Not the first time we rented from them but surely the last. Rented a car for 4 days while our car…read morewas in the shop. First car they give me was dirty inside and only had 3/4 tank of gas. They then switch cars to one that had a full tank of gas. Returned it the night before it was due and told the guy there was some kind of plastic hanging underneath the car. He tells me he is going to take pictures to send it in for service right away. I receive an email about a claim for damage to the front grill 10 minutes after the office closes. Go back this morning to ask him why he didn't inform me when I dropped off the car and he says he did. Although, before that his initial comment was "Don't worry Amex will cover it." It is crystal clear what is going on here. Getting Amex to pay for damage to his car even though I had nothing to do with it. He accused me of hitting something, which I did not. But I also didn't check underneath the car before I pulled out of the lot. Will never rent from them again. Be very careful if you rent from them and would suggest anywhere but them.

No washer fluid light was on about 20 mins in the oil change light went on. Driving the car you could hear a noise coming from the well when you go 50mph. Tires looked very low on threads. Not at all what you would expect from a big brand. Gas tank wasn't filled. Just a poor experience then couple it with the non-existent customer service agent. Had the same guy picking up and dropping off. Made me feel like he was doing me a favor by completing my reservation. I don't think his ass left the seat the entire time. When I dropped off didn't ask me how the vehicle was or if everything was good. Again couldn't care less. I asked for a receipt and he said they would email me. 3 hours later the location is closed and you guessed it still no receipt. Just a horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. For your own safety.

I could not tell that there had been any repair work done on the car. Jason who runs the shop is really helpful, friendly and makes you feel like a friend. I went through Geico for the accident and paid my deductible, but also had extra work done to repair a bumper with a lot of scratches and damage. The price I was given was very fair and consistent. I don't want to need a body shop, but if I do, I'm glad that TNS is there.

The Enterprise works with our body shop (Brenners) so all of my transactions were handled at the shop itself, not the Enterprise. Employees that I talked to were friendly/ helpful. We specifically requested an EV since our car that was hit was an EV. They warned that they don't have a lot of those, but they were actually able to get us one (Nissan Leaf with 11k miles). Car was clean... a bit scratched on the outside from prior terrible/ careless driver(s), but no complaints.
