Sitting here at Caldwell Enterprise and waiting for a car we ordered yesterday. One person workin, multiple people waiting, phone ringing off the hook no one answering. It is unacceptable to wait an hour for a vehicle you ordered the day before. Just had what I believed is the service tech come into store sit down at desk next to waiting chairs smelling like a smoking freight train. Phones ringing but don't worry service guy won't answer them! Worst experience I've ever had at a rental place. Customers still lining up, totally unacceptable way to run your business! We were very excited for this family trip to attend our son's wedding. I booked the vehicle in advance. We arrived to pick up the reserved vehicle only to be told they do not have ANY cars available for us at ANY location. The employee Noah stated he emailed me. I was busy dropping the dogs off and getting things ready, so I did not check my email for 2 hours. The email simply asked me to call them about our reservation. This email arrived at 1pm and we arrived to pick up at 3:30pm. It would have been nice to have been notified sooner as I was just near the airport. If I would have been notified this morning I could have picked up a car from AVIS or BUDGET in Boise and could have saved myself a trip back to Caldwell. We will NEVER use Enterprise again and I will make sure that no one in our very large family does either. I am extremely dissapointed as we were shown no empathy and were not even offered any sort of credit/discount for this inconvienience. Awesome service. My vehicle was in shop for repairs and they were so helpful in getting me set up in a rental. The rental was clean, comfortable and a great ride. I got a VW Atlas. It had leather interior and all the bells / whistles. When my repairs were complete they drove me to the shop. Will always use Enterprise. read more

The enterprise rent a car on Garrity in Nampa was unbeleivable. A young lady name Teyah helped us and all I can say is all customer service agents should be trained by her. My daughter had an accident and after the day we had it was so refreshing. The insurance company called enterprise but did not get the right location so they sent a request from Cour de alene which is nine hours north. Teyah took care of it and transfered it down. Got it done, walked us around and asked if there was anything else she could do and got us on our way. One of the most professional people I have had the pleasure to work with and today there are so many that have no professionalism or sense of customer service. Was very impressed. Accidentally left my garage door opener in vehicle and the staff tracked down remotes and delivered them to me since I had a busy schedule. Definitely great service. A friend of mine rented a car from this business for 4 days when it was returned the every first thing that the employee check was the touch screen (they claimed the the screen was scratch) like they knew that the the screen was already scratched when they rented it(they didnt check the outside of the car) read more

I was rear ended about a week ago and were notified that we could get a rental car from Enterprise. We had to put down a $100 deposit on the vehicle (that we would get back when we returned the vehicle). The insurance company said we would have NO out of pocket expenses other than gas. Enterprise RARELY has more than one car on their lot at a time. We got a car late Monday after the accident Friday. Drove the Dodge Caravan home and everything was fine. Drove it to work and back on Tuesday everything fine. Pull out if the garage Wednesday morning and the tire pressure light comes on. I get out and go around trying to figure out which tire, find it and it is a little low. There is no place to go at 6 am for help. I drive slowly to work and by the time I get there it is significantly lower. My son came to change the tire there is no spare. So we call enterprise and they were not going to come around 6 PM. I get off at 3:30 PM. So I would have been stranded waiting on them because they didn't have another car to give me. We finally just called them and told them to come and get it, and we didn't want a replacement car. We are the ones that were rear ended and getting screwed all the way around. This is not my first BAD experience with Enterprise. I think because they are the only ones in the community I feel like their charges are outrageous, and not super stoked about the people that work there. They did ask what they could do to make it right.....YOU HAVE NO CAR TO GIVE ME IN REPLACEMENT, AND YOU WERE WILLING TO LEAVE ME STRANDED WAITING ON YOU!! Not good business practices. I have used Enterprise a few times but usually the one in Nampa off Garrity... Always had good service .... This time I went to the one in Caldwell. They were helpful at the begining of our rental process, Except they failed to give proper information on how they charge you for gas & all the options. Which i obviously didn't know untill I brought the car back. Upon returning my rental they were very rude & snotty ... Mind you I brought the car back in the exact condition I recieved it in... So there was nothing wrong with it ... I will NEVER use that car service.... At the end I didn't get my full deposit because of their failure to give proper information on the gas policy. read more
