Drop-off was just as easy; I just told them where I parked the car. I didn't pay anything for the use of the car that day, but I did check the rates since the experience was so pleasant. For the Indy area, the rates were comparable, if not a little lower, than the competition. I used the rental location on the North Side of Indianapolis, which seems to be their thing with other locations at the airport and Fishers as well. Recently, I started ordering my rentals through Costco because you can get a great discounted price compared to ordering directly from Enterprise. It seems they don't have enough cars for the high demands of rentals. That said, they had a Subaru ready for me. The check in process is really easy and the staff friendly. The car was dirty and smelled of smoke. There was also an issue with a film on the windshield that caused glare in dark, rainy weather. Other than those issues, the car ran great, was comfortable and got decent gas mileage. I did tell the clerk about all the issues when I returned the car and they took notes. I'll probably continue to rent from Enterprise, because of the convenience. But I don't think they are able to stand up to the guarantee that they promise customers at this time. I'm rating them a 3 because this is the first time that I ever had issues.
