I called Drumheller's (they were the first to pop up in my search) and I asked to schedule a tow to a shop to put in a new battery. The lady on the phone informed me that one of her guys could come out first thing (7AM) and run a diagnostic check on the car to make sure it was just the battery. If it was, he could replace it right then and there! I called back in the morning at 6:15 and the guy was at our front door by 7AM. Sure enough, it was the battery! So he replaced it, ran my credit card, and I was only 30 minutes behind getting to work. Without Drumheller's I'm not sure how long it would have taken me to get everything taken care of this morning. I highly recommend them!!!

( I forgot) When I called to ask for it,They said it was already rented right after,I returned? Now I spoke to Head quarters regarding this situation, (1)They didn't put a report on lost and found. (2) They didn't inspect the car interior?(3)They lied and couldn't get there story correctly the woman woth a heavy accent told me that the car would be returned on August 19,2025? I went there in person on August 19,2026 and. On she stated that they returned the car on August 18,2026? Didn't inform me at all..as a so call customer service should do like a professional does..They should of been handle in a better professional way! It's an item ( a gift to me,something anyone could of forgotten but no action was taken. I already reported it to the head quarters.If they can't do their job right than,they should get fired or retrained again because your dealing with customers, who pay. Only 24 hours an items goes missing??
