Enterprise has been around for years. I used to always rent from here. It had been a while but was pleased to find a decent deal on a rental. This location is near my home and worked for my rental period. The pickup was shaky. I was there 840am and didnt leave until 940ish. They were short staffed. The person returning the vehicle took his time which delayed the transition. It messed up my timeline on my 12 hrs drive to Pittsburgh. The return was fairly quick. I checked the vehicle back in and got email from the return. The staff was nice and friendly. Even though short staff they tried to make the process as quick and effective as possible. Very poor customer service. What's the point of having a reservation if I have to wait in the lobby for an hour? This is ridiculous

Let me start by saying, I've rented cars for the last 25 plus years and I've never had a better experience than the one I've had at this particular location. This is the enterprise by the "big chicken" in Marietta, GA! First & foremost, the staff is ALWAYS pleasant and helpful! In 2025, I rented from them at least six times and it's been exceptional service every single time. They call the day before to confirm that you still need a vehicle. They call afterwards to check if the rental worked for you. They are genuine about it. If there was the slightest inconvenience, they will offer a sincere apology and offer incentives on the next rental. I'm so sad because I'm leaving the area in a couple of months and I know renting will prob not be this good again. I wanted to add this review even though we did not complete the rental process. I don't remember the names of the associates, but both were very pleasant and professional. Stark contrast to what we experienced at the Hertz down the street. I really appreciated everything, from the lot to the car selection, to the lobby, to the assistance. The only reason we did not complete the rental was due to the card declining (we needed to unlock it). Here, they cannot run a card twice in 24 hours if it declines. However, I'd recommend this location for car rentals (or the one down the street near white water) in this area for sure. *PS. Deposit amount is $300! Good to know! read more

Made a reservation a week in advance for pick up just about one mile from their location. The morning of the pick up, no one would answer the phone for over an hour. Every selection in their automated menu returned the same "this mailbox has not been set up yet" response. I called corporate, and the customer service representative did nothing but call the same number I did (three times and he got the same message that I did). The customer service representative said that he would leave a message with them, and then suggested that I call a different enterprise location. I called the second location; no answer. Called corporate again. She left another message for them to return my call. After wasting 45+ minutes waiting waiting for them to return my call, I walked to a competitor and rented a car on the spot. Absolutely will never use Enterprise again! read more

Gus and Fatima were extremely helpful in my rental situation. While I was there waiting on my employer to fix the problem, they dealt with so many people coming in and phone calls of irate customers who were either calling to see if they had any rentals available or not. Being that this is before the holiday, most people are not aware that the reservations are not made at the local office like they use to. These guys handled each customer with pose and professionalism and deserve to be recognized. read more

Enterprise used to take care of me for my business but for whatever reason the last few times I have had to deal with them it has been a train wreck. I was supposed to be picked up at a location by their driver and we kept getting told for hours that he was on the way, when in fact no one was on the way but they chose to lie about it instead of saying they were overwhelmed. When the driver did arrive he nearly killed me with his dangerous driving pulling out in front of people and texting on his phone the whole way even after I mentioned the lack of safety. The next experience we needed to rent a truck for the weekend and called as we've done for years to set everything up and they said we were good to come in and pay. Then when we got there they acted like it was out first time renting a truck and we ended up having to cancel thousands of dollars in business because the representative was requiring a ton of paperwork that we had already set up when we opened the account. She was more interested in sing inappropriate rap songs with her girlfriend and acting like they were at a Jeezy concert instead of work. For all our time lost and money lost we were informed that they were the new sheriff in town and we either played by their rules regardless of our past history with the company as they didn't like how the other reps had run things and they were gone. Basically if you want to be endangered and treated like your at the soup kitchen line then use Enterprise car rentals. Otherwise stay away until they close their doors which will never happen as they are a national company. read more

No complaints from me, the reps were courteous and helped me get the vehicle I needed. There were only two people working the day I needed to be picked up so they let me know that they weren't going to be there at my scheduled pickup time so I'm not docking points for that. I'm reviewing the Post Oak Tritt location where the have great people hustling to get you into a car. This is a neighborhood location and the pickup and drop off service really helps. The people are all very friendly from the first phone contact. They go out of their way to put you into the car you need. Because it's a smaller location (not at all like the airport) they have fewer cars and the staff has to work double duty some times. It sometimes takes a couple extra minutes, but they keep things moving. Special compliments to Anessa who helped me last, but the whole bunch there from Manager to Maintenance make it good. Wish I could give negative stars. I used to love Enterprise but the Marietta GA location has changed all that and I will pay more to never use again. Enterprise is the worst rental car company. Spend a Lil more and go elsewhere. It's worth it. After being over charged and calling Manager and being told it would be corrected. Over 2 weeks later still isn't. Now the manager is never in the office and I get we will have him call you back. Time to dispute this purchase. read more

Rent cars that don't exist and don't think it is important enough to call and save us a trip when they don't have the inventory and know that we are coming at 3:30 to pick up a non existent car. When asked him why he just shrugged. Asked to help me locate car at another location and said he couldn't. Horrible, unprofessional and just don't seem to care less about customers. I thought it was really weird that they required pay stubs utility bill and bank statements to rent a vehicle like really... I took my business to regal nissan of Alpharetta which was 150 dollars cheaper and only required insurance a drivers license and payment. read more

I want to thank Tajae for the great customer service I experienced at the time I reached out to Enterprise to rent a car. My car broke down in Kennesaw and I needed a rental to travel to Greenville, SC to see my daughters and grandbaby. It was after 2 and all the rental places were closed in Kennesaw and my car was being towed to Jim Tidwell Ford. Tajae got a return a little before close time and was kind enough to pick me up from the dealer. If it had not been for him I would have been stranded in Kennesaw for Easter Weekend. Tajae helped me transferred my luggage and made sure I was good to drive the truck. God Bless him for going the extra mile! We need more people like Tajae in this industry! Thank You!! read more

The computers were down. It took me over an hour to get a car. The car was not that clean and kind of smelled. The one upside is that a guy drove me back to the dealership when I turned in the car. I've had a bunch of great rental experiences with Hertz. Enterprise is pretty disorganized and frustrating. read more

Terrible company. I walk in to pick up the car I reserved and the guy asked for my card and license. He responded, "do you have a real card?" I was confused because I gave him my debit card. Turns out you need untility bills in order to use a card that's linked to your own bank account. However, had I had a credit card on me I would have been able to pay no problem. Because they failed to inform me about all of this before I got to the store I am now waiting for an Uber so I can leave because I am now stranded here. Terrible customer service with this situation and I will never be using this company again. read more
