I don't usually leave ratings often but because of the great customer service I saw here I want to. When I was picking up my rental, I had made the mistake of not calling ahead to let them know I switched my flight to a later time. I didn't know that they mark you as a no call no show if you are more than an hour late, but that makes sense so it was my bad! I ended up being there for a little while in the meantime they got my car ready. My customer service was great, drop off was easy and quick too. While I was there picking up, this absolutely disgusting, rude, foul mouthed lady spent at least 20 minutes berating her husband and the guy behind the counter for some sort of mistake. She was a complete B and the guy behind the counter dealt very professionally with her and sorted out the problem. Props to him for keeping his calm, because even my heart was racing just listening to her be rude. This place is screwed me over twice. Today I went in to pick up my car at 8:00 in the morning only to be told they don't have a car for me. What kind of rental company gives you a reservation, says they got a car, and when you get dropped off and walk in they say we don't have a car for you. these people are freaking ridiculous. We rented a car two weeks ago checked in a day before Pickup said they had it and we get there and they don't have it. We're traveling to the Oregon coast for a family vacation that we planned out three months ago and they didn't have what we needed so now we are screwed on our travel experience meaning we have to take multiple cars because we can't afford to rent two cars instead of one there was a 00 compassion from the young kid standing behind the counter he didn't give a shit I will never ever rent from this company ever again. Reserved a truck a month in advance, double checked a week before pick up and they said they had it all ready. Pick up day comes, call to double check and there is no vehicle and they had no intne tons of giving any heads up. Now they say MAYBE the next day at 11. I had such a horrible experience with this location. I was lied told the deposit was back to my bank card waited for a week I don't see the money in my bank so I call Lauren manager ID # E26B4x she finally check the receipt that I was charged for 2 extra days when I specific told them that I was going to keep the car for whatever the car insurance would cover cuz I was not going to pay out my pocket. I know is only $50 dollars but they shouldn't be lying to customers it is not acceptable. Please aware of what they tell you . read more

Why the hell would you say over the phone "just need a credit/debit card to put on file for rental" and then not specify what accounts are excluded from this? Insurance is covering the car rental and by choice i only have one account that is not good enough for rental. read more

Having rented vehicles from here a handful of times, I am very pleased at the service found here at the Nampa Idaho Enterprise location on Garrity Blvd. Each employee I've interacted with was very professional, courteous and extremely helpful. This last time they went out of their way to find me a car when I needed one quickly. Every car I've rented was clean and ran very well. Enterprise does well to maintain their vehicles, but in the end, the cars are as well as the RENTERS treat them! :-) read more

So I rented a vehicle from here last week because my car was being worked on. The rental was paid by bronco motors since it was warranty work. I had the car over the weekend and I left a Mission43 beanie in the back seat. I know for a fact, it was left there. As soon as I knew I left it in there, I put a message into their customer service for a lost item. It has been over 4 days and I did not hear anything from this enterprise store. No calls or emails. So today I called and they did not find this beanie in the vehicle when it was turned in. Let me tell you about this beanie.. like I said, it is a Mission43 white beanie. Which if you don't know what Mission43 then I would highly recommend to research it. It is run by Veterans and they do great things. I volunteered a couple months ago at a run and they gave me this beanie. It was a cold morning so it was a life saver. From then on, it was the beanie that I always wear in cold weather. So it hurts me to know that if a person accidentally leaves something behind in an Enterprise Rental, then you will not know if you will get it back. Did one of the guys who drove it back to the building, did he steal it? Or did they just throw the item in the trash. I have little to no respect for people who handle themselves like this. I will never rent from Enterprise again. If the dealership gets a vehicle from there, I will decline it. I would rather pay out of pocket for another rental company who would take pride and responsibility for the lost items found in their rental cars. I have had mixed service from this store. In the past I had some positive and some negative. Today was no exception. I called to see if I could return the vehicle and asked if they could give me a ride home. The manager, Matt, said they normally do it, but were too short-staffed. I offered to bring it in tomorrow, but he repeated the same reason. I even offered to bring it in at closing time and he made excuses every time. I explained that I tried to get a neighbor and a family member to help me, but both have health conditions and it is difficult. I told him it was about a 10 minute drive to my house. He argued it was 15+ minutes. So after I got off the phone from him I called Customer Care line and spoke with a very nice person. She said they would send out roadside service to pick the car up from my house. She said they would call me. This Matt manager called me back and suddenly had a change of tune. He was asking that if I would bring my vehicle in they would give me a ride home. I reminded him of his poor customer service just 1/2 hour earlier and said his company was willing to pick up my car without his say. He claimed that he would charge me towing fees. Then he practically begged me to bring it in saying if you get it here by 5 or even 5:30, we will give you a ride home. Talk about a run-around just to get taken care of. I went ahead and took it in. The only bright spot was Sarah. She took me home and what a breath of fresh air she was: friendly, easy to talk with, kind, apologizing for Matt, and very cool. She is the one who should be the manager there. She knows how to treat customers. read more
