My car was hit by a man that fell asleep behind the wheel. It's going to take some time to fix the damages. I requested from my Insurance this location. I've always used Enterprise in the past and had great experience every time. When my Mr and I arrived, we were greeted by Abraham. He was very friendly and attentive. He was very thorough and answered all our questions we had. I ended up with an SUV (Chevrolet Equinox). The car was clean and very good shape. All I had to do is provide my drivers license, insurance, and credit card on file for $50.00 deposit which I will get back when I return the car. I opted to pay for my own gas (I have to fill it up before I return the vehicle. The gas amount they offered was a wee bit high. At the end, I have a car that will get me from point A to B. My fiancee had to get a rental car after someone hit her parked car and she had to get repairs done. We chose this location which is pretty close to our house and they did a great job. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Abraham helped us out big time and made sure everything was set for us. He definitely made the process easy and painless. I had a pretty good experience here. Very friendly and helpful employees. Quade helped us and he gets five stars for his friendliness and his awesome first name! Overall it was good but I wish they had better indicators for where people should park. It's sort of just a free-for-all. I'm getting dropped off by someone, they have no idea where to park. Had a really good experience at this Enterprise location. My girlfriend was in a fender bender rendering her car not drivable. Insurance would only cover a rental car up to a certain price level. The only similarly situated car was a Jeep Compass that was a bit more expensive. We rented the Compass for a week at the higher price but went on Saturday to trade it for a car that insurance would cover the complete cost. Since we liked the Compass so much, a Manager lowered the cost so that the insurance company would cover the complete cost. He wanted to make sure we had a good experience with Enterprise. Had a very bad experience with the manager Austin. The website clearly says that you will be picked up or if you are dropping off the car you will be dropped off to your home. But the manager says we do not do that on weekends and I'm short of people. I showed him the website which clearly states that during "normal business hours " and he argues that Saturday and Sunday are NOT business hours.. I'm not sure what he means and then he finally got me a Uber ride back home. Please avoid this location.. Manager Austin is very rude. Never again from here! read more

I have rented from the Enterprise Cincinnati CVG group several times in the past few years, most recently a month ago. The cars and the people there are the best! Whether Enterprise, National or Alamo, everyone in that group is wonderful. They go out of their way to be helpful and the office is very well managed. I really hate to write this review but maybe it will help the next person. I made a reservation to rent a car for a whole week (Monday - Sunday) for a Toyota Corolla or something similar. When I got to enterprise I was helped by Conner, everything seemed good at first but Come to find out they only had a truck available, I asked Conner specifically if there would be a extra charge if I took the truck because that's not what I originally made the reservation for. He made it clear that everything was fine and there would be no additional charge for the truck and that I could come back Wednesday to trade the truck for something smaller like I originally made the reservation for. Wednesday comes and I go trade the truck for a Malibu. Something told me to check my account, I had a hold on my account for over $800! Come to find out I was LIED to and they charged me the price of the truck for the 3 days I had it then charged me for the rest of the week for the price of the Malibu even though I was told by their employee that there would be no extra charge.! I am so disappointed and will never spend my money on this establishment again. BE AWARE! read more

I had made a reservation online for a car rental 2 days later, one day before the scheduled day I received a phone confirmation. During the phone call I was never asked about how I planned to pay or given information regarding accepted methods of payment. I also did not see anything mentioned on the website or in my email confirmation. I was dropped off the morning of my reservation went through all the check in procedures, went out to the car and was finalizing the reservation when I was asked for my credit card. The card was issued through Venmo but has been accepted every where I have used it with no issues. Enterprise would not accept it. I have another card but didn't physically have the card (I don't typically carry my cards with me). They wouldn't accept the card information from the card's app. They also wouldn't accept a card with someone else's name, my mom was willing to come and help me. I had to Uber home. I don't understand how the business could not input my card information but had I gave the information at the time of making the reservation I would have had to manually input it. read more

