The rental car section is walkable from the airport itself, and there is even a bridge on the second floor that takes you straight there, which I wish I had known in advance. Checking in online allowed me to get straight to the cars and skip the counter. They had a lot of cars, but not brands or models I would have preferred. I was in town for a week and rented a Nissan rogue. I found it disappointing on a Saturday afternoon that one person was working three different car rental counters which included enterprise. He had a good attitude and tried his best to get everyone through. After I paid, I went to the parking garage and was in a car within 30 seconds. I had the option between the rogue and a jeep. I took photos of the jeep because the license plate in the front was completely folded on both sides which was odd. There was a bad water stain on the car as if it was washed but not dried properly. My wife found tooth flossers in between the front passenger seat and center console Returning the car was easy and seamless. My 3/5 stars isn't for the customer service as I thought it was good and quick but because of the dirtiness of the car. read more

May 29, 2024: The vehicle was dirty, and I received a ticket for its lack of registration. I called 4 times over 3 days with no return call or solution. They couldn't even give me address to send the ticket. When you are already stressed because of a sad reason to travel this is an unkind, unprofessional, uncaring response. Pond Scum. We have always used Enterprise to rent our cars for vacation but never again. I pre-rented a luxury car class for vacation. I called the day before to the rental location to make sure they could still accommodate us and I was told yes they could. We showed up on our rental day and was then told that they no longer carry that class of cars and downgraded us to a different type. Funny how my bill ended up being more at the end and I actually even returned it a day early. I have tried numerous times to reach out to the area manager and they will not return my call. I've tried connecting with the 800 number all they tell me is to go through the the local area rental manager. Again he will not return my call. I just called again and I was told it's best to email. My mother rented a car to drive cross-country and had mechanical issues (car wouldn't start) on the way, which they corrected by providing a replacement car. Great. Unfortunately the replacement car has issues with multiple service lights coming on and a radio that doesn't work and Enterprise is unwilling to offer any support beyond "call roadside assistance". The main 800 number gave the old "I'm just doing my job" routine, another Enterprise rep told her to get the car serviced if she is worried. There are many Enterprise locations near her location but they wont help somebody that is stuck a thousand miles from home with a car that is untrustworthy. This review is for the Omaha NE airport Enterprise. I dropped the car off and realized I left my expensive sunglasses in the car so I ran back. The car was still there but they said it wasn't the car I just dropped off that it was a different one but it was the same license and make and model! They said that they'd go find my sunglasses with the cars being cleaned and they just never returned. someone from that team stole my sunglasses so fast and their lost and found department is not helpful. Enterprise is located in the rental car garage adjacent to Eppley Field. This was my first time to use Enterprise in several years as I usually use National. When I arrived, I immediately noticed how the Enterprse employees handle their customers. They really try to personalize the experience by talking to you during the rental process. My experience with them during the pick up and drop off was very professional. The car that they gave performed well with no issues. My only issue with them is that twice during the pick up phase two different employees (one in the booth that typed me up and the other who walked me to my car) really tried hard to get me to add liability insurance to my rental. My company has its own so I don't need it but felt their pressure to add it on. Of course I said no both times. Both employees told me that they strongly recommended it and I thought it was an overt sales tactic for an add on. Also during the drop off, an employee made it clear to me that if I was satisfied with my rental experience that I should say that I was completely satisfied if asked by a survey. Not mostly satisfied but completely satisfied. Obviously they are under a lot of corporate pressure to get perfect scores. I would rent again from Enterprise but prefer National. I arrived late and they sent me out to a large parking lot and they had no idea where my car was parked. It was in Avis and not Enterprise. Next the car did not have a scraper so I borrowed one from the hotel. And I wanted to rent a standard and all they had was a SUV that was a pig on gas. When I went to the lot there were plenty of smaller cars. I'd avoid this location at all costs. I've rented from this Enterprise location several times in the last year or so. It's easy to get to - just exit the airport, walk across the pick-up lane and into the parking garage. It's easy, fast, and the vast majority of the short walk is shielded from the wind. Anyway, in the past I've always been assisted by guys who were INCREDIBLY obnoxious about pushing their dumbass insurance plans. This past time I was assisted by two young women, both of whom were efficient, professional, and actually listened to what I said. They also gave me a slight bump-up from the car I'd reserved at no charge. With that kind of service, I'd go back to Enterprise next time, even if they were a few bucks higher. Not so much when some moron there nearly threatens me into purchasing extra insurance I don't need. Enterprise management would do well by taking a course in actually listening to their customers. WARNING: This Enterprise location is downright shady. First, they ALWAYS will try to up-sell you. Not a huge deal, as other locations will try the same stunt but this location seems determined to get deeper into your wallet. Almost cult-ish. On my last trip to Omaha the salesman was very busy trying to up-sell my brother a SUV. There were only two of us so we were happy with a Camry. Frustrated, he simply tossed us the keys and we left. He did not do a vehicle check and being tired we foolishly skipped this step. Upon our return the attendant noted a small scratch on the front bumper and said he would file a damage report. We barely used the car and most certainly did not cause that scratch. Now their incompetence is OUR problem. Enterprise Omaha airport continues to maintain an extremely high level of service with a friendly, cooperative staff. Upon arrival, we were immediately signed-in and directed to the pick-up location. The airport location actually "pre-checks" the cars and fills the tank, unlike other local locations, so this is a time-saver. The Omaha airport situates the car rentals in an adjacent, but distant parking garage. It can be a long walk from Terminal A. This doesn't reflect on Enterprise, just on the airport. I haven't inquired whether the team would bring a car around for an elderly or infirm passenger, but given the friendly can-do attitude I've experienced, I'm reasonably sure they would make arrangements. Our car was well-maintained and very clean upon pick-up. Everything was functional and there were no problems. I have rented from Enterprise Omaha and at two local offices over the years, and have never had anything but the best service. read more

