From stepping to the counter to getting me out the door and on the road was less than 10 minutes. Macie was so helpful walking the car and explaining the contract. I'll definitely be forgoing rentals at other local establishments and using this Enterprise. Vehicle was very clean, well maintained and had a full tank of gas. When I returned my rental Gavin saw me drive in the parking lot and met me at my vehicle to complete the check in unless than 2 minutes. Did I mention their pricing was better than the airport rentals? Definitely worth a short uber ride from the airport.

She said nothing happend to the roof and it was her word against theirs. They sent her a bill for $1600 and it seemed like a total scam. She had no recourse, but to turn the claim into her insurance or pay out of pocket. In the future she would take video and photos to protect herself.
