We frequently rent from the Pendelton Pike location and the staff are very consistent with offering good customer service. When we picked up our vehicle there were a couple of concerns that were pointed out. Although there were no other vehicles available at the time, we were given a special discount. An unexpected tire issue landed my car at the repair store on Pendleton Pike. The repair shop drove me to the Enterprise on Pendleton. I didn't have a reservation and they had no rentals available. They said they could not check other stores and for me to call. I got a car at the Shadeland enterprise, and arranged for a driver from Shadeland to come pick me up at this location. I specifically asked this Enterprise if I could return my shade lens rental to the Pendleton store as that was close to where my car was being repaired. Pendleton Enterprise said I could not. That I had to return the rental to the location from which I rented. My car repair store was willing to drive the repaired vehicle and leave it parked at the Pendleton enterprise for me to pick up there, but logistically I could not get to Shadeland; get a ride to Pendleton and get to work in Carmel on time. My car was repaired Monday night but I had to wait until Friday on my day off to do the round robin car exchange. Imagine my surprise when the Shadeland manager told me that an enterprise vehicle can be dropped at any location in the city. So someone lied. I asked a very specificPointed question to at least two employees at Pendleton and they said I had to return it to Shadeland. This place is always busy so expect to wait. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have pick up service which is really nice. You don't have to figure out a way to get there. I've rented from this location twice. If I have to rent again I'll rent from them. read more
