Very pleased with the Lake Harbour Enterprise. They took the time to show me the car and all the new features that I was not use to. Everyone was very professional and acted like they knew what they were doing. Very friendly on the phone. Was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Sorry do not remember their names because I had 3 different ones to help me since my Insurance wanted to cut the days short but your staff knew exactly what to do. I would not recommend dealing with Enterprise for any rental car needs. Another driver ran a stop sign and hit me, my car was totaled. My insurance company sent the request for a rental. When I went to pick up the rental the next day, I was told "we dont have a car", try another location. Went to a second location and no car was available. On the third attempt two days later I finally had a rental. It took an hour of waiting for me to get the car. When I got in the car it was disgustingly filthy. I could barely see out the windows. Not being able to waste anymore time on them, I left and just cleaned the car myself. Today I received a call from a gentleman at rent a car who was incredibly rude. He was mumbling at first so I asked him to repeat himself and he got totally irate and was like "Your rental car is due back on the 22nd, just letting you know". I realize my insurance company should have notified me the car was due back in two days, but the way this person spoke to me was unnecessary. I would not recommend this company because what rental car company doesn't have any vehicles available in two different locations? Not to mention the cars aren't clean, and their staff is rude. I may be able to understand not having a rental car if either location was anywhere near an airport, but it's not. Not even close. read more

However, the Lake Harbour Enterprise in Chesterfield is by far the most professional and customer oriented branch I've ever done business with. They go over and beyond to ensure you are happy with the service you receive. Additionally, they are very accommodating to any special requests. During my most recent visit, Malik Dockery took care of our rental needs during the holiday season. He was professional, friendly, knowelegable and an overall joy. So pissed. I waited for 45 minutes in the waiting room while staffed goofed around and ignored me. When they finally got to me "we're all out of cars." Seriously? Why didn't you tell me that when I had a ride to go home. The response from the manager "this isn't your fault." Of course it isn't my fault. I could also hear him talking about other employees. So unprofessional. I ended up having to come back. The manager ignored me again while complaining on the phone about how busy he is. Why couldn't he help me or the three other people in the waiting room? The other staff members are great. It's just the manager, Taylor. He even joked while I was checking out -- "wow, I answered all her questions. I would've answered yours if you were listening." So rude. read more

I love Enterprise we have used Enterprise for many years and always had a good experience . The last experience at this Midlothian,VA location was excellent Mr. Eric was professional, friendly, funny and knowledgeable.The rental car was ready and waiting, it was clean ( the car replaced my daughter's car Toyota Corolla while in shop and I was really pleased with the Chevy Enterprise provided) Everything about the experience with Eric / Enterprise was 5 stars. I spoke to his co-worker regarding the rental on the phone and this customer service interaction was excellent as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

By far my preferred location for rental cars. Thankful they were able to return my retinal and re rent me the car I got from a different location due to them being closed on Sunday's relieved a lot of my stress from running between two different enterprises while my car is in the shop being fixed. Management and employees are always friendly and recognize me when I come in due to renting multiple times at this location. read more

Reserved car. Went to pickup and waiting room full. I only saw one person checking out cars. I canceled my reservation and left. Don't they realize business people have choices? We're not going to wait around for an hour. People were sitting down rather than standing in line. That is how long they were there. Unacceptable. read more

Couldn't ask for more friendly customer service! Not only was everyone incredibly friendly and helpful, they also upgraded us and then gave us a discount when there was a very minor issue with the car. We have never had such a wonderful rental experience and will be renting from them whenever we need a bigger car for trips! read more
