Got there early so I wasn't in a rush. I got attended pretty quickly. They didn't have the vehicle I requested however they took care of me. The crew getting me set up was outstanding and the crew who received the vehicle was also great! It was a very smooth process I really will choose them again. Also people shouldn't dismiss a minivan. Absolute travesty of customer service! Reserved a vehicle and was told the vehicle I reserved was at the 4310 W Wall location- guess what that location does not open until January 2024! When I called back to talk to the 2616 W Wall Street location manager an told him due to the mixup could he please wait for few minutes after 5:30pm so I could pick up the vehicle. I was going to be late due to the wrong address that they sent me to being non existent. He defiantly refused and basically told me tough luck come pick it up tomorrow which I couldn't do. I guess that is the level of service nowadays. So renter beware as even when it is their mistake they will mot make it right if it is any sort of an inconvenience for them. Sad to say but I will not be using this location ever again. After contacting Enterprise corporate received a reply that they would let the team know about the issue and they appreciated me reaching out to them! No wonder their customer service sucks from the top to the bottom. After this episode and total lack of addressing the concern I can say I will not use Enterprise period. Had to rent a car thru my insurance. Scheduled a pickup and they had already given the car away. Later that day they ended up giving me a Truck. The guy issuing the truck said they didnt document the truck bed for damage because it was used in the oil field. When we returned the truck they said we damaged the tail gate on the top because they didnt have it documented. This is the worse car rental place on earth. Stay away. My insurance pretty much forced me to use this location. They don't answer the phone. If you go in the phone is constantly ringing and nobody answered it. If you have an appointment you car isn't ready and most likely isn't what you asked for. When it's time to drop off or pick up you better have over an hour! Steer clear of this location. "Assistant Branch Manager" Nathan feigned helpfulness at first, however, I could tell even he became frustrated when the Dodge Durango that he allocated to me was presented to me with brown grime on the center console and interior of the driver door and smelling strongly of tobacco smoke. I hold Nathan accountable for his actions after I apprised him of the car's unacceptable condition. He was discourteous instead of apologetic. In fact, he went so far as to number-off the things he had done so far to make my rental possible , instead of just owning up that the car was absolutely gross. I have each of my personal vehicles detailed very frequently and I am highly confident that the interior of this particular car had not been properly detailed before it was presented to me. Nathan even went on to say that in the he would not make any future concessions for me to ensure a pleasant experience and that he felt that I was "talking down" to him. He acted as if he were doing me, the consumer a favor I was never impolite or terse, however, after I considered his point of view I realized that likely due his small stature he may have very well felt intimidated by me as I am 6'3" and have very commanding presence. A regional manager was on site and she was very helpful and professional. A third employee volunteered and personally wiped down the vehicle while wearing a suit coat and even dropped me off that the shop once my truck was ready. I hope Nathan and can learn from these true professionals at this location and perhaps some humility. I will opt to use the airport location if I need to in the future. Additionally, I was not advised until the time of the rental that there is a flat $300 deposit in addition to any rental fees at this particular location. read more

Last week I scheduled a reservation for Thursday I just called to see what time I should pick it up and now they're saying it won't be available till the next Thursday after that and went on to say that they tried reaching out to me so I looked at my missed calls and they never did. wow. please don't ever rent a car from this location as apparently your reservation doesn't matter. We have tried to pick up a rental car all week and only have been greeted with rude service. Constantly being rescheduled, waitlisted and told to come back later but no car ever was available. While the employees were courteous, service was extremely slow. We called at 8:13am to be picked up and were told that it would be 30 minutes. It was over an hour later and only after we called a 2nd time. Once we were picked up the computers were down (again) and everything had to be done by hand. Our agency rents from Enterprise all over the state and it seems we alway get the crappiest/cheapest cars on the lot and almost everytime there is something wrong with it. I only rent from the Odessa/Midland locations because we are contracted with them and I have no choice. It's more hassle than it's worth. read more

