Couldn't be more disappointed in Enterprise, Car Rental! I recently needed to rent a vehicle for three days and used Enterprise Car Rental on Hudson Drive in Hudson, Ohio. When I turned my rental car in, I did not realize that I had $50 worth of pasta sauce in the back seat. 3 1/2 hours later when I went to put the groceries away, I realized they were in the rental car. (This was late afternoon.). At no time during those 3 1/2 hours, did Enterprise bother to call me to let me know I had left Items in the car. When I called them and asked if they had my groceries, they replied, "yes." I immediately got in my car to get to Enterprise before they closed and gather my items. When I got to the car rental agency, I asked them why there was no phone call? The girl at the front desk, who was visibly put-out, replied; We were going to call you at the end of the day." I did not believe her! I was hoping maybe that she would have said that they were so sorry they had not called me in last 3 1/2 hours. Instead she instructed me to go get my bags that were in a back room. People who rent cars may NOT be in the area where they rented a car at the end of the day. I would hope that as soon as they were aware, Enterprise would call a customer to let them know that they are holding their item(s) for them. Enterprise on Hudson Drive in Hudson, Ohio has been awful! Both times I rented from them they made mistakes. One mistake was giving me the wrong car key and me being stranded at a shopping center. No apologies from the manager who gave me the wrong key. I've been waiting 2 months for the regional manager Hannah to return my calls. Still no call from her. Another mistake they made was not having a car for me when I had already made a reservation with them, and so they had to drive me to their Kent location to find me a car. I won't stop spreading the word about how bad this location is, until Hannah the regional manager returns my calls. read more

UPDATE 08/13/22: I am so grateful for Enterprise's willingness to go above and beyond to help while my car was being worked on at Hudson Collision next door. Being disabled, I was unable to walk between the two, and an employee brought the rental car over to the body shop and did the paperwork there. When I returned the car, they said to just leave it at the body shop and they would come over to pick it up. I will always return here for my rental car needs. read more

Great place to rent a car! After a recent accident, I was a little hesitant about the rental process, but Enterprise made it a breeze. My rental request was made in the late afternoon and fulfilled within an hour. I dealt with Stuart and he was great. He set me up with a nice car that I had no issues with. When insurance ended the rental coverage, I was notified promptly by their staff. I also loved the convenience of being able to leave my rental at the body shop for Enterprise to pick up! I think the other addresses are false. This is the only valid location I know of in Hudson. The vehicle selection is decent and the service is great. I've been very pleased with this local Enterprise. Today the manager went above and beyond despite their computer system being down...any other place would tell you you're out of luck. They were great, just wish they had extended hours. read more

My experience with Enterprise Rentals in Hudson was a pleasure! The staff were friendly and efficient. Mr. Miller was professional and gave me a great run down of the controls of the vehicle. I'm glad he took the extra time to explain it all or I would have been lost! We enjoyed our weekend trip without any difficulties with the vehicle. The convenience and price were unbeatable! I appreciate that they honored an online price that was below the usual rental price without any questions! No pressure to add on extra coverage either. Just a simple yes or no! Bad cars...they don't give you a car full of gas ...they hope you will return it with more gas and no gas refund. Yet they charge you even if you are 20 minutes late. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THIS LOCATION. They gave me a dirty car too and they expect you to return it clean. Garbage. read more
