I feel like I got sold unneeded liability insurance - I thought they said it was included in the VIP insurance package I bought. Several people including me did not get the bike they requested. Plus the Street Glide I got had a horrible windscreen that had bad distortion in the top third - very annoying and dangerous. It also did not have a heel shifter that they come standard with. The place seemed overrun by two tour groups plus a third small group renting bikes. Not the personal service we had received for previous ER tour pick ups.

Rented a car for 4 days, returned the vehicle without damage. We didn't every touch the vents in the dashboard. They claim the damage was discovered when an employee went to clean the inside. I suggested that the employee caused the damage, whicvh (of course) they refuted. Caveat emptor - now I have to contest bogus claims regarding damage to the car.