The insurance company made a reservation for me which means they gave the location all the information they would need. So calling the location serval times and having to give them all the information all over again was beyond annoying. Then when I was trying to set my date up to be picked up I was told I couldn't be picked up until after 2:30pm. So I am thinking they must only have like one maybe two employees. But going into the location and their is more like 8 employees or more then I am heated because the body shop wanted me to be there Monday morning. But I am having to go off of Enterprise's schedule instead of my own schedule. When I am picked up from the body shop the shuttle drive for Enterprise is very hateful. I was also very scared because of the way she was driving. She would pull up on the person in front of us and barely miss hitting them. Then with the COVID going around I was in total shock on how dirty the shuttle van was. So I get to the location and the shuttle driver doesn't say anything to me. So I get off the van and walk into the location and see all the employees. The three behind the counter say hi. I stand there for like ten minutes and the girl says oh I thought you were going to wait on her to the other two guys that are behind the counter? I am on the phone with my husband and I said are you serious?? What the hell?? There is like three employees standing there behind the counter and they don't know who the hell is going to wait on me? That's what I tell my husband. The guy behind the counter said what did you say? I was shocked he would question me when I am old enough to be his mother and also write his pay check. I told him what I said and he said I thought you said the word "damn"? I said no I didn't I has said what the hell? I said I need to call the insurance company. I refuse to give this location my business. I will make sure this is also put on Yelp and all social media. The insurance company went over and beyond for me and called the location in Odessa and the lady there was so nice and helpful and for that I will give them my business. Why no-star option? I booked a car five days ago for my immigration interview in El Paso. Today I call in to try to get the car a bit earlier and am told the car had not been "planned for" due to many people making reservations. Would that suggest that folks are bribing the company's reps to get a last-min car, and my reservation was worth nothing? I have never been so disrespected in my business life before! I have been a faithful customer for this enterprise location for over 10 years. I've never had any issues renting until recently. My rental was for 2-14-2-15-22. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle the staff were very rude, unwilling to help. The staff was arguing with another customer, which caused her to become very irate. I was thankful that we only had minor issues when checking out. Everything went smooth until I returned the vehicle on 2-15-22. I went in and handed my keys to the rep at the front desk and left. Same as always. A few days later when it was time to receive my security deposit, I only got back 70.00 because I supposedly didn't fill the gas tank and brought the car back dirty. I took the car to be vacuumed and filled the gas myself before dropping it off. The reps and the managers were very rude, wouldn't allow me to dispute it, couldn't provide any sort of proof that my vehicle was brought back dirty. I was never even made aware that I could be present during the inspection that is done when you drop the vehicle back off. I've been renting from this location for over 10 years and never have they ever claimed my security deposit. I did everything I was supposed to do. I contact the corportate office and they promised to call me back, which I am still waiting. Please do yourself a favor, and DO NOT RENT from ENTERPRISE. They are very racist towards people of color! I rented this car to attend my granny's funeral , and they never showed anytype of compassion towards me! They tried to intimidate me and was just in an argumentative state! Very Unprofessional! I will be filling a claim with the BBB as well. I documented the vehicle's condition before I dropped it off and luckily I still have my receipt for the gas that I put in before I dropped the vehcile off! They have no cars and the manager Chris refuses to give a straight answer regarding when they will have more cars even though I spoke with him yesterday and confirmed my reservation. I kind of have mixed feelings about this Enterorise branch. On the one hand they were there when I needed them. Where they lost the fifth star was in their billing process. Going by their posted prices and billing process I should have paid $50.53 less than I did for a 13 day rental. I don't get how they figure that 13 x $19.99 = $310.40. Even more surprising was that they billed that last little bit two days after I'd paid the bill when the car was returned. Make sure they tell you what you'll be paying and when they'll be charging you. I'd do business with them again if they can make sense of all this. Good luck. read more

We rented an large vehicle specifically to travel with our dogs. They never asked if we were traveling with pets or said anything about a special pet hair policy. When we returned the vehicle they informed us that they had to keep our deposit because it had pet hair in it and they would have to hire a special cleaning crew to clean it. Well we forgot our gate opener in it and when we went back...literally an hour later...the vehicle was gone to the next customer already. The lady at the counter said she had just cleaned it, was not part of any special crew, and didn't notice the gate opener that was hooked on the visor. Plus, the "sanitized" vehicle they promise in their ads is a joke. It had Kool-aid stuck to the seat, chips and cracker crumbs on the floor and the windshield was filthy. The most dissapointing car rental experience in 20-years. All because calling them/commmunicating to them in any manner was impossible. After contacting the Corp. offfie in St. Louis, the manager called me and explained it is the best they can do. Do what you ask?? Road work down the street had not only disconnected comms to Enterprise, but businesses all over. I not only had to spend 2-hours to return my rental, It took 2-hrs to NOT pick you up. The night before, a rental service employee told me to call 8am to "Pick you up". In the morning, that started the trend of St. Louis, calls, calls to my boss, only for him to leave a meeting to "pick me up". Now realize I had left for over a week, and this was still going on when I returned my vehicle. You ask yourself. Do you want to do business with a company that believes having some type of communication to insure customer satisfaction is NOT the most important service to the customer? I THINK NOT. yes, you think, why not use a cell phone? Oh that would just be too busy, I was told. Or I believe the answer is, I know that is a poor answer, but isn't that better than nothing? because that's what I got................... nothing. Best rental in the Basin. Talk to Klarissa. She hooked me up. Truck had to go to the shop and they were more than great in getting me in a rental the day after Thanksgiving. Even let me use a debit card. Check out was fast (very unusual for any place in Midland). Return was even easier. Had a KIA Optima for 7 days and the price was great. If I ever need a rental or if I know of someone who does, Klarissa will get my business. read more

We are a rather smaller company that depends on Enterprise Rentals. Recently an employee flew into Midland only to find out he could not rent a car after we have made reservations.We went to hertz which in the end they helped us out when we were desperate.
