This was a convenient location to pick up our car. Christopher provided 5 star service and was very friendly and accommodating. We would rent from here again. I would have given 5 stars if the office was cleaner and had AC because it was warm and humid and these guys are basically crammed in a tiny room off an unused elevator shaft. My husband and I booked a rental at this location for a road trip from Boston to DC. When we arrived to pick up our car, they told us they did not take debit cards. We found out that unfortunately my husband's credit card was expired and I couldn't use my credit card because I don't have a license. The worker at the counter I spoke to was apologetic, but the manager seemed distracted with some other situation that had occurred before we arrived. He was very matter of fact, and did not try to understand the situation or help us at all. He specifically said their system would not allow a debit card payment. We had to leave without a car and delay the next leg of our journey. After leaving the office, I looked on their website, and the Enterprise FAQ lists debit cards as an acceptable form of payment. We called another Enterprise location (in Brookline) and they were significantly more helpful. They assured us that a debit card payment was fine as long as we had proof of our flight information. They rebooked the reservation and when we went to that location, they had no issue at all using a debit card for payment. If we had only dealt with this Enterprise location, I would never use this company again. I was completely disappointed with their poor customer service and noncompliance with the greater Enterprise policy. I was so grateful for the other location making things right. If you are looking for a rental location in Boston, do not use this one! It might be a convenient location, but they will not provide the great customer service you can receive elsewhere! read more

This branch is not that great. I was here with my mom to get a rental car that I booked days earlier. She and I wanted to go to the beach on a nice summer day and I happen to not have a car on that day. They said that they were running low on cars that day and that I had no other choice. Felt that this was preferential treatment as I am probably not the prime customer they wanted to service. read more

My best car rental experience by far. All of the employees were incredibly helpful and friendly. The car was fairly new and very clean. The return process was simple and they called to close out the rental days later since it was an after hours return. I cannot recommend this location enough!! read more

Our family stayed at the Boston Loews for a few days and then were driving to Maine to continue our vacation. Since having a car in Boston is a pain, we decided to pick up our rental car at the Stuart St. location once we were done with the Boston leg of our trip. Ryan Pratt helped us, and I have to agree with the other reviewers - he was absolutely the best customer service rep I have ever had the pleasure to use. Professional, friendly, and just all around incredible rep. I rented a car for a weekend trip from this Enterprise branch. While on the trip, the windshield wiper blade detached from the wiper. We had to purchase new windshield wipers for the car because it was raining and we could not see without a new set. When we returned the car, the branch was closed so we were unable to talk to anyone at the time. I have reached out several times about getting refunded for the replacement of the defective wiper blades, but have not heard back. The vehicle we were given also had a service light on for the entire trip and made a concerning noise when driving above 50 mph on the freeway. read more

We went into this location this past Monday morning. We wanted a rental for one day. The man and woman working there were two of the rudest employees we have ever dealt with. I made a casual comment to the woman about the number of keys she was dealing with. She looked at me like I was totally intruding in her day. The man told us he would bring the car down and would meet us. We went to the lower level of the hotel and waited for at least 10 minutes. My husband went back upstairs and he was waiting there for us. He never even tried to call us to see where we were and there was no apology for the mixup. read more

I've rented from there a number of times and the last 3 rentals have all come back with additional charges (wrong amount of days and bad drop fees's). Make sure to triple check your receipt after being billed. The staff has helped resolve the issues quickly and without any problems. read more

We waited for over twenty minutes to be helped at the airport enterprise rental company. There was only one person working when all the other rental companies had two representatives. Also the quiosk was not easy to use. We already had a reservation, so it shouldn't have taken so long. read more

There are reasona why this location of enterprise car rental is so bad, as a long time loyal client with enterprise car for years, we knew what is professional and what is rip-off. The manager, Camilo Zuniga, in this enterprise car location at Boston Revere Hotel is unprofessional and is very rude and bad, and is a shameful representation of the Enterprise Car Company. We have been very happy with the enterprise for years until we encounterEd this Camilo Zuniga as a manager. He hikes the rates by giving misleading information and is very very unprofessional. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Enterprise location and its staff. We rented a SUV through Costco. This location was far and away the lowest priced (including other nearby Enterprise locations). I was told that this was because the location was fairly new and Enterprise was trying to increase business. I am going to Boston again in October and checked prices. Apparently, Enterprise's low price idea worked. This location is still competitively priced but not always the cheapest. We were allowed to return the vehicle to the airport and I was even refunded the extra hour that I was charged. I agree with the other reviewers: Lauren and Ricky were fantastic. I plan to rent again for my next trip to Boston. read more

THE BEST SERVICE EVER I have rented cars many times over the years, but my husband and I were so impressed with the customer service at this Enterprise location that I felt compelled to write this review. If you have an opportunity to rent a car in Boston I HIGHLY recommend this agency. Whoever does the hiring for their personnel deserves a lot of credit. Everyone I have interacted with here has been amazing. We rented a car at this Enterprise location and Harrison was the agent that handled our rental. He was wonderful from start to finish. The minute we walked into the office he welcomed us immediately and throughout the process he was the most thorough and polite agent I've ever dealt with. He walked out to the cars with us to make sure we were ok with the car we had rented. He explained every detail of the rental and he looked up various details of our reservation based on when we were thinking of returning the car. We never felt rushed at all and the whole experience was fantastic. I then called to see about sending the manager a note and spoke to Oliver who was also a very polite, clear and well spoken on the phone. He directed me to the manager so I could let him know about our experience. It's not often you have a company that just seems to be A+ all the way around with their customer service but these guys are really amazing. Enterprise supplies two car keys on a ring that you cannot separate so if you lose one, you loss both. Then they also explain on the key ring the average key replacement is $225. So you get to pay for both. Then be sure to bring your own EZPASS transponder because they will charge you $19 to rent one. read more
