered. So naturally well put it as dead body stench. So we decided to take it back. Based on all that I for you'd think we'd get a new one no problem right? Nope- we were told that any Firestone will replace the oil. So we can take it ourselves. We're on vacation and were not spending the day at the auto place cuz they don't take care of their cars. And we refused that, so he said wel we don't have any other cars here to replace you can drive out to boca raton, so we did. Where the guy turned off the maintence required light and said okay you cant return it now the lights not on. Our jaws dropped. He then told us to go back to pompano cuz now they have more cars and we refused since we were just there, So we threw them the keys and said fine were walking to budget, oh all of a sudden the pull up a Ford Focus for us. This company is awful down here in Florida. Costumer service is not here at all. They don't give a crap about you, and their cars. It's astonishing. I had the most horrible experience at enterprise. If you have good car insurance do not take their damaged waiver. They yes explain that it is not insurance however they don't explain that your insurance will no longer be applied once taking the waiver. The representative Fellipe only explained it would waive damages to the rent a car and they would waive it, that's it. I have USAA car insurance that would pay for any of my damages. Krissy and Fellipe were not informative. On September 30th 2016 I was suppose to pay 48.00 a representative told me, then go to pay it Fellipe said I owed 290 then Krissy 348 when it all ended being 198. They also didn't call me when I gave them my number on file and they randomly pulled money from my account without me knowing. I would go with hertz or another rent a car. So they got 848 out of my pocket... Lesson learned never listening to them again or taking their damaged waiver All social media will be fully informed by the misleading information... I came to this location on the morning of a Christmas Eve with a confirmed reservation made on the Enterprise website. They overbooked their inventory and were out of cars. I was told to go home, and they would call me when they have an update. They didn't, and an hour before they told me they were closing I called them myself. They didn't have any cars and were not going to be able to honor my reservation. I had to ride Uber for 2 days and wait until the day after the holiday to rent a car from Thrifty. But this story gets better. Two weeks later Enterprise charges my credit card for a week-long rental of a car they "rented to me"!!! Looking at their bill is surreal: the check out time is 3.5 hours past the time they told me they were closing on the Christmas Eve, and there is an actual vehicle (license plate and all) listed on the bill. I call this location, and their manager says they need to investigate. Shockingly (forgive my sarcasm), no ETA for resolution and no updates since. I am now forced to spend 2 hours to compile paperwork to dispute this transaction with my credit card provider. I rented cars several hundred times in the past, and I know that all car rental services cause headaches once in a while.
