    Before you go I recommend having an appointment because it's a pretty fast service spot. Shout out to Carlos, Shawn, and Daniel thank you so much for such a fast transaction and rent service. I borrowed this Smurf Mobil for a few days (April 22-25) due to my car being in the shop. I did need to add my car another day and it was a simple process To modify and everything was done online to add the other day. This was my 3rd time using the services here and it's always such a fast service. Can't appreciate it enough. Customer service was great! Thank you gentlemen!

    I use to rent from this location all the time and then they did me bad rented a car and not even driven it far the whole tire comes off the axle of the car first they tell me not to worry about it because is obviously not my fault but then they charge you because they said that this location put on there report that I had a blow out ...no I did not hagve a blow out the tire came off the vehicle axle so beware you think you get a safe car

    Wow, used this site in La Puente multiple times did reservations in advance got call from female representative was rude and insisted wanted to see corp. discount card., day of picking up car, had to wait hour for the car, female representative asked for 3 contact as reference lol why??? Used this location multiple times her attitude did not help and she wanted to see corporate card, spoke to manager he stated we upgraded you to a better car and we should have been doing this from the beginning and BTW can I see your teachers corporate card really . They send someone else to go over the car there's a price difference WTH nope manager adjust price, I think on my merry way tire light is on dash OMG spoke to manager they state they checked air pressure and put in air, and they can't do anything about this. You have to run it and find out which tire it is. Thank you for caring for a senior citizen safety and getting my getting hand dirty the very least could have provided wipes. Manger did apologize for the wait stated would treat me to SB bring receipt, car was dirty in the outside also stated take it to wash and I'll reimburse you, lol I don't wok for enterprise. Never again

    Wow were do I start so they called me from this location after I got in a car accident my insurance contacted them and they reached out to me with a reference number to start my rental services with them (I had 30 days rental)and they were well aware of this so I went in had to leave a $100 deposit. To begin they were very unprofessional as they are bad mouthing about another customer in-front of me. I had never in my life been harassed the way they harassed me here in this location and I have rented from enterprise quit a few times just never from this location so it started a week after I had the rental David Or daniel to be exact keep calling me fyi I work Monday-Friday From 9-6 like calling back to back to back a week in to me having the rental I would call them back but every time I would call back it was so hard to get a hold of them because no answer till a few attempts I would finally get thru so a week in to it david calls me to inform me that my insurance has not Payed the rental yet so I tell him why don't you reach out to the insurance since when you called me the first time there was already a confirmation number and all so he tells me we did but they still have not payed so he proceeded to try and get me to pay for it and at this time I'm a bit confused because I'm like wait a minute was this not taken care of before I came in?? So then he tells me or can you please call them yourself and tell them to call us so they can pay us. This whole time I'm at work trying to whisper on the phone so I call my lawyer and I guess he took care of that issue, now 2 weeks pass and I still have the rental since my vehicle is not ready (fyi I had 30 days rental) here go the calls again same thing back to back as I am at work I am unable to answer due to me being at work once o get a chance i return the calls and no answer then they start blowing my boyfriend up while he's at work also (I put him down as my reference) says hey enterprise keeps calling me I'm like I call them back and no answer, so I finally get a hold of David says if I need to extend my rental I said yes I have a 30 day rental and you guys know about this then proceeds to try to make me pay again and I tell him I have 30 day rental thru my insurance same thing I contact my lawyer once again takes care of it, now 4 days have passed since my 30 days David calls me while at work 4x I even get a blocked call right after. Then my boyfriend textes me while at work enterprise keeps calling I even got blocked calls and I tell him I've already tried calling back and no answer (as usual) so I finally get a hold of David again he tells me oh your rental was due 4 days ago and I'm like oh ok I will drop off the car today but I don't get off work till 6 he tells me there is a overnight drop off. And I say oh ok I will do that by today then he ask me for the payment and I tell him let me call my lawyer about that and I will call you back and I will drop off the car later tonight, since they close by the time I'm off work so I'm at the chiropractor office getting my services done while my phone is on the counter ringing away, as in finishing up my treatment and look at my phone it's enterprise 4missed calls back to back again and a message from my boyfriend saying dude enterprise keeps blowing me up. By this time I'm so stressed out Im thinking to myself dude I feel like I'm goin to get pulled over by the cops for driving a stolen vehicle. they probably stressed me out more than the accident I was in the level of harassment from the beginning was so stressful the 30+ days. so I tell my lawyer and he says that I can extend my rental and at this point I tell my lawyer no thank you I rather take the buss than have to deal with this they are way to much. The next day after I had already dropped off the car like I had told David. I open and e-mail David sent me right after the back to back calls he had made to the day before so the email pretty much said if I did not return the car by the end of that day, Even tho I had already informed him that I would be dropping off vehicle later that night they would proceed to pretty much repo the car from me etc. now that I look back I was pretty much in shock as I think back of the level of harassment, stressing I went thru with them I was amazed. Never Ever ever Would I even think about goin to this location again I have rented from enterprise a few times in the past but never this location and I would never ever come here again I wish I would have gone to a different location so I would have not brung my business here I do-not recommend this location either horrible experience

    Yes!! Awesome service and very accommodating. They will find a way to make sure you're being taken care of. Cars are also clean.