I want to give the Enterprise at Omaha airport 5 stars but my most recent front desk clerk ruined my experience for me. Usually the desk staff and the staff in the parking garage are extremely pleasant, efficient and helpful. The cars have all been in excellent condition and clean. I even had a brand new car with 4 miles on it during my last rental. Unfortunately Willie at the counter ruined my opinion. Willie was obnoxious and did not even know how to add a rewards number to an already existing reservation! He mocked me when I asked questions and either didn't answer me or answered in the form of a long winded lecture. He lied to me about why I had to fill out paper at the counter when we usually sign electronically in the garage. (Wifi was down - just tell me that!) He was slow to enter my data. And he was RUDE! He made a joke out of my annoyance and then refused to finish my reservation because "I should know how to do it since I think I know everything already." To top it all off, when I tried to report the inappropriate lack of customer service to his manager Shawn (working at the terminal next to Willie), Shawn stated that he was working and didn't hear any of it. On the positive side, the national customer service line welcomed my complaint and promised remediation. I would have recommended Enterprise at Omaha airport with high praises if I had not had my recent interaction with Willie. read more

I have used Enterprise on more than one occasion and have found everyone I have encountered to be great to work with! The rental process is easy and quick usually. Representatives of Enterprise usually are friendly and smiling at the earliest and latest hours in the day. I cannot give five Stars because there is always room for improvement. There were a couple "minor" issues on my last experience, but I will not bring them up here since I did not bring them up with Enterprise. Again overall experience has been great! I received an email requesting me to rate their service so I feel obligated. Problem: optional coverage was all declined, but I was charged for it anyway. First few messages we played phone tag. Finally on Friday smoke said they saw what was wrong and would fix it before I return the car on Saturday. Saturday...not fixed and my drop off time was before they opened so I couldn't speak with anyone. 10 messages later (not joking) I received 2 call backs. One call was 4 am. The other promised the manager who could fix it would call me right back. Made a call to the 800 number. The regional manager should call me back..hopefully...tomorrow...not at 4 am. Just FYI. On Wednesday March 10, 2021 we visited the Denver airport Enterprise location. We had requested online, a rental car from the 10th to the 14th of March. When we inspected the car with the sales rep. he took pictures of the car. During our visit in Colorado there was bad weather predicted so we decided to cancel our flight and drive home a day early to avoid the snow. We called Enterprise and let them know of our decision and they said the rental car fee would be $100 additional to return the car to Omaha, NE. This made the total rental $216.86 plus our points. They charged our American Express card immediately over the phone. Our payment was then taken care of. When I returned our car to Omaha by myself I returned it with a little gas missing. Making our payment go up $8 (very understandable). The man Josh doing our inspection told me there was a dent on the roof of the car. I could not see the dent on the car. Josh stated "oh this car is coming from a large airport. Large airports always send us damaged cars so we have fix them". I asked Josh to view the photos that were taken in Denver by their sales rep. He stated that he doesn't have that program to view any photos. In the meantime I called my dad and husband to come and look at the car. As I was waiting for my dad to arrive I was watching Josh inspect other cars. He was very quick on inspections and not as thorough as he was on mine. There was a jeep with a couple in it that pulled in and I never saw Josh or anyone get a ladder out and inspected the roof of that car. Once my dad and husband arrived they inspected the car and did not see any damage or dent that the inspector was claiming there was. When I asked Josh to show my dad and husband where the damage was, Josh the inspector