I would give 0 stars if possible. You are lucky if you can get anyone to answer the phone. They will not pick you up on time. The cars smell like puke. The cars are not properly maintained or safe to drive. The management team does not care about customers or proper service whatsoever. Go to any other branch for your needs. It's worth driving an hour just to get actual customer service. Corporate should shut this branch down due to safety violations. read more

I rented a minivan from them and the air conditioner didn't work. The cigarette have power so I couldn't charge any of the electronics we had with us. By Indianapolis, I was done. I went to the airport and asked for another vehicle. I made multiple phone calls and couldn't get any help. I definitely will not be renting from them again. Smooth car rental...my only complaint is...I was told my deposit would be refunded to me...which it was but they withheld $5 of that deposit...seems to me they would've told me that's how it goes...now I'm not rich and $5 is a lot to me...if $5 of the deposit is held fine but at least tell me dnt have ppl thinkn they will get the total amount of the refund back...I started to call and ask about that but I had already called twice about the refund already and the two times I called I got a different explanation about the refund and I feel like if I called about that it will be even more BS so I'll let it slide...I'll just know if I make another rental I will definitely be more mindful about that. read more

Everything went well with my rental. I'm only giving 4 stars because it should not take more than 48 hours after rental is returned to refund the deposit. I have not received my deposit back and this makes day 2 after returning the rental. I also received no points for this rental or my rental in April 2024. From now on I will do my research on which company doesn't charge a deposit or one that has a cheaper deposit. I used to love enterprise now I'm thinking it' has to be a better option. I picked up a rental car at Enterprise and returned it on time as mentioned in our agreement and the place was unexpectedly closed even though it never said on the reservation or in the system when I reserved the car that the rental place was going to be closed for 2 days. They gave me a nice clean car to drive around in and the service was spectacular but they charged me for the extra two days even though I brought the car back in time. In addition to them screwing me out of the two days initially, they said they were going to give me the money back and didn't do that which is why I refuse to rent from them ever again read more

Easiest and smoothest car rental experience ever! My husband and I needed to rent a car for a few days as we needed to drive to NY. Austin Little was the rep that helped us. He was very kind and let us choose between the 2 cars he had available. To our surprise he called the following day to see how our trip was going and if we are happy with the car. Glad he called as coincidently the engine light went on about an hour into our drive (and it's a 14 hour drive one way). Austin asked where we were currently in our drive and if we can stop at any local Enterprise that's closest to us so they can give us a new vehicle. We told him we had just gotten into Baltimore and he said it might be easiest if we switch cars at Baltimore airport. We went to the Enterprise at Baltimore Airport and no questions were even asked! The switchover couldn't go any smoother and we were back on our way! The return experience with Austin was super quick and easy as well. I had reserved a mid-sized car over a month before our road trip. My husband had stopped in and talked with D'Andre to ensure we had everything in order and he had said to stop back in one week before we were due to pick up. So one week before we were going to pick up the car we stopped in and again made sure everything was in order... SO the day we were due to pick up at noon we got in about 11:30 and they had NO cars, gave us a song and dance and D'Andre was conveniently doing something else so the manager said all he had was a 2 door truck and a small compact car, so you know how the run around goes, if you wait one might come in or you can use one of these they have, except we made it clear we need a road car as we are driving 1500 miles, they pretty much didn't care, we could sit there and wait and "see" what else might come in. They could care less that we had already reserved a car and had spent extra time to ensure it would be ready. Needless to say, we went up the road to Hertz and they bent over backwards to get us the exact car we needed right away. We did have to drive up to Franklin but they made an arrangement so that we could return the car back to Columbia no charge! I will be posting a great review on here for Hertz! As a rental car company, Enterprise is a for the most part a good company. My experience today was only good because of the employees at the store. I went online to find a location local to Columbia, TN. It was a really lousy experience. I'm going to think twice before I choose Enterprise again. I was in a city that I didn't know and needed a car so I could get to my appointments. The "pick you up" took a long time but the lady who picked me up was nice. I didn't like the fact that I was charged for a whole day when I just needed a car for a short time. That's another thing that turns me off. If I'd have known somebody in town, I could have borrowed a car for the time I needed. read more

Amazing Service. when I wrecked my car they came to the body shop to pick me up. My insurance company only paid for a small car and I needed a car that was a little bigger due to my moving that weekend. I got a New Nissan Altima, fully loaded, huge trunk. I was very impressed with the quality of the vehicle. The service was phenomenal. I only had to pay the taxes on the bigger car. From now on, if I need a car, I will always use Enterprise. read more

One of the easiest rental experiences ever! I had to rent a car because mine broke down. I was there early on Monday morning and had to wait but that is typical of any car rental place. Today was like my 9th rental in the last 3 months from this location. Every single time I am there I ask for an American made car. I don't car what brand or model. Just an American made car, or truck . Pretty simple, you see them all over the lot. It always has to be a big deal. Out of 9 times, I have successfully gotten an American made car 1 time. Today the unamerican Hyaundi I was told I would be taking had less than 1/4th of a tank of gas when I was picked up. I stated I was unhappy with the selection of this car as I have everytime they give me one of these shoebox cars. So then I am told by the management team to be thankful they picked me up. That is your slogan, your gimmick so to speak. So don't tell me its inconvenient for you to do what your company says you will. Never judge based on the fact that the rental was paid for on a corporate card. Ultimately I pay for the rental off of the load I ran down there. Every single customer prior to me & there were 3, got to choose out of at least 2 cars for their rental. Why didn't I? I definitely would not have chosen a car where you feel every single bump, every patch in the road or even every crack for the last half of my 16 hour day.
