    Customer service was sub par at best. Definitely been to better Enterprises in the area.

I've worked with both Mike and Hanna in the past--and again just this past week over the Christmas holiday--and they continue to be outstanding. Even during the busy holiday season, when things can get stressful and some customers can be difficult, they remain patient, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to make sure everything goes smoothly and do their best to resolve any issues that come up. While other rental companies in the area were overbooking and even canceling reservations (which is crazy), Mike took great care of my rental and made sure everything was handled properly. Because of that, we were very happy campers/roadtrippers! Happy Holidays, guys, and thank you for the consistently great service!

Website indicated there were many (compact, mid-, full- ...) available. When I showed up, Manager Andrew told me "Yeah, we don't have any cars". Airlines also over-sell their capacity, but when they are oversold, they are obligated to compensate you ("$400 to take the next flight"). This unfortunate site has an unsustainable business model. Hopefully, they will be removed from Kayak and Google Maps soon. If you would like to gamble on being stranded, then reserve a car here.

Both, when we were…read morepicking up, and dropping off, we saw a steady stream of customers picking up and dropping off. The inside was handled by the manager and one employee, and I saw at least one employee pulling the cars up. Everyone was pleasant, competent, and a pleasure to interact with. The selection at this location varied from being nearly sold out when we picked up to being fully stocked when we returned. This will be our go-to location in the future.

Upon arriving, I was given a car with 40k+ miles, lights that didn't work and an awful smell that permeated through the entire car (I had to drive with the windows open at all times.) I immediately called National and was sent to Roadside Assistance who told me to return the car the next day. I arrived right when they opened, was told there were not any vehicles available and to come back later, which I did. Again, no vehicles available. Daniel M., the Manager had no problem allowing me to drive with an unsafe car. Acknowledged the smell in the car. Said it was probably from the place who fixes their tires and didn't have anything to say about the lights. When I returned the car, Daniel gave me his card and claimed he would take care of the bill, which he did not. I sent him an email. No response. Called and he pretended not to remember me (which was completely unbelievable) and then said the contract was closed so basically too bad. He then let me know that if I fight the bill with my credit card, i will be put on a do not rent list in the future. One might consider that a threat. I called National multiple times, emailed, received a claim number and the promise of a return call from corporate, then local and to this day, none of the calls came. We decided to fight the credit card bill and National had the audacity to claim there were no complaints about the car. I have since rented from SIXT which is absolutely amazing. Quality cars and more importantly quality service. For the amount of money car rentals charge these days, this National location is not worth it.
