I was talking with a guy "Frank" very kind and gracious when I told him I got the wrong one. He sent me the correct mirror I took it to the shop and there was a crack in the mirror housing that appeared after painting prep. The shop where I took the car said I should use the mirror because of the crack so they repaired the mirror that was on the car originally. I told Frank we didn't need either mirror so he sent me a mailing label I shipped them back he credited my credit card! during the whole process Frank was totally helpful and easy to deal with. I wI'll recommend Areo Auto Parts to everyone looking for used replacement parks.

This location did have what I previously ordered so I went here to pick it up. This is a nice sized location with ample parking in their lot. Joshua A. was the Parts Sales Manager. I had asked to deal with a manager because I wanted to find out who the district manager was at the previous location along with letting him know what happened. Joshua was super nice and helpful as he showed me the sign posted that showed all of the managers and their contact information. For my inconvenience, Joshua gave me a discount which I appreciated because I was really dissatisfied with my experience and inconvenience at the previous store. I highly recommend coming here.