    I would not likely rent from this location if I can avoid it…read more Had a rental reservation for 9am and got there early (around 815) to pickup, hoping it would be ready but I was informed that they were waiting for the vehicle to be dropped off. That's my bad...I assumed they'd have multiple cars of the same class, but it is a relatively small rental facility, so that was on my. However, by 850, the vehicle was still not dropped off so there was no way it would be ready by my pickup time. Rental email said it was supposed to be ready for me to just grab and go and wouldn't have to deal with the desk, so that was totally misleading. Again, a little more research on my end to find out the type of facility and size might have prepared me better. The car came in just before 9 and they still had to run through their check in process and have it cleaned up. I actually spoke with the person returning the car and asked about it and they were totally satisfied with the car, so it eased some of my apprehensions. Ended up getting out around 930-ish after all was said and done (at least I was able to witness the cleaning process before I got it)...and fortunately I wasn't in a super rush, so it was okay. I did have to leave for business, but should I ever need a rental in the future and am in dire need to get from this location in particular, I'd include some extra waiting time. Maybe if I had a later rental on Monday it wouldn't be like this? But that's not a guarantee either. They had just a single employee working the desk and the poor person was running around taking care of me and the other guests. He was extremely apologetic, and again, it wasn't like the agent wasn't working super hard...just too much for a single employee to handle. Management def needs to take a look at their staffing for this location.

My husband and I thought this was nice. So obviously since they cleaned it the car seemed fine in the beginning. Then as soon as we start our road trip and travel farther out, ants and spiders start appearing. At first only a couple and then more and more start coming out. You can imagine how this is on a road trip to Las Vegas, in June, with my 6 year old and my 3 MONTH OLD BABY in the car. We're in the middle of the 15 freeway with no choice but to deal with these insects for the next 3+ hours. I called Hertz West Covina while in the rental and they weren't even fazed, they said yes you can go to any Hertz location no problem and trade it in. They were very nonchalant, as if they weren't surprised. So I'm sure they knew about the insect infestation. So that must be why they cleaned and prepped the car right in time for our reservation slot! Because they knew there was an insect infestation and wanted to make sure we didn't see it at first. How disgusting that they would willingly let people take these vehicles knowing there's insects in there. This was especially difficult for my child and we were stressed the whole time hoping no insects were crawling on my 3 month old. We did end up swapping the vehicle in Las Vegas at no cost, but what a headache! Don't trust these hertz employees or this location!

Upon entering the lathe office, I waited in line for all of six minutes while an Enterprise employee, Lirna Iribe, worked as quickly as she could. When it was her turn, Lirna was extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. She asked me a few questions, and I was done with the entire process within four minutes. Lirna was AMAZING and provided EXCELLENT customer service. Next came a four-minute wait until another employee, Daniel, walked me to the SUV I rented for a family road trip. Daniel was very friendly, happy, super polite, and professional. Daniel provided GREAT customer service and answered every question I had regarding the vehicle I was about to use for the next eight days. I reserved the vehicle through Costco, which was a Very easy process. Tip: I used my credit card to make my reservation and will use the same card to pay for my rental when I return the vehicle. By using this card, the credit card company provides rental car insurance benefits, thus saving me $33.00 per day. Back to Enterprise. Renting a vehicle here was fast, easy, and a truly positive experience. Thank you for the GREAT service.

Covina experience The real problem was that when I arrived, the Elite vehicle I had reserved was not available. What made the situation worse was the way it was handled. Instead of offering solutions or showing any concern for the inconvenience, I felt dismissed and treated rudely. It seemed like no one cared that I had planned ahead and reserved a specific vehicle for a reason. I understand that inventory issues can happen, but customer service and communication matter. A simple phone call, apology, or effort to accommodate the reservation would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope management takes a closer look at how customers are treated when problems arise. I left with no car and I really needed a car today.

I spent 54min with the costumer service representative just to find out that the company could not provide me with a large size SUV at any nearby location. Horrible experience would never book through this company or recommend it to anyone. Especially this location!!

When signing the paperwork and given the keys to a Toyota Corolla, I owed $0 dollars, having already prepaid on their website, there were no additional fees. The young gentleman, Richard was friendly and courteous, which I did appreciate. However, upon returning the vehicle, the lady who was helping me, at first could not find my rental transaction in their system. After showing her my signed receipt, she found my record. But the error she was seeing was the mileage speedometer on the receipt was different than what was showing on her computer. So I waited patiently some minutes. She calls her supervisor, who is trying to help troubleshoot the error over the phone. After around 15 minutes, I politely asked if I can depart, having turned in my rental and keys before my 10:00am deadline. She says, yes that it's fine and continued to fix the situation. A few days later, I check my credit card and see that I was charged $23.50 that Sunday on my credit card. I call the business and a woman says, it is a late return fee. Meaning, the woman at the desk that Sunday morning, did not register or count my vehicle as returned UNTIL the mileage speedometer issue had been resolved.I explained the above story to her and was told I could not be given a refund. Their employee Richard was great helping me. Overall a negative experience for a mere $23 late return fee.
