DOES NOT ABIDE BY CANCELLATION POLICY I'm not one to write a…read morenegative review but after speaking to 2 employees + the owner, I feel this needs to be posted. **I would also like to preface that I have never rented from Wandervans before and, as someone who rents one 3-4 times per year, I never will. I have never had this experience (or charged this much) from Escape Campervans, Travellers Autobarn, or anyone on Outdoorsy. We paid $702 for 4 nights. If you want a company who abides by their policy and is more affordable, look elsewhere.** My husband and I rented a campervan through Wandervans in Boise to visit my brother in law stationed at Mountain Home AFB. His deployment got moved up so we had to move our trip last minute (15 days before). Wandervans easily moved our trip to our new dates - no issues. We received a call today that his deployment is extended and he cannot give us a solid timeline on when he will be back so we are cancelling the trip for now. We attempted to call the phone number provided in the email *5 times,* a toddler answered the phone every time and hung up. After finally connecting with someone virtually, we were told to contact the owner because nothing could be done since we moved the trip. See attached photos, as the cancellation policy clearly states that if you are more than 30 days out from your reservation you will receive a full refund (we were almost 60 days out). We spoke to the owner on the phone for several minutes and he said that since we moved the trip, it voided the cancellation policy. There is no documentation of that in their cancellation policy, which he acknowledged, but said that it is not included because it should be "common sense." We were told that if we wanted our money back that we could have our credit card company attempt to dispute it but that he has a "credit card dispute team" -- essentially telling us good luck. I would like to add that the cancellation policy in the email is from the rescheduled trip's confirmation email -- nothing is mentioned about rescheduled trips being void of cancellation policy.

There is a gas station that sells propane and has a black water dump a few blocks away. There is also an enterprise car rental down the road which works great for us as we rent a car for a day before we get the RV and we can drop it off really close by. We were told 15 min for pickup. We sat on the front porch eagerly awaiting our ride. After 20 minutes I checked my phone to discover that my ringer was off. There was a missed call from our cab driver who was lost. I immediately called him back and apologized for the ringer being off. He was irate and began yelling at me that I was irresponsible for leaving my phone off. I apologized again but was berated horribly. He insisted that he had been to my house- which he had not. He yelled and was using crude language. He was so rude I told him I would call another company and hung up. I wish I would have asked his name. At this point, the driver began texting me abusive statements. I was so shaken up and could not believe that a person providing customer service would treat a customer so rudely and unprofessionally! The driver's comments were ver batim- which I saved and took screen shots of: Cabbie: "Vampires can't see themselves in the mirror...I bet you can't see you in your mirror" My reply: "I'm reporting you" Cabbie: "Let's call the police. I love it when an idiot calls the police" My reply: "This is harassment. End it now." I blocked his number at this point. I would highly recommend NEVER calling this company lest you get this rude and unprofessional driver. Nobody should ever be treated this way by anyone providing customer service!! This person was beyond unprofessional, they were abusive and horrible and harassing. I truly hope that Green Cab figures out who this cabbie is and terminates their employment. This company is top notch. They have a lounge to wait in and you can drop off your rental car at their office to be picked up at n extra charge. It is easy and seamless. My husband and I were in Boise, Idaho on business and could not find a direct flight from Boise, Idaho to Idaho, Falls. Rather then driving five hours to Idaho Falls, I contacted four Private Charter companies in Boise, Idaho, all offering similar services on similar aircraft, and selected Turbo Air, Inc. because of their professionalism, experienced pilots, background in providing air charter services to the Boise Hospitals and Forest Service and their extremely reasonable rates. By far, Turbo Air are the best priced private boutique air charter service in Boise, Idaho. We flew on a twin engine turboprop beechcraft king air 200 (the best aircraft for short flights and the favoured aircraft for corporate business travel) that comfortably seats 4 adults but can seat eight, although with more people it would not be as comfortable. We selected the King 200 because of its twin engines and long history of reliability and safety. Our pilot was Scott Curtis, a very seasoned and experienced pilot with over 13,000 flight hours. He was amazing. Timmery, the company's front office coordinator and dispatch person is experienced, knowledgeable, and prompt and can assist you in selecting the right aircraft for your needs. She is great. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. Prior to flying on this private charter I had a fear of small aircraft. However, most accidents are the result of pilot error or bad judgement in flying in bad weather. Our plane was immaculate with soft comfortable leather cushions; and all of Turbo Air's pilots have to be highly skilled and meet high standards to fly for the hospitals and forestry service. The cost of our flight was reasonable and affordable when compared to the rates on most commercial airlines and rental car fees to take cars long distances. We had two flights on the private charter; from Boise, Idaho to Idaho Falls (1 hour); and from Idaho Falls to Portland, Oregon (2 hours); and we had a blast. It was worth every penny! This is an experience you must have! It was incredible.