slammed his fingers on the roof of the car very hard and very rudely. I then asked to speak to a manager. I had the manager inspect the car. Kay is his name. Kay did not see any damage. Then we told him where Josh said there was damage on the roof. Kay the manager got inside the vehicle and started pounding on the roof from the inside saying tiny dents are easy to get out all the time by doing this and continues to pound hard at it. My husband and I never did end up seeing any damage and declined to sign any paperwork. I asked for their business cards and they said they don't have any. Never once in my life have I felt taken advantage of for being a woman, but this changed it all. Because I was returning the car on my own they thought this was something they could get away with. Josh handed us a bill for $700 even though our bill was already paid for in full. This ended up taking extra time out of day dealing with damage that didn't exist and a bill that was wrong. I'm extremely dissatisfied even more so with the fact we are platinum members with enterprise and have never had issues like this in other states but here where we live we get treated so poorly. I have also reached out to file a complaint about sexism with Enterprise, and getting taken advantage of and corporate was suppose to reach out with 24-48 hours, it took over 3 business days and me reaching out again to get ahold of anyone. Of course because there was no damage the charges got dropped. No management reached out from the Omaha location or anyone for a matter of fact. Im disappointed that such a large company like Enterprise would allow employees to take advantage of woman or any customer in general. If you look online this is not the first review on sexism and it probably wont be the last unfortunately. Please think twice on renting a car from this company. read more

We come frequently to Omaha for family events and I always rent from Enterprise because they are the only car rental agency that carries the Fiat 500, one of the most fun cars to drive. Unfortunately, they didn't have one available the day we arrived so we had to settle for a Toyota Corolla, a perfectly fine car, just doesn't have the fun bells and whistles the Fiat 500 has. The service representatives at Enterprise are always efficient and professional and will get you into your rental as fast as they can as well as check you out of your rental with speed that you won't find with other agencies. They do business with Costco so there is that added discount and free extra driver included in the discounted price but I believe there are other rentals through Costco that do the same thing. We rent from Enterprise specifically for the Fiat 500 series they carry and no one else does. read more

I've used Enterprise before in the past, mainly because they rent to those under 25(there is a young driver fee, however. Will be glad when that doesn't apply to me in two years!). I've had great experiences with them in the past and this time was no exception. Plane landed early afternoon and I followed the somewhat confusing signs to the desk. The lady there was very nice and after learning this was my first time in Omaha, gave me a couple places I should visit. It was a bit of a hassle to walk the terminal, go outside, cross the street, and hike the covered walkway to the parking lot where the cars were held. However, again was greeted by another lady who gave me a free bottle of water(much appreciated as this Californian is not use to muggy/humid/hot weather). After looking through my options, we went out to the car. She was very efficient, walked the car with me to point out already seen dings and marks, and went through the mandatory spiel about insurance. She was very nice about it and it's not their fault they have to tell you all about their different insurance policies. I'm sure they dislike having to talk about it as much as we dislike having it told to us. Returning was simple and quick as well. The gentleman noted my mileage, gave me a receipt and told me to take my time gathering my belongings. He took the time to make sure the car had met my needs but also didn't hang around or stand by watching/waiting as I unloaded my things. A free map of the surrounding area was a bonus. Consistent service all around whether I'm renting in Southern California or Omaha. read more