i have a "corporate account" rented a car at enterprise 10/3/2022...my son drove the car away after i signed the rental agreement...i didn't look inside the car, i checked the exterior for problems...the inside was beyond nasty, holes in the carpets, holes and nasty dirty seats with stains that were everywhere...contacted the branch where the car was rented and told them of the problem, they said they didn't have other cars in that class, a small SUV, which is what we needed...they said they'd "discount" the cost...the car was kept for over a month, they said they never had another small SUV and they charged $4089.58 and gave a "discount" of $205.72, about $6 per day...part of the cost was a "young renter fee" of $1000, thats for my 20 year old son that drove the car away and returned it...this ridiculous fee was never mentioned prior to getting the bill and should not apply...this is what you get when you are a "corporate account" client? its hard to believe their response and their incredibly weak customer service...i would caution anyone and everyone from renting from these people, they are as bad as i've experienced in my 50 years of renting cars... read more

I received a rental car from this location while my Jeep was being repaired. Pick up was smooth and quick, and I had a great experience with the staff. A few days into the rental, I noticed it was leaking oil on my driveway. I stopped by on my way home the day I noticed the oil to swap the vehicle. The staff working had to drive elsewhere to pick up a vehicle. I was told it would take 20-30 minutes, but they had me in another vehicle in 15 minutes. This was a sad experience. Received very dirty car with 1/4 tank of gas. Washed car immediately for 8 bucks couldn't see out windows. Brought car back with same gas and was charged $30. They insisted it was full, was not. Refuse to return my money even though they finally said they would after me getting very upset. Has never received my $30. Never again. read more

I made a reservation with the Ridge Road location. Without telling me, they transferred my reservation to the Kenwood location, because the zip code of the location they were picking me up in (45236) was considered Kenwood territory, despite the fact that this zip code is over 4 miles long and the location I was at is in the southern part of the zip, whereas the Kenwood office is in the northern part. This wasted a half-hour of my day, between the extra distance to go to the wrong office and then having to turn around and go back downtown. My complaint was met with a response of "whoops, it's a territory thing, we're like gangs here", no offer of any sort to make it right, other than they'll make sure it doesn't happen again, which is not helpful since I don't need to rent from there. read more

This location over charged my card and instead of calling me to tell me that. They tried to reverse the charges for 2 weeks and run my card for 745.05 which over drew my card. The card is also my job credit card and can cost me my job. It's been 5 business days and I have yet to see the money post back to my credit card. I still dont have my deposit back. read more

I recently rented a car through this location due to an accident I had. I have previously rented through enterprise for personal reasons so went with them again. I was very dissatisfied this time. They got me into a car last minute however the car I had was disgusting in the back seat. I mean you could literally pick off the crud that was in the seat. When I called 5 different locations to switch cars no one was able to get a car for me and it was suggested I contact the location I got the car originally so I did. I was told they can't hold a car for me, even knowing I was on my way, and simply said I wouldn't be charged for the mess in the back. Aside from the filth, the car drove horrible. Breaks were hard to press, you could hear something rubbing somewhere when you drove it, it was a disaster. I definitely don't recommend renting from here unless you're looking fully at what car you're being put in. read more

I travel quite a bit and usually rent from the airport, but tried a local store. 1. Enterprise is there to pick you up...well, not really. I called and asked about it and was told I could leave my car on the lot. 2. The car was freshly washed on the outside, but the inside was FILTHY. The most obvious was the car was full of the previous renter pet which covered my clothes and I was grossed out that I could see a FOOT-print on the passenger side window. If I rent from them again, I'll be sure to leave enough time to not just go over the outside, but detail the inside of the car as well. read more

Had my rental for 27 days. When it was time for me to turn it in, I called to ask if they can pick it up from my work. Even though their slogan says use enterprise, We'll pick you up, they would not pick up the car. I was told they only do that from body shops. Very poor service! read more

Reserved and rented a vehicle at the Ridge Road location. The first car they gave us was having some problems and it wasn't the correct size we specified. My husband took the car back, was given another. The staff member saw that it wasn't the correct size and apologized for the car not running correctly and gave my husband a different car. The staff was courteous and friendly. Felt that they could've given us a discount or free upgrade for having to come all the way back to the location for something that wasn't our fault to begin with.
